The location was superb. It was near almost everything including the top places to visit in Istanbul. There are convenience stores, restaurants and shops around so you don't need to travel far as well. The staff were friendly and helpful specially in getting us a taxi to the airport when we left. Breakfast was served in the sister hotel across the hotel which was not too bad.

Location was great. Central to metro, shops, restaurants, sights. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Denis the manager was excellent host. Hotel transfer was best price. We had a balcony. The room had a fridge, AC, tv, and basic toiletries. Coffee and tea in room. Noise from the street did not bother us. Everything was perfect.

Would be nice to have a comforter. The sheets were thin and got cold at night. Otherwise excellent hotel.

Location is excellent! The people on the front desk were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was very good, complete with a wonderful view. (Note, breakfast is served at the Crowned Hotel Plus 20 meters from the Crowned Hotel.) The room was not big at all but had all we needed and was comfortable. The bathroom was clean.

Nothing except the door of the bathroom was hitting the toilet.

The room was clean and modern. The location is very good and they have a private parking near the hotel.

The breakfast is offered by another location and is very bad, we didn’t eat there.

The staff was amazing. The location is just perfect. İt was very clean. İ really enjoyed staying there for a week. İ definitely recommand!

İ only have feedback about the facilities. The shower pipe was clogged for the first couple of days. There was a little leak in the toilet so İ could hear water sound all night.

The location is perfect. Walkable distance from the historical sights. There is also a train and tram station nearby. A few minutes walk and you can reach the waterfront and take a boat trip or watch the amazing sunset 🌅

The breakfast room was in another hotel. The breakfast room was wonderfull in a terrace but the breakfast was quite disappointing. Yoy have to do thing with it... We had breakfast for 3 days and we went the only the first morning.

It was great that we could arrive at 4 am after a long flight delay & still have someone welcome us. It was a short but comfortable stay. Nice & quiet so we could sleep in. The breakfast was good too.

I found the pillow uncomfortable, but I think that is normal for here & me.
