The Hotel Location is a wonderful, close for everything. no need to tax for transportation. The staff in the Hotel so friendly. I recommended it.

There is no enough spaces in the room, if you have a family you need to think

The hotel location is perfect, in th heart of Fatih or Serkaci District exactly next to Aya Sophia, and Mermara Gar, Grand Bazar, so many places to be visited on feet. Thanks also to Mr Kerim the manager for the support and hospitality.

1. The High noise of the city which never sleep until 2 - 3 pm, tramway noise, but for a visit it is a good experience for long stay could be an issue ;-). 2. Also it's not related to the hotel but the unique Pharmacy close at 7 pm !? Then you have to wait until 9 am morn8ng to buy baby milk or a drug, so consider this timing in your plans.

The breakfast was basic the location was very nice, the stuff was excellent.

Maybe the breakfast needs to be better.

The location is perfect. It is located in a busy lively street and all the shops and the restaurant are just there. The main attractions, the Topkapi palace, the Hagia Sophia, the Sultanahmet mosque, the Grand bazaar and many other places are also in a 10 to 15 minutes walking distance.

We were told that the breakfast was served at 8 o'clock to 11 o'clock but on some days most of it finished when we got there at around 10 o'clock. The bathroom needs upgrading.

I don’t know how else to describe this hotel than perfect. The staff is so wonderful, unobtrusive, always at your service. We were especially helped by a new guy K. who was just starting to work, but made an effort to find us a parking lot for all the days of our stay. The hotel is perfectly located in a busy street, close to train, tram, and harbor stations, and sights are within walking distance. We had a two-bedroom apartment on the fifth floor which was large, comfy, clean, with a renovated large bathroom. The hotel is cleaned daily, towels are changed daily, water and coffee are added. We didn't see the cleaning lady, she always came when we weren't there, whether we left the hotel sooner or later. Breakfast is official until 10 am, but the staff regularly refilled the food even after that time. The food is really good, it was insufficient quantities and varied enough. We liked absolutely everything in this hotel. We will definitely be back, we have already recommended this hotel to friends, and we so recommend it to everyone else.

Nice warm, friendly welcome always by all staff. Always helpful when needed. The breakfast option is good. Toiletries provided, hot drink facility in rooms. Great AC is always on. The water supply is very good too. Look forward to staying again.

My family and I received great reception from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and in particular Hayrudine who provided continuous support throughout the duration of our stay, he recommended many places for us to visit in Istanbul and advised the best and suitable transportation for the need, he was extremely fast in responding to any queries in a very professional way. I would definitely use this hotel again and would recommend.

We spent eight days at the Omega Luxx, on our last day we had to leave the hotel very early to catch our early flight, staff put an effort and arranged an early breakfast for me and the family at 7am. I want to thank all the staff for making our holiday smooth and pleasant.

Perfect location

Maybe they could do something about the toilet, because there are a lot of things that can be fixed. Everything else is correct and worth the money.

The Reception staff were more than welcoming. It was basic and that's the price we paid. The location is brilliant as a few yards down to the right there is the tram station.
