Our stay at the Sirkeci Family Hotel was quite pleasant. The staff was really kind and helpful, ready to help you out at any moment. If you ask for more coffee, water or tea they take it to your room inmediately. At the end they give you some turkish sweets as goodbye present. The room is clean and big bathroom Comfortable hotel and good location. Ashraf one of the best (my friend now). Definetly the greatest place to stay in Instanbul!

The staff was helpful, polite, and easy to approach. They also contacted me in advance to check if we needed any help or had any questions before travelling, which we appreciated. Thank you to Ashraf, Siraj, and Ayham for your good work! We ordered the airport transfer, which was affordable and practical for our group of 6 people. We also chose to have breakfast at another, nearby hotel for a very reasonable price (thanks to the hotels collaborating). The rooms were spacious and practical. The bathrooms were well equipped and seemed fairly newly renovated. The location was excellent for sightseeing, with walking distance to so many of the top attractions! There were also plenty of restaurants around.

The rooms could use some renovation, and you could hear quite a lot of noise from the window in the evening. However, for the price we paid, it was worth it. It is budget level, but not too bad for the price range. The wifi wasn't very stable, although it worked more or less.

Hotels location is perfect, near the sightseeings. We went always on foot. 10-15 minutes to Sultanahmet and Galat bridge. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes. I recommend Sultan restaurant at the corner of hotel, that the hotels staff recommended us. The breakfast is in another hotel, 5 minutes on foot for 5 euro, was easy, but enough till lunch . The room was small, but very clean. The bath was renovated, soap and shampoo included, the towels are fresh each day, cleaning also each day. There is kettle in the room. There are no bad smells at all hotel (chemical or mold) It is noisy outside, but with the closed windows it is ok. The staff is very friendly! They were always ready to help. A lot of great thanks for Nargis, she organized transfer and answered always very quickly by WhatsApp before our arrival. Do not wait for something luxury, it is basic hotel! If the most important for your cleaness, safety and perfect location, this hotel suits you very good.

Some things can be renovated for example baseboards or door jambs.

We were a group of 6 people and spent 2 days at the hotel. First, the location was great, since it was close to almost everything we wanted to visit, plus we had transportation near us in order to visit Taksim Square. The hotel provided transfer for both our arrival and departure at/from Sabiha Gokcen. The facilities were really clean and matched the expectations we had from the pictures. They also had WiFi, slippers, coffee, sugar, water, but also you had plenty of little kiosks nearby in case you needed anything extra. Finally, the staff was really polite and helpful as they responded to our messages for both general instructions and info about our vacation via WhatsApp. Without a doubt, an overall wonderful experience and a value for money hotel, as well. Totally recommended!

This hotel is amazing the view is impeccable and the hotels area is extremely close to majority places in Istanbul. The hotel is really lovely with kind service and staff and the hotel rooms are always very clean and overall the hotel is really lovely

Close to tram station. Super easy to get around. Walking distance to Topkapi Palace, Haghia Sophia, Blue Mosque.. Grand Bazaar was also walkable. Staff were super helpful. Thank you everyone!!!

Hotel is Super and Clean, near Resturants and Markets.Hotel is newly renovated. Reception Team was amazing in Kindness.(Siraj + Mohmmad + Ashraf ) were very helpful. I recommend the hotel .

Nothing

After a terrible experience at another hotel, this place truly saved our trip. We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and what really made the difference was the staff. Ayham Siraajundeen and Muhammad went above and beyond to make us feel at home—they were incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely cared about our stay. We ended up spending a lot of time chatting with them and getting great local tips. We left feeling refreshed and grateful. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

The small hotel is in a great location, with historical sights, public transport, the ferry within easy reach. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs and grocery stores nearby. As the hostel is in a small side street, it is quiet despite its central location. Our family room for 5 people was on the 5th floor, the lift worked well, but it was also possible to access it by stairs. There are not many extras in the room, the beds are very comfortable, everything is clean. There was always hot water, the wifi worked. We had breakfast in the restaurant of another hotel 3 minutes away, which was also fine. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle, which is reasonably priced (we calculated that it was much cheaper than an airport taxi). Luggage is stored in a separate room if your flight requires it. The staff is very nice, they help with everything. Thank you for everything!
