This hotel exceeded our expectations! Omar is a very kind person and great help! The villa is located right off of the main street, on a safe corner (something that was very important to us). Just outside of the entrance are stores and restaurants. The boat station is 5 mins walk away and its a 15 min walk to cross the bridge and reach the other side. The room was a good size and provided all the amenities that are mentioned, the breakfast was very good and fresh. Beds are very comfy and good size.

Nothing about the hotel, but important to mention that the city has lots of alleys that are very uncomfortable at night. I suggest to stay on the main streets and try to avoid shortcuts when coming back to the hotel at night (the entire Istanbul is like this - nothing to do with only Sirkeci).

The hotel itself is nothing special, just a medium hotel but what makes the difference is the really nice staff. Our room was small, bathroom supplies were broken, the wifi signal was low, breakfast medium, and even if it’s soundproofed, it was still noisy. I put high rating because of the staff really.

We booked a triple room with a city view and enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it by trying out the sea view room as well. However, the city view room was even better – you could truly experience the vibrant life of the city; I'd call it a 'lokum view'. Our waiting for Turkish Delights (lokum) was met with delight when we saw a store right in front of the hotel. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They kindly lent us a large umbrella when we headed out for a walk on a rainy afternoon.

The rooms were very clean. Staff members were courteous and very helpful. Hussain and Ahsan were very prompt in sorting any issues and were very proactive. Hussain stayed up in the night just to make sure we could check-in late at night as our flight was landing late. Breakfast was freshly made and was full of flavour. Overall I will rate my stay 10/10

همه چیز بسیار تمیز تازه و قابل استفاده بود. کارکنان هتل بسیار مهربان و باادب بودند همچنین حرفه ای. موقعیت مکانی هتل بسیار خوب بود. به همه ایستگاه های مترو اتوبوس تراموای در فاصله ی یک دقیقه ای. اینترنت بسیار عالی .کولر سیف باکس یخجال تخت های راحت و تمیز .صبحانه ی کامل و لذیذ. ( از خانوم فاطوش بسیار متشکرم) .حتما در اقامت بعدی ام در استانبول در این هتل خواهم ماند. تشکر ویژه از خانوم نور ( خانه داری هتل ) و اقای احسان و اقای عمر .

Breakfast was very good ,stuff is very pleasant and helped very much In everything. The location is the best u can get everywhere by foot , yes the room was small but with best view in such hotels in the old town rooms are little bit small , but for us it was not problem, there is elevator also , the water was good hot ,

Omer at the reception was very attentive, always willing to help. The hotel and the room were very clean. Location was amazing, you have everything around, it is a great choice.

Everything was fine, the hotel is located in a very good part of the city. The staff is kind, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is varied and there is plenty to choose from. Room is cleaned everyday.

The elevator goes to the 4th floor, so if your room is on the fifth floor, you need to go up one floor by stairs

Location is great - hotel is right next to Sirkeci tram station, Marmaray metro station and walking distance to Eminonu port. Additionally, even if the hotel is in touristic busy area it was quiet and not over-crowded, a variety of cafe and restaurants around. Hotel has small nice lobby with free coffee machine and some seating place. There is also a lift [2 ppl max] which was critical for us. Breakfast is served every morning on the basement floor with good variety of turkish and continental food. Most importantly, Omar - hotel host at the reception, has made our stay there very comfortable and pleasant, he is very attentive, helpful and in general gentleman. He has organized a PCR test in the hotel for the reasonable price at convenient for us time.

Breakfast area is small and can fit max 12 people, would be nice to have a bigger space. Also would be good to have some fruits added to the menu. Room cleaning was ok - at some days room was cleaned, at some not. However top-up / change of soaps, towels, etc. was different every time and it was confusing. It would also be good to provide more than 1 pillow per person as there are people who like to have their head higher at night. Note, the room area shown is not correct, so the double room is very small, with no space around the bed [2x1.5m], approximately 2.5x2.5 meters size, even if you add bathroom area it is not 15m2
