Great hotel with a fantastic hospitality and customer service.The hotel is close to local attractions and a lovely neighbourhood. The name also stays up as the hotel is really quiet, the breakfast is very tasty. I would like to recognise Rashid, Baset and Azim for their service and friendliness. Rashid helped us a lot with general advice and services - we got a room upgrade on arrival, did a Bosphorus tour for a lot cheaper, did our laundry for a lot cheaper, arranged Taxi for us, etc. We went during Ramadan, so we could not do our breakfast. However, Baset was eager to provide us with suhur in very early morning by himself by providing us with a quick breakfast which was very considerate and helpful. Azim was helpful with our general requests if we needed cleaning or something essential. This hotel is very cozy and comfortable and has a very home vibe - it doesnt feel like a corporate owned business model. I would easily pick this hotel again if I were to visit Istanbul and I would highly recommend it to everyone looking into visiting Instanbul.

The hosts are friendly and ready to help. ( both Basit & Bilal) ( Afghani speaking English fluently) . They also helped us in picking taxi and giving advice. The hotel is clean . No bad smell at all , especially the bathroom which makes a difference to me. Though it is a small hotel , but you feel as if it is your home.

A small hotel with basic breakfast. The loud downstairs but it is normal in such streets full of small restaurants and small bars.

Clean, modern rooms and a great bathroom. I really liked the mood lighting. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. All attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. If I still wanted to go further, the tram, metro and train were very close, but their noise is not heard in the hotel. And the staff...! Amazing people! Special thanks to Rashed!

Top staff especially Mr Rashid. All, always at hand to help us. Location was perfect, in the centre close to the main attractions. Breakfast was good and kept topped up. Room was big, we had the Superior Family Room. 2 rooms connecting with 2 tvs and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for the 7 of us. Cleaning was always done. Elevator for the elderly. Good Value for money. Tea, coffee, water and hot chocolate available free 24 hours. We also booked the airport taxi transfers via the hotel. Both ways the taxis were on time. Would rebook without hesitation.

Nothing

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room on the 3rd floor (for reference floor nr 1 is the street level/reception). The deluxe room faces the back and was spatious and quiet. Faint noises could be heard from the stairwell but honestly, the room was very quiet (couldn't hear any noises from outside at all). I've nothing negative to say about the room. The staff was great at english and very helpful and gave a lot of hints about what to do and so on. The location is GREAT. Close to the main sights, but not on the busiest of streets and close to both the ferry terminal and the train terminal. For what I payed, I will definitely stay here again if I come back. I didn't eat any from the breakfast as I wanted to go out and get local experiences at cafés and restaurants, but from what I could see the breakfast seemed nice and perfectly fine.

This hotel is perfect for location, price, and facilities. The hotels staff are exceptionally friendly and make you feel like you are home. They give you discounts on many things and they clean your room every day as well as providing free unlimited delicious coffee. Brother Emra was very friendly and let us borrow his Istanbul card to help us travel. The hotel is very close to Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and Blue Mosque. I have also made a great friend in the hotel - brother Rashid helped myself and my friends with everything we needed such as travel adapters, refreshments, and general hospitality. A huge thank you to brothers Rashid and Emra for being brilliant hosts. This will be my choice of stay in Istanbul next time I come from London.

Everything was good

We stayed 5 nights in Sirkeci, in the same room we had back in 2022 — and it felt like coming home! The fact that we returned says it all. It was so nice to see familiar faces — Bilal and Najeeb were still there, and just as friendly and helpful as ever. Their warm service truly made our stay special. Thank you again for the hospitality — we’ll definitely keep coming back!

Just a small note: we hope the bathroom can be serviced soon, as there was some leaking. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

As family we had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, within walking distance of many well-known tourist spots in Istanbul, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The cost is also much cheaper compared to other hotels in the area, which is a big plus. A huge thank you to Mr. Rashid for his exceptional support in guiding us on how to navigate other locations using public transport and for arranging our transport back to the airport upon checkout. We also want to express our gratitude to Mr. Bilal, the manager, for kindly allowing us to extend our stay beyond the 12NN checkout time as our flight was late at night. The hospitality and service made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Excellent location - very close to public transport, making it easy to get around Istanbul with this hotel as your base. Despite its proximity to the hustle and bustle of Sirkeci, once inside, you leave all the noise behind. Our room was a balcony one at the back of the hotel, with a lovely view of Galata Tower. The area is very safe - ideal if you’re a solo traveller. We never felt scared coming back to the hotel late at night as there are always people around and the streets around are well lit. Staff are helpful and friendly, I can’t fault them at all. A special thanks to the young guy that overlooks breakfast time. He’s forever cleaning up and replenishing the food. This guy deserves a raise!

The bathroom could do with a few minor repairs - revealing around the shower cubicle and fixing the toilet seat. The bidet also didn’t work very well. The breakfast is very tasty but we did get bored of it after a few days. A bit of variety would be nice. But honestly speaking, I would only know one star off for these issues. This hotel is very good value for money and I would stay here again. There are a few areas where improvements can be made but then it would probably cost more to stay here.

My original stay here is 4 nights but I've decided to extended it 3 more nights cause I'm really in love with this hotel. I would rate more than 10 if I could. Location is perfect, near to almost everything. Lots of eateries and restaurant nearby. Istanbul Gar is only 300 meters away. The nearest tram station is Gulhane and Sirkeci. Distance to Blue Mosque (Sultan Ahmet) is only 2 stops away. Cleanliness is top, I love the tile in the shower room. Breakfast is tasty. Facilities is satisfying, you get everything you need. They have 24 hours unlimited coffee and tea which really help everytime I go back from my day trip in freezing cold. But my highlight here is all the staff. They're AMAZINGLY HELPFUL. I traveled the world mostly alone and I admit this hotel has the BEST STAFF ON EARTH. Proudly mention their name here: BILAL, you're amazing person. He upgraded my hotel room for behaving nice from single occupancy to deluxe triple with balcony. RASHID, finding someone who can speak English fluently like you in Turkiye is a blessing. MALIK, thank you for walking with me in the rain and 7 degrees celcius to show me the ticket office for Bosphorus Tour. Last but least, EMRAH, I like you since the first time I arrived in this hotel. A very helpful man who serve with heart and will help you with all you need from laundry to every little things you need. He showed me around when I need a down jacket and recommended restaurant. MOHAMMAD, thank you for serving nice breakfast everyday and keeping the hotel clean. I came to Turkiye alone but these staff made me feel like I have a family in Istanbul. No words good enough to describe how I'm so grateful to meet you all. They work with heart and they have beautiful character. When I go back to Istanbul again I won't even looking for other hotel. The super best hospitality of these staff makes me want to stay in this hotel again in the future. They have service that even better than 5 stars hotel.
