The room was very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable mattresses that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.

There was some street noise, but we knew about it in advance, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall, a pleasant stay and a good choice for a trip.

We love the location! It is surrounded by shops and restaurants and there are 3 popular attractions (The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern) that are within walking distance. It's really very convenient to travel around to the different places around the hotel. It is a perfect location! Very friendly and helpful staff! And most of them are handsome! ;)

Usually I travel alone. Therefore, when choosing a hotel, I am guided by several criteria: safe area, good location of the hotel, quiet and clean room. It is also important that the hotel staff be professionals. After reading the reviews, I chose this hotel. I can confidently say that I was not mistaken. This boutique hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Freshly renovated, good air conditioning, good water pressure, tidy rooms, daily cleaning and change of towels that do not need to be reminded. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, water in the room. There is also cable TV. Shampoo, hair balm and soap are provided. All furniture is new, mattress and bedding are of good quality. Another important thing for me is very good room lighting. Getting to the hotel is easy, Gulhane tram stop, you just need to go down along the tram line and go ahead, the hotel is located on the left side of the street. I would especially like to mention the receptionists Givi and Baran. Givi speaks good English and he helped me a lot, for which I am very grateful to him. I would also like to note and thank Abdullah. Many thanks to everyone for the warm welcome and for the very polite attitude and attention to the guests. This is very important when you are in a foreign country. This is the place where I want to return, on my next visit I will definitely choose this hotel.

Everything was amazing Staff is very kind and polite, they help you everything you need. Hotel is new and clean, beautiful and very comfortable. Location is excellent near main monuments. There are a lots restaurants and shops and street is very crowd of people. I have been many times in Istanbul and always change hotels but definitely I decided to stay in this one in the future

it’s new and built to a high standard. Bang in the middle of the main tourist area and only a few minutes walk from the main attractions. 3 bed room quite tight, but apart from that cannot fault it. Mehmet and Mahmut, in fact all staff, were friendly and very helpful.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff are friendly and attentive. We lived on the third floor, and even though it has been quite noisy it wasn’t a problem for us as the noises of trams passing by outside added to the vibe of the city. If you’re sensitive to loud noises I guess you should take your earplugs with you. I saw comments about the refrigerator (minibar) not generating enough cold but it isn’t true. We put drinks in there in the evening and they were cool in the morning. It’s just that when you touch the mini bar inside it’s not cold at all and it seems like it doesn’t generate any cold. I also stored baklava there.

The place is in the middle of the happening in Istambul, a few meters of the parks that home the blue mosque, topkapi palace and hagia Sophia. But my most positive impression was with the hotel staff, they were very helpful. For instance, they went to get me a Turkey card to use the public transportation and they helped me with their phones to add money as needed to the card. I express interest to visit places and shows and they help me to get the information to attend. Overall a great experience plus Istambul may be one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Very good budget hotel. Just to make it clear that there are no flower petals like in the picture. Hahahaha. But for a hotel in the city centre, definitely it was of good space. It has all the basic things you expect from a hotel. The staff were very accomodating. The location is so central. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants that are open at night and to tourist attractions.

1. Just the fact that there is no dedicated reception at night. I think the property management shares receptionist with another hotel. When we checked in, we had to wait for few minutes so that the reception could come to the hotel. We checked in at the middle of the night so it might be the case because during day time, we always saw the receptionist stationed there. They also message us to let them know when we are already few minutes away upon check in. On our part, I think it was just inconvenience because it is already night and we want to check in as soon as possible. But overall, the hotel is very good.

The property is very central and has couple tram stops near by. There are a lot of restaurants and shops near by. It is very close to the big main touristic points. The staff were great always made sure we had everything we needed, gave us helpful suggestions and were always polite and kind. There was a little issue with the air con but they sorted it straight away. The place was clean, there is always coffee, tea and water bottles. They kept our bags after check out until we had to leave for the airport. The are is safe, I had no problems walking around even during the night. There is a lift.

Regarding the noise, you can hear little noise from outside almost non audible.
