Great location, super nice and helpful staff, coffee in the lobby, sensational breakfasts. The offer of the hotel - transport from and to the airport (90 euros) is a good price. Do not look for other solutions.

The room was indeed small, but I chose it myself.

Breakfast was very good with a good selection of food. A particularly nice touch was a regular table service of croissants straight from the oven. I thought the range of jams was outstanding. The staff are great. We arrived very early but were made most welcome and provided with free coffee until it was possible to offer us a room. the lobby was most comfortable. The location is as good as any.

The bedside lighting could have been better for those who like to read in bed. (good light onto bedside table but could not be angled towards book). A small point!

The hotel is close to shops, restaurants and walking distance to most of tourist destinations. It is also around 5-10mins walk to Eminonu wharf where you can take ferries to Kadikoy. There is a grocery store in front of the hotel in case you need something . The breakfast has good amount of choices. It is also easy to reserve your shuttle ride from/to airport to hotel. The staff were very helpful during my stay. They also clean the room everyday.

It could be noisy if your room is on the first floor. there is no iron in the room. There is not a lot of choices for English TV channels.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and it exceeded my expectations. The facilities were top-notch, providing a modern and comfortable experience. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed was exceptionally cozy. The breakfast was also great and the staff very helpful and polite. Overall, a delightful stay!

The lack of basic amenities like toothpaste, toothbrush, and body lotion was inconvenient. Additionally, the constant noise from neighboring rooms or the hallways was rather annoying.

I booked 7 nights. I had an amazing stay in Marius Hotel. From the first to the last day. Clean room. Clean hotel. Friendly and polite staff. Location is perfect you have all the facilities around. You can do a lot by walk but transports are just few steps away if needed. Thank you again to everyone for the good service and nice welcoming . Will book again when visiting Istanbul

Hotel Marius is modern, clean, and perfectly located, with major attractions just a short walk away. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, making it a great choice for any traveler. The real highlight, though, is the exceptional staff. Special thanks to Bariç, whose friendly and attentive service made our stay even better. With such a positive experience, I’m certain I’ll be staying here again on my next visit.

One minor downside is the noise from the street, which is to be expected given the central location. However, this is a small price to pay for being so close to the city’s main sights

The main asset of this Hotel is their staff, specially the morning team commanded by Baris, Ebris and Melik, they will make sure that everything is in place, and you get any help that is needed (even speakin with your transport to the airport form their own phones!!) Good breakfast considering they dont have restaurant, and very close to main touristic landmarks, restaurants, public transport, etc...

The street where is located can be a little noisy on the night since is one of the main arteries of the touristic area. A lor of restaurants around but most of them are for tourist only (actually the whole area can be considered as a big theme park) so its almost impossible to have "the real deal"

I travel a lot and leave few reviews, but in this case it is important to me, as the Marius Hotel was a true gem during a 3 week cycling tour with my son. Marius Hotel is a fairly new, family run boutique hotel decorated with taste and a feel good atmosphere from the first heartfelt hello to the last friednshiplike good bye. It helped of course that the owner Kaan is a avid cyclist & ultramarathon runner himself who made us feel extra welcome, but beyond that I could tell that other guests enjoyed their stay as well and loved to linger in the breakfast space and enjoy the atmosphere before hitting Istanbuls sights... I really enjoyed the Marius Hotel, the staff was exceptional and the facilities were always sparkling clean. My room was cleaned and smelled great everyday and loved that the windows in the room opened all the way to allow for fresh air. The staff helped me find a laundrymatt and even had my clean clothes delivered to my room. The gentlemen that work in the morning also always ensure everything was perfect at breakfast and were extremely kind and helpful. I was there during the earthquake and they handled the situation professionally and with confidence. 10000% will be doing back when in istanbul. The location is also perfect. ( near to restaurants, transportation and tourist areas without being overcrowded)

my experience was exceptional. The staff were extremely warm and were more than hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure that all of my needs were met. Truly out of this world. I felt comfortable and felt like I was in good hands. I also had an opportunity to meet the owner and the owner sons. Not surprisingly, the owner and the owner’s sons were all amazing and one even recommended a local spots for me to try. One of the sons actually walked me to a local restaurant and the food was delicious. He even recommended a great desert place and a great tourist attraction for me to try afterwards. I honestly cannot say enough great things about this place or the people that work here. There are a lot of hotels that you can choose from in Istanbul- but this place really goes out of their way to make you feel at home. I mean in what other hotel would the owner’s and his sons not only personally greet you - but physically walk you to a place for you to check out? Also, this hotel is near a bunch of historic landmarks and all within walking distance. The train station is also nearby along with several metro options so it is incredibly convenient to travel to places. I traveled Istanbul by myself from the United States and so location, safety, and warmth were all important for me. I found this at this at the Marius hotel. pro tip: this hotel also let me store my luggage after my check out so I could explore the city without the burden of having to carry it around for FREE. Amazing!
