1. Staff; Amazing. They are genuine people, no charlatans. From the very moment of arrival, I was provided with a free Istanbul card, as a goodwill gesture by a member of staff(which I returned later on checkout), provided me with hand-drawn and another proper printed map. Then I was shown a narrow shortcut street to hoçapaca street, which is hardly 5 minutes walk and have amazing affordable restaurants including the world famous sehzade cog kebab. Miss Shebnum is a lovely lady and always accommodating, no matter the seriousness of the request. 2. Proximity; it’s the very epicentre. You can be around Ayasofya in ten minutes by walk or you can be at Galata bridge, which is in the opposite direction in 15 minutes by walk. (Mind I walk alittle faster especially when alone). Egyptian spice bazar and grand bazar are practically minutes away. 3. No hidden charges; I was provided with a water bottle everyday, toiletries were always stacked up and never short. Good supply of tea and sugar. In the end, they didn’t charge me a penny. 4. Quiet and peaceful; After a tiring day, you want peace and a calm night. I had perfect sleep every night, in fact overslept due to the coziness, which did go against me in the end. 5. Cleanliness; Amazing, always and daily. 6. Marmara metro station; Taksim square and İstiklal street are approachable by nearby metro, as is Kadikoy. 7. Tram: Tram runs very near to the hotel and that is what you would need as well. 8. Air condition and beds: Excellent. 9. Pool, spa and Turkish hamam: access to these facilities in the main Levni hotel, 2 minutes away by foot. 10: New rooms and excellent bathrooms. 11. Sturdy safe locker and amazing cupboards with auto lights. A lot of space to put your clothes and stuff in.

1. Pool and Spa: Although pool and spa access is there, and I did avail it quite many times in main Levni hotel. It can be a bit cumbersome to get one from one building to the other for the said purpose, but it’s nothing that can’t be overcome. I personally didn’t have any trouble.

Our breath was taken away at the first luxury appearance of our room in Levni Plus, which we obtained at a great value price. Located in a very central area between Eminönü and Sultanahmet, it is ideal for sightseeing all the top sights. The decor befitted that of a suite in a branded hotel, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. A good family restaurant, Ti Amo, is on the ground floor, where we had our dinner twice.

Not the hotel's fault, but Istanbul transport has made the journey from the airport to this central area a true pain, involving at least 3 metro lines. This branch of Levni also has virtually no hotel facade, or is difficult to make out from street level, so was difficult to find at first, but we do want it to our insider secret, don't we? 😊

An amazing location. Super clean, friendly staff, modern room with modern amenities. I would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Istanbul to stay here. The location itself is reason alone for coming here. Everything else is a happy bonus.

Technically I don’t think I stayed in the “plus” hotel. Upon arrival we found out there’s 3 hotels? The plus one is under maintenance so we actually had to move to their “Hotel &Spa” branch. Would have been great to have known about the upgrade/change beforehand because would have bought some spa clothes to make full use of their facilities. But this isn’t a complaint - everything else was still perfect.

Location was perfect! Close to everything. Restaurants, public transport, historical sites etc Nicely decorated rooms, comfortable and also clean

There isn’t anyone at reception so we did have to wait a while for someone to check us in. They leave a WhatsApp contact number for you to call but no WiFi password so that number isn’t useful in contacting anyone before connecting. However, we did see the housekeeper regularly and she was always friendly. And when we needed the aircon fixing they sent a technician quickly.

Location was perfect right at the tram and Marmary rail Plenty of restaurants to choose from Night life is very vibrant We were allowed a early check in as our flight landed 6am already Reception so helpful and always assisting and friendly and accommodating

Good location, only 10-15 minutes walk to main attractions! Tram stop and metro stop are just round the corner. It only takes 1 change on metro to get to the SAW airport. Plenty of food options nearby.

We stayed in the family room - 2 interconnected rooms, one with a king bed bigger in size and the other small one with double beds. It was quiet at night, which was very important to us (no tram traffic). Walking distance to the main places of interest or take a tram to get to the other part of the city (the tram station is over the corner). For breakfast I would recommend Beltur cafe in the Gulhane park or a corner cafe across Ziya Sark Sofrasi (it replaced Fes 1977 on Google maps).

Frankly, the hotel is tidy, beautiful, and has a very excellent location. The staff is very respectful, especially mr. Abdullah very kind person and also help us in Istanbul 🙏
