The hotel is in a prime location in Fatih/Sultanahmet neighborhoods of Istanbul. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace Museum, The Grand Bazaar, The Spice Market, Eminonu neighborhood, and Eminonu ferry terminal are in a walking distance. T1 tram station and a metro station are a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is very clean and beds are pretty comfortable. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and a lot of varieties of choose. The hotel offers airport shuttle service and tours. If I visit Turkey again, I will definitely stay in My Dream Istanbul Hotel.

There's nothing I did not like.

- we got a free upgrade from 2-bed room to 3-bed room. - breakfast was good. - located in between many shops and restaurants. - a tram station nearby. - clean.

- the taxi cannot stop right in front of the hotel as it is right in front of the tram line. so the taxi can only stop at the main junction and you have to pull your luggage for about 100m on a busy road and cobbled walkway. but when you leave, the staff will offer to help carry your luggage to your pick up point. - the place is always congested with traffic if you need to take car/taxi. - they don’t provide iron and ironing board. - wifi connection is not very stable works 95% of the time. - the staff will message you after the trip to ask for a 10/10 rating.

First of all, I would like to thank the whole staff, and specially the night shift, for making our stay amazing. Lovely people willing to help and chat at every moment! The hotel took care of everything, our transfers, SIM card and even gave us a couple of gifts! The room nice and the bathroom was kind of small but very efficient. The whole hotel was very clean, so did our room. The location is ideal for first timers in Istanbul.

The breakfast had limited (and mostly Turkish) choices and the hotel has some soundproofing issues. Most channels in the TV didn't work, but we didn't care that much.

Third time I visit the same hotel and it is always as good. The hotel itself, the room, the bed, the shower, yes, most of it was very good. The staff was just as, as always, absolutely wonderful, especially the person who checked me out.

Actually, there wasn't much that I think was 'bad' or that you could do better as everything was very good, but if I have to mention something I can say that: - Wifi messed up the last 2 days. - The minibar cooled quite badly - The sun shade / curtains could have been all the way down to the floor so that no light is let in in the morning. In other words, very small things that may be unimportant to many.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, enjoying its ideal location between the Galata Bridge and the famous Hagia Sophia. The hotel is clean and offers good value, like a nice three or four-star place. What really stood out was the friendly and accommodating staff, especially the evening team. They always had smiles and asked about what I needed, making my stay even better. The breakfast is okay, and the cleaning staff is very friendly. I was satisfied, and unfortunately, I forgot the names of the young polite workers, especially at night, with their delightful smiles. I would like to thank them all.

The area is bustling day and night, and tram traffic operates from 07:00 to midnight, I ment to say isolation is not the best. Even though the road to the hotel entrance might be challenging or may be even impossible for taxi drivers, it didn't bother me as I had only a small bag. I waited to be picked up at the train station intersection, just 150 meters away.

Ease of access to all types of public transport, central location, good choice for family. The staff was very nice and child-friendly. And everything is as shown on booking. Very satisfied.

Service and staff were so kind, helpful and attentive. Breakfast is excellent.

Note that the hotel is on a tram line and taxies cannot access directly. The hotel staff were very helpful with this and directed our shuttle to the closest location, and also helped us with our bags.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk from many of Istanbul’s main attractions and very well-connected to public transportation, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The service was consistently professional and warm. One of the highlights was the breakfast on the rooftop terrace — delicious, fresh options with a fantastic view of the city to start the day right.

My stay at My Dream Hotel Istanbul was truly wonderful. The location is perfect, with the Grand Bazaar, Sultanahmet, and Gulhane Park just a short walk away, and easy access to the T1 tram that connects you to Topkapi Palace, Dolmabahçe Palace, Istiklal Street, and Galata Tower. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and provide a peaceful retreat after a full day of exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and a great way to start the day before sightseeing. What really made the experience outstanding was the friendliness and warmth of the staff—they were always welcoming, ready with a smile, and eager to help with directions, recommendations, and advice on trusted ticket sources. For the value, comfort, and service, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.
