Nice hotel very close to the city old area; just five minutes walk and near a train station. The staff working at the hotel were very kind; they wait for us late at night and were very willing to help. Rooms were fully equiped, even with an extra blanket. They are very new, nice and clean, which is not common in Istanbul neither in other hotels of the area with this price. We were very happy with our stay and we will repeat without a doubt if we come back to Istanbul.

Transport from the airport offered by the hotel was very expensive; we booked it with an external and famous company by half of price hotel was asking for. But we investigated and their price was the same other hotels were asking for, so it seems to be common. The hotel has some steps for the lobby. It was not an issue for us but it can be for some persons or situations.

The location of the hotel is amazing! It is close to the metro train stop, but also the Blue Mosque and the bazaars which makes it easy to get to and from around the city! The staff are incredibly helpful with directions and recommendations for getting around, sightseeing and suggestions for restaurants. They also helped me navigate the metro system! The rooms are comfortable and I enjoyed watching the tram go in the morning by the hotel window. There are also lots of restaurants and shops below the hotel that are open until midnight and very convenient if you need something or want last minute souvenirs. The room and bathroom were clean with all the basic accommodations needed and then some, including towel warmers!

Room was clean, toiletries supplied and hairdryer available. The shower in the bathroom was bigger than most hotels with good strong water pressure. The bed was very comfortable. Free wifi worked well. Fridge to keep water cold. Plenty of restaurants, shops selling baklava and lokum around. Tram very close by. Within short walking distance to the ferries and bazaar as well. Lift available but staff carry your suitcases and even carried our suitcases to the street above for our taxi as the taxi cannot stop right infront of hotel but this is no problem at all.. Free coffee, tea, Cappucino, hot chocolate available to drink on the toof top was a nice bonus. Beautiful mirrors in the rooms. Good working aircon in room. Fresh towels supplied every day! Safe in the cupboard.

Nothing to dislike

The property is in a very good location with the Blue mosque being 5-10 min walk, restaurants and shops around the hotel. There is close tram and train stops, which made travelling to other parts of Istanbul very easy. The accommodation itself was good, very clean and welcoming receptionist. We had a twin room and it was a bit smaller than we would’ve liked but we moved the beds a little to make more floor space. Overall a really good stay and I’d be back.

1- Amazing place, I came from Istanbul airport by bus, then I just took T1 tram direct to Gulhane station 2 minutes beside the hotel! And it is one station by the same tram or 5 minutes walking to Sultanahmet station (Aya Sofia and the Blue mosque station) And if you want to go to Taksim square and Istiklal street from there it is also easy! Take the T1 tram to Kabatas then F1 métro (one station) and here you are at Taksim! I stayed for 4 days in Istanbul, 2 nights in Flower palace and 2 nights in Taksim and I regret that I didn’t book the whole 4 nights at this hotel! 2- Room was Clean and organized and with a lovely balcony with flowers looking at the Main Street! 3- Staff are friendly and helpful! Specially the decent man in the morning shift! He helped me a lot and was smiling and kind! I would definitely stay the whole days of my next visit in Istanbul in this hotel!

1- tram is passing in the street of the hotel but to be honest after 12 PM you don’t hear it is noise because the street became calm! I am a deep sleeper so it didn’t bother me! 2- TV doesn’t have English channels! but it was also not a big issue as I spent most of my day exploring the city! 3- the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast but in Istanbul it is actually an advantage so you can try a new place for breakfast every morning!

The location is the best you could ask for. The room was spaceous and the beds were really good. Really good value for money and we would definitely stay there again next time.

Little noisy when the windows are opet but nothing too bad, when you close the windows you can barely hear anything. We give 9 out of 10 because of the shower, there is no mobile part, only the fixed one on the wall so it is not that convinient and they could really do something about it. If we had brought a child we wouldn't have been able to give it a shower

Great location, walking distance from major attractions but also to the tram/metro station if needed. Very clean, every day the room was made up and clean towels were provided. Room is on the smaller side, but very comfortable with all necessities provided. Great value for the price paid. Transfers to and from airport booked through property at a good price.

The transfer back to the airport was incorrectly booked by the hotel to the wrong airport - fortunately we caught it in time so the driver took us to the right airport and we still made our flight. Make sure to check with the driver to avoid such mistakes, as they can happen.

the room was very clean and the cleaning lady would perfectly clean the room everytime .the receptionists were very friendly. i would like to thank Hassan very much for his kindness and his help he made our stay more wonderfull 😊. even though we booked without breakfast there is always free coffe on the rooftop terrace wich by the way has a wonderful view 😍

i give 9/10 just because the fridge was very low (basically not usable) so if you have some spare food from a restorant or anything that needs to stay cool for the night you should basically consume it or it gets ruined.

My mum and I were so impressed by these 2 days we spent in Stambul. Thanks to this wonderful hotel and its location we saw the most famous places of interest. It took us less then 2 minutes to get to all those amazing mosques etc. Also you can take a tram and its extremly convenient. The receptionist was polite and we had a very pleasant experience in general. The room was absolutely great for this price. With air conditioning and all necessary facilities. Very cosy and clean hotel. The best place I could find. Another advantage that you don`t have to pay in advance. You can do it as soon as you arrive

had a great experience at Flower Palace Hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. A cat had entered the room we were supposed to stay in, and the staff on duty immediately changed our room and apologized, which I really appreciated. Taha at the reception was especially friendly and communicative, making our stay even more pleasant . The view from the terrace was very nice!🙂‍↕️🫡❤️❤️❤️
