Location is top! The hotel is renovated. So everything is clean en modern. In the room available: water boiler & tea, fohn, locker, shampoos, slippers and nightlamp… The staff is very friendly and helpfull. (Thalat, Ahmet, Mustafa and the household lady) If you mis something, just ask. The breakfast is good, a wide variety, for what you pay.

The family room we had on the 4 floor ( there is a elevator) was cosy and clean if you can sleep with 3 or 4 persons at a room, if you want more privacy take 2 rooms for 4 people.

The location is amazing right in the middle of the city. The breakfast is quite not bad. The house maid was the best really sweet and she does her job really well we left all our belongings and she never took anything, we were in the second floor for reference. The receptionists where nice. Overall it was a good experience.

The heater was too high we had to open the windows to be able to sleep because we couldn't turn it off or down.

Very good location, near to main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. Also, friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

From my point of view, breakfast was poor, not much choice.

The location was perfect, close to everything (tram, metro, port). Cleaned rooms with comfortable beds. Rooms were a little bit small but it was ok for us. Air Conditioning System was perfect, we were warm and cosy. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast didn’t have many food options like every turkish breakfast. Noisy neighbourhood because of the tram and being close to touristic locations.

Our 4 nights stay with family of 8 was good. We liked the location . Staff was very nice. Mustafa at front desk is nice, polite and professional. All other breakfast and cleaning staffs are very nice people too. Location is really convenient to the most historical places by only 10-15 mins walking. Lots of more options around like delicious restaurants and many more different stores for shopping.

Only inconvenience is small bathrooms and less space to walk in the room. But i think it's bit hard to find hotel or rooms with very big rooms in that busy area.

Location, value for money.

Manager in reception was alittle bit unprofessional in his mannerisms in welcoming/greeting, u would expect in other similar hotels. Shower/toilet were claustrophobic as small. Cleaner took my personal snacks/fruits from the room but I didn't bother to mention to staff as would've probably got sacked. My money/passport were untouched. My brothers bag was open. He left it closed. Nothing taken. Cleaner could have been hungry but still not hers to take without consent.

Great hotel! We loved everything about our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, and most importantly, the place was very clean — which was extremely important to us. All the main attractions are within walking distance, and there's a tram stop nearby. Big thanks to Tolat and Mustafa for their hospitality and support. We will definitely come back again!

A little "tired" hotel rooms, the repair of the shower cabin and the shower itself suggests itself. The window overlooked the ventilation shaft. One of the nights, the generator was very noisy, as the electricity was cut off in the entire area

The staff are lovely! The location is fantastic- nearby to all of the major tourist attractions. The bedrooms are pretty spacious.

The showers have no water pressure. The mattresses are heavily stained, which made me question how clean the room actually was- but I think it was just cigarette stains. The breakfast isn’t the best, but the staff are wonderful and because it’s buffet style you can eat as much or as little as you want.
