The hotel is close to everywhere. You can walk to Galata tower, too. The room has one little window but I didn't mind as the air condition was working good. Free water bottles in mini bar fridge. Bed making everyday. Breakfast was okay, the same food everyday but pretty good choices for short stay.

Bathroom didn't have window. Water pressure was weak sometimes but it can be better by adjusting the nozzle. There was a thin blanket for the bed. It was a bit cold during my stay. I needed to wear a jacket to sleep. It was a bit of hassle to use hair dryer as you need to keep pushing the button while using it.

I had a wonderful stay at Sude Konak Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, special thanks to Cihan, Atakan, Turan, Yadigar, and the rest of the amazing team. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is just perfect right in the heart of historic Istanbul, close to all the main attractions. Thank you all for making my stay so enjoyable. You're a great team, and I hope to come back and see you again soon !

Awesome location, seeing the Hagia Sophia each morning during breakfast was just cool. Really nice staff and water every day for free which was great with the heat.

Room had a window, but it was blocked and you didn’t really have any natural light. It smelled like someone was smoking somewhere regularly which was not enjoyable for non-smokers. Very thin walls, you can hear everything happening around you.

Everything was great. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean. Towels were changed every day. We could park our car right in front of the hotel. The location is the best. Wifi is good. The breakfast is served on the top floor with a rooftop view to Hagia Sophia Mosque. Only thing to consider is that there was no window towards outside. Only to an enclosed ventilation shaft. But that was no issue for us as we were outside the whole days.

I'm thankful to have stayed in a very nice room with a balcony and a view. It was clean and spacious, bed was so comfortable, and bathroom was always clean, too. Breakfast was good, more than enough choices, and with a view as it is upstairs. Location couldn't be better - being so close to the Gulhame tram station made it so easy for me to explore Istanbul. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks to Yadigar, Atakan, and Gurkan for making my stay a pleasant one, and a special shoutout to Semra (I hope I spelled it correctly) for being so friendly and making recommendations as to where I can go, and where I can get tahin and pekmez! If I get the chance to return to Istanbul, I'd like to stay here again.

Location, very friendly staff, nice breakfast and Aya Sofiya view from balcony at the breakfast place. Cosy boutique hotel. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, we were offered tea and coffee for free upon arrival during the wait until our room is ready and we had early check-in, thanks Sude Konak staff!

We've booked room for 3 guests and the room was quite small for 3 people, but actually it was me not to pay much attention on a room size while booking, my advise is - see room photos and read room description thoroughly in order not to be surprised upon arrival. for this reason we had to move to another hotel with larger room.

A lot of Istanbul's major tourist attractions are in walking distance. The tram station Gülhane is right around the corner where you can also load money on the Istanbul card. ATMs are located there as well. The station Sirceci is also in close walking distance. I didn't have any issues with the window in the room leading to a wall, no problem breathing during the night. The breakfast also had plenty options in my opinion. It got cleaned daily and every time I returned there were two new bottles of water in the fridge which was great. Staff was also always friendly and helpful towards me.

Not having the window closed I once woke up in the night hearing people from another room fight. So better keep the window close at night. I also have to join other reviews and say there's some stains on the carpet. I didn't have that much an issue with it though. Not directly at the hotel itself but as advice: The overall area is quite directed towards tourists. Hence, the prices in shops and restaurants are quite overpriced in comparison to local prices if you walk further away. Also, I personally found the street crossing at Gülhane sometimes quite dangerous cause it's a bit confusing and some drivers didn't know how to drive there.

We keep coming back to the Sude Konak hotel when we are in Istanbul. The hotel has a very central location. They have parking spaces in the street, so we can just leave the car and walk around. We also appreciate that we can do an early check-in. We got a room upgrade this time, which was great.

The location is great, just nearby Gulhane tram station. Walking distance to Hagia Sofia and other attractions. A lot of restaurant and souvenirs shop nearby. Room is quite small but it is a common thing in Istanbul. Cleanliness of the room and toilet is good. Heating in the room is good. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good, the staff was very nice to serve us omeletts that we personally request. There are view of Bhosphorus strait and Hagia Sofia from the breakfast room.

The Hotel is very well locate one minutes from the Tram station(you don't have to go uphill) and close to the most popular places, The staff was happy to help, Everything was always clean and The restaurant in the terrace with the view of Hagia Sophia is so adorable , The breakfast was great , They offered us a free ride to the airport and we really appreciate it , We enjoyed our stay there it will always be my destination when I visit İstanbul again.
