The hotel has an excellent position. The majority of attractions are within walking distance, and the public transportation is close to the hotel. The staff is extremely nice, ready to explain and help. The restaurant for the breakfast has an exceptional view! The breakfast buffet is rather good. Don't miss a fantastic traditional cheese offer.

The room is rather small, but this is not such a big problem anyway... when in Istanbul, you should spend your time outside the room as much as possible.

Great location, breakfast and clean rooms.

We arranged transfer from the airport to the hotel in advance, upon arrival nothing was arranged. Also we asked if the staff could help our relatives with a taxi for our wedding elsewhere in Istanbul. They agreed. Unfortunately nothing was arranged and my relatives got ripped off when they finally found a taxi themself. Also the swimming pool was cold the first day and a swimming cap is obligated. However you need to pay for this (45 lira) which is not service friendly. If these small things could be fixed, the experience would be better.

This is a place you have to go to. The food is stunning, the variety of food can be compared to 5 star hotels of the world. Besides normal buffet style breakfast, you can order fresh squeezed juices for some small extra price (cheaper than in the streets), and also you can choose to order some specials free of charge. Something like omelette, Turkish style eggs with tomatoes, pancakes with fruits and syrup, waffles and etc. The service here is another story, staff members are so nice, friendly, always there to help and offer you something. Special thanks to Ridvan and Simge, they were always so attentive to us! Very recommended both the restaurant and the hotel. You will not regret.

Excellent helpful and efficient staff, neighborhood is the perfection to enjoy Istambul in its most praised neighborhood, + this hotel is close to everything, 30sec to T1 metro station (best way to discover istambul), 2min to Aya Sophia, topkapi etc, 2min to Sirkeci eminonu/ Egyptiam market, 30 sec walk also to the pharmacy/change office or supermarket, establishment has a very good diverse buffet for all tastes for a champion's breakfast, excellent restaurant especially the view by night, has traditional hammam/massage services. Already been here several times after trying other hotels in the area, 100% recommand for best experience in Istanbul perfect for families also for extended stays

Breakfast was very good, location was god enough, within 5mins walk of Blue Mosque & Hagia Sophia. Restaurants and markets are closeby. The famous Hafız Mustafa (special for Kunafa dessert) is also very near. The hotel offer massage & Turkish Bath but I reached the hotel late night and had an early morning checkout, so didnt have time.

The rooms and washrooms were pretty tight & compact. Good for solo travellers but might be not enough for families with more luggage.

The breakfast was good and the swimming pool and gym area very good The location was very good too Close to the fare and station . Best locations to all the areas We covered.

The hotel itself is part of Yasmak Sultan Hotel which is across the road. The hotel is really nice in terms of cleanliness, the cleaner did an amazing job. The breakfast was amazing, location was amazing everything was walking distance. It matched what we paid so I can’t really complain. I think it was an excellent stay and I would recommend. Also the hotel help you find a taxi when you are travelling back.

The hairdryer was appalling, for someone who lives in England this didn’t meet my expectations, please bring your own. The cost for transfer to hotel and back was ridiculous, like 60 euros. You can get a coach from Sabiha airport that takes you to taksim for 50 Lira per person and then take a taxi to the hotel it is cheaper. Also, the hammam was ridiculously expensive. We booked it outside.

we liked that this property was right in the central location of all the tourist attractions. It was so convenient and literally perfect for getting around on the tram, we had a station right next to us! the staff also go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and will help you if you need anything especially the housekeeper she was so welcoming and helpful during our stay. Due to it being in a central location it was very easy to come back and freshen up during the day and then head back out again.

The amenities of this hotel like the spa, breakfast and gym are all based in their sister hotel which is across the street which wasn’t as much an inconvenience but if people have a preference then I would just keep that in mind when booking this hotel. This hotel is on a side street so if you care about your view from your window it will either be of the street or of the wall next door but again this wasn’t really a problem for us to be honest.

bed & pillows were both very comfortable. Location was fab, everything was walking distance, didn’t really need taxi until going back to airport. Breakfast was good, nice variety, my kids enjoyed the crepes & waffles everyday, I requested cheese omelette which was perfect. swimming pool area was very clean, showering facilities very good, jacuzzi pool very relaxing

the shower head did not work properly in our room, the water only half came out & we couldn’t adjust the shower head so instead we went swimming everyday & kids preferred the showering facilities in the swimming pool area. But they have this stupid rule where everyone has to wear a swimming cap in the pool, that didn’t go down so well with the kids!
