The hotel has an excellent location and offers great value for money. It is close to a tram stop, but you can easily reach the main tourist attractions on foot in less than 10 minutes. The rooms are small but clean. The bathroom could use some improvements, but considering the price, it was a great stay. Housekeeping services the rooms daily, which is a nice touch. The WiFi was surprisingly very good and fast, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast is served with a lovely view. Although the selection is rather limited, the food is fresh and tasty. If you're staying for more than two nights, the variety might not be sufficient. Overall, it's a good choice for a short stay in the city!

The walls are quite thin, so if you end up with noisy neighbors (as we did), it can make your stay less comfortable. Also, they didn't have tea at breakfast, so that was a bit disappointing.

I really like the fact that the hotel is by the train tracks, so it is easy to navigate back to the hotel by following the tracks. It's hard to get lost. Not just that, there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and random shops. At night, it is very lit and a wonderful light to walk. The lunch/Breakfast room is on the very top floor and has a nice, calm view. The ladies that clean and cooks, they are wonderful and very friendly when we pass by them. The representatives in the lobby are very helpful and give key insight into the city. I really enjoyed how one of the representatives helped find romantic spots to take my girlfriend.

Location is exceptional, so close to everything that's important, even if it's right on the busy street it's not noisy at all. Hotel is generally very clean, we were given new towels every day (we stayed 7 nights), bed sheets were also changed couple times. Breakfast is tasty, there were juices as well. Staff is really kind and helpful. I don't have any negative critics, we will be back for surely.

This was my 4th time visiting Istanbul. Without a doubt the hotel with the best location so far. Close to everything! I felt safe walking in the area both day and night. Located in a busy and vibes street. Many restaurants and coffee shops available to choose from. Safa is a MUST! 😋😁 Last but not least, the staff is AMAZING! On a scale from 1 to 10 it's an 11 for sure! I would like to say a very special thank you to Selo! What a friendly and helpful person! I will be back here very soon!

Housekeeping was average. The bathroom was clean when I arrived but unfortunately not cleaned properly during my stay. 😔 (Basin and shower.)

We stayed in this hotel for 10 nights. The location is very central and close to many attractions. The Maramary/tram and metro are within walking distance. The tram runs in the street where the hotel is located. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful: especially Najib, Salahuddin and the one whose name we forgot. The breakfast is tasty, we really liked the coffee from the coffee machine.

Clean room, turkish breakfast very basic, location GOOD for shopping, metro and ferries all close, SPICE bazar close as well, our favourite food place just happend to be very close SEYZADA (CEG KEBAB) one of the best.

no access for taxies - taxi dropped us few streets away from the hotel, had bit of problem locating the hotel.

i request iron but 2 times no show. lift elevator too small but ok u can hear tram passing by at night but ok for feeling

Perfect stuff, friendly helpful and hospitable, special thanks to Morad, Salah Eldin and the other reseptionist.They took very good care of us and helped us whenever we need.Perfect location; close to gulhane metro station, near old city sites, near to bazars, restaurants, and near to the sea. Clean renewed nice furnished room but a bit small. Nice breakfast, and you can have tea, juce and coffee all day. Lovely friendly house keeping stuff. All in all was a very comfortable cozy stay.
