Location was excellent- walking distance to sightseeing and public transport close by. Thank you to murad, mihirban and yusuf for taking very good care and answering all questions that we had. One of us was vegetarian and all care was taken to accommodate them. Would recommend and book again!!

There was peeling plaster on the ceiling in one corner that was falling on the table - that needs to be looked at. Also the door to the bathroom was translucent glass and no lock. That could be changed for a better experience.

Neda hotel is very well located. But what stands out, is the friendly and helpful staff. In particular, Ferhah and Hamdi, who went out of their way to advise us on the best options for our trip. Thank you.

Neda staff,s at the reception (Ken,Muhammed and Azis) were very helpful,their were polite and respectful . Anytime we wanted advice about transport or areas we wanted to get to, their gave their time,made every effort to get the correct information to make it easy for us to travel ...At no time of the day there push away or ignored us. There were so good towards us that their became part of our family. Made our trip very enjoyable Well done boys and wish them best for their future.

We would have liked a chair in the room, found the room bit too small. Found stained on the mattress. I would suggest to use waterproof and washable mattress covers.

The location was perfect, the hotel is right next to tram station and 1 station away from all historic attractions in main Sultanahmet making everything accessible for the traveller. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and supportive, had a good stay at Neda Hotel will recommend it to other travellers.

The elevator doesnt reach the ground floor but that isn't that big of a problem. Some things like hair dryer and electric kettle were not available.

Very nice and friendly staff, Perfect Location just next to the train stop, rooms are great and very comfy.

Just the main entrance with stairs is not practical.. other than this it’s wonderful

The location is good , very near to the tramway station. Restaurants and other shops are nearby. Wed liked to thank and send kudos to the hospitality of the reception team Aziz, Mohamed and Ken , theyre very flexible,approachable and very helpful.

Not much selection of the breakfast, We thought its a buffet breakfast ,ure just given a pc. of boiled egg,a tiny slice of meatloaf , bread and cheese and some spread. Rest are excess payment. Noisy as its very close proximity to restaurants shops and tram but its tolerable.

The hotel's location is excellent and one can explore the city on foot from here. Overall the hotel's service is excellent. Friendly staff and a great restaurant serving a wonderful Turkish breakfast and great food and drinks during the day.
