The accommodation was great. The location was excellent. The room was cozy and cleaned daily. The breakfast was tasty.

We enjoyed a lot our staying in Istanbul until the morning of our departure. Although we had booked in advance a transfer from the hotel to the airport, the car didn't come at the established hour. We got scared and nervous. The receptionist made a dozen calls to the transport company. Only half an hour later a car came and took us to the airport. Luckily, we didn't miss our flight, but we remained with a sour taste regarding the hotel's services.

Location is excellent. The room is small, but enough for two people. The hotel staff is very pleasant.

The breakfast is very bad. The menu is the same every day, with very few choices. There is only one type of coffee, there is no coffee machine at all. There are a lot of salads at breakfast. Only one type of salami is served every day, which is very bad. There are only boiled eggs, there are no eggs like an omelets. In general, the breakfast is very bad, and not worth anything. Better not to have it than to be like this.

Excellent location, silence in the room, good beds, clean room. Stuff are polite and friendly. I needed an iron and an extra blanket, they gave me that 👍🏻 SPA in the hotel is quite good (sauna, steam room, hammam and massage), they gave us a discount. Breakfast is 4/5, just because of small selection of food and that stuff didn’t manage to refill it in time. The hotel has a lift.

Small area of the room, but for 3 nights it’s okay. We asked to arrange a transfer to the hotel, but faced some problems in the airport, trying to get our transfer. Finally it was solved and we got to the hotel, but it was a bit nervous for us and we lost around 30 minutes.

I really liked that there were scales downstairs next to the elevator and I was able to weigh my suitcase to the airport and move my things. This is really necessary for a traveler, honestly, this is the first time I have seen scales in a hotel lobby, which I was incredibly happy about! Thank you for thinking about your guests. Breakfast was also fine.

Hotel Review: 8/10 Positives: The hotel presents itself very well, with a fresh and modern interior that adds to the overall experience. A standout feature is the lobby and breakfast lounge, which is a rare and welcome facility for inner-city Istanbul hotels. This comfortable space provides a perfect spot to relax without being confined to your room, adding an extra layer of convenience and enjoyment. Despite some minor room for improvement, the overall atmosphere and amenities make for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

While the hotel itself is well presented, there were some minor issues worth mentioning. Heavy construction next door caused vibrations during the day. However, this is beyond the hotel’s control and is understandable given Istanbul’s built-up environment. Additionally, small details such as keeping corridors free from consumable items could enhance the presentation. These are minor aspects that don’t significantly detract from the stay.

Excellent location with public transport trams and busses as well as taxis and private transport services that were easily accessible. A friendly atmosphere where you felt safe exploring your surroundings during the evening. The beds were clean and comfortable,. The owners and staff couldn’t do enough for us. Accomodating our various requests without any drama. They were happy to provide Friendly and informed advice and information on various tourist sites that made it less stressful and was really appreciated. It made our stay at the Sirkeci ERSU hotel in Instanbul enjoyable and memorable.

Great location at great value. Very helpful staff, in the first room we checked in the heater was not working properly, the next morning staff checked it and helped to move us to another room, time of stay was mid February so it was very chilly in Istanbul at that time. Good breakfast included, consider a good price value, good local variety of olives, local cheeses, vegetables, eggs and different bread and condiment options. Wonderful turkish tea, hot drinks, drinking hot and cold water available 24/7.

As the stay was in mid February the rooms can get a bit chilly. Bathrooms have weak ventilation to grab moisture.

Hotel is located very centric, is a very affordable price for a small room (those rooms in the pictures look way bigger). Many restaurants nearby as well as souvenir shops, (expensive as usual in the center). As well a tram station right next to the hotel at 100m. The sightseeings areas are close as well. There is a permanent water and tea supply and thus coming late evening and having some tea was wonderful.

Breakfast in the pictures is way better than the actual Breakfast. French fries and fried sausage is not a bad breakfast yet uncommon for someone from a different culture.

This hotel ticked a lot of boxes! Close to Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace and the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. The bed was really comfy. The tram almost right outside the front door. I organised my tours with the hotel and the tour operators were great also, picking me up and dropping me off at the hotel. Wifi was great, and tons of choices nearby, as is anywhere in Istanbul for decent food and drinks. Breakfast was amazing...a full array of local savoury cuisine, cereals, bread, filtered coffee and cold drinks. Drinks you could help yourself to all day. There was a small issue with check in. I'm not sure of the reason, but there some problem with my room. They booked me into their other hotel just down the road, so no real problem...it was good they had a solution. The receptionist gave me a small present on check out which was sweet. I'd been looking around for a small purse for my loose change...the universe provided!...xxx

My only issue was the powerpoint. My European C plug was supposed to fit the F type socket but didn't for some reason...a bandaid fixed that!

Location is perfect. Short walking distance to Topkapi, BlueMosque, Haga Sophia and Cistern. Very close to Tram which in no time takes you to Taksim Square, The Palace and Galata Tower. Christina and her colleague are exceptionally helpful. I recommend to ask them about the evening Dinner and show cruise on the Bosphorus. They will also help for any other requirements.

Our room was very small, no storage for cloths x 2 persons. It was clean, tidy and made up every day. Just needed to be a little bigger or designed with storage for clothes ect...
