We love the receptionist and all the staff here are friendly, honest and helpful. We are lucky to have Ziyad(receptionist) during our first day of check in because he can communicate in english very well, other receptionist in different days are also helpful and friendly. Chef, cleaning staff all are friendly. Asides from that, the hotel is very well equipped, they have iron, soap, towel, shower gel, tv , heater, ac, baby cot was also provided for us, lift/elevator. They also have water dispenser at their breakfast space for us to refill water. During our first day, we ate fried rice for breakfast and it was really delicious. ❤️ cleaning staff cleans our room everyday (very tidy) and they are honest since they dont touch our take any of our valueable stuff (as expected). For us worth every penny because their location is also strategic literally infront of tram station T1 Gulhane and 400m walk to haghia sophia. Would love to repeat our stay again when we come to istanbul. ( this is an honest review— I was skeptical to stay here when I read some bad reviews previously. Whoever is reading this, don’t hesitate you will have great experience if you stay here)

Just wish the family room of 4 could have bigger space to walk and open luggage. asides from that nothing is bad. Their double room is also spacious.

I spent a few wonderful days at this hotel with ny family, and overall, the experience was very positive. The rooms, although perhaps not very spacious, were perfectly functional and clean, providing enough space for us to feel comfortable. A major plus was the impeccable cleanliness: every day we had fresh water to drink, clean towels arranged with care, and toiletries constantly replenished. From this point of view, the hotel exceeded expectations. Although I wouldn't categorize it as a luxury hotel, I can say that the value for money was excellent. The breakfast was rich and varied, managing to satisfy all tastes. We especially appreciated the kindness of the chef, who delighted us with warm cheese pie. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Special mention goes to Yehya, who ensured our stay was as pleasant as possible with his warm and attentive demeanor. The entire staff greeted us warmly every time, creating a hospitable atmosphere. The transfer to and from the airport was extremely well organized. We received clear instructions via WhatsApp, with photos and videos, and upon arrival, we were picked up by a hotel employee who led us to the car. The waiting time was minimal (approximately 15 minutes), and the car was clean and comfortable, with a friendly driver. The conditions were similar for the transfer to the airport, with the mention that upon arrival we also had small bottles of water in the car, while upon departure we only had peanuts. A positive aspect worth mentioning is that, although the check-out time was 11:00 AM, we were able to safely leave our luggage at the reception until we departed for the airport, which was extremely convenient. In conclusion, I warmly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast, and the impeccable organization of the transfer. Even if the rooms are a bit small, the value for money fully compensates.

However, there were also some less positive aspects. The smell of cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation was occasionally bothersome. Additionally, the view from the window was not particularly impressive, and the internet connection was unstable, especially after 10 PM.

Loved the facilities, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room, location, comfort, everything everything! As we stayed for a week, our towels were changed and room was cleaned daily! (and bed sheets every other day). The staff fulfilled all of our wishes including later check out and other preferences. Very Highly recommended if you are looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Istanbul with a perfect location. It was certainly my best stay for the past few years of various trips (especially for this price!)

I loved everything!

Hotel is so close to the center! Few steps and you are there! Also very helpful and friendly staff works there. My mother with my little son stayed there for a few days and first she forgot her phone in a taxi, so hotel’s staff contacted the driver and helped to get it back. Then they had to leave early to the airport and there was no problem to arrange the breakfast boxes for them. And when the taxi to the airport didn’t arrive, a new car was also arranged very fast! A lot of thanks to Ziyad W, Eren and all the people that work there for their help and hospitality! Will definitely come back!

There was 2 receptionist guys The morning Arabic guy is so handsome and very respectful.. the afternoon guy is very rude asked me to pay directly in the facility because of booking didn’t deduct the money from my account.. when i tried to explain him to check with booking or to mark online that i’ll pay directly to the facility he started to speak in rude way and some talks like you are a tourist in my country and that’s my place.. you have to listen to what I’m saying this is my country.. and many like this topics.. i preferred to leave without any reply as i have my family with me and no need to let my family see a situation like that.

The main attractions of Istanbul are located close to the hotel and can be reached by walk,also the tram station is also very near with very good connectivity.you can also buy the tickets from the vending machines near to the station. The staffs are super friendly & very helpful . The rooms are comfortable and well maintained with daily housekeeping. There are also lots of nice variety of restaurants , bakeries close to the hotel..also a pharmacy in case required . I had a very nice time with my family !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable which is right in front of Gulhane Station, making it incredibly easy to get around Istanbul. The hotel is also close to many main attractions, which was ideal for sightseeing. The receptionist was consistently friendly and went out of their way to assist us with everything we needed, which made our stay even more pleasant. Plus, the breakfast offered a good variety and quality, perfect for starting the day. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Such a lovely hotel and in a perfect location! The tram station (Gulhane) is just opposite the hotel's door, which was so convenient for us, so for exploring Istanbul by foot, as for shopping. All the popular sights are nearby and also a lot of shops for souvenirs, food and their delicious baklava! The room was so nice and clean and all the employees there, were very friendly and helpful, especially Yahya! It was our second time staying at The Constantine Hotel and we will definitely stay there also next time!!

Everything was great

Very good location hagia Sofia/Blue mosque 10min walking distance and Egyptian bazaar, grand bazaar, Bosphorus river also within walking distance very good location for tourists and it's also great place to stay with family i stayed with my family with 3 kids very good WiFi connection. And all staff is great specially Tony and Yahya were very helpful good hospitality.

The only one thing that is Television wasn't working.

10/10 overall experience. The best thing is by far the location. Less then 10 minutes walking to Haghia Sophia or the Blue Mosque. In front of the hotel there is a tram station which can get you pretty much anywere in Istanbul. Cleanliness was also on point. The bathroom and the room where both very clean and spacious. The room is equiped with an electrical kettle, coffee and tea. Overall, a much better experience even compared to even much more expensive hotels. For the price, you will really not find any other place better then this.
