Breakfast doesn't have to much fruits and it is served a bit late (until 8am) The noice is incredible, too much noice during the night, it is difficult to sleep

I wish if they put water daily and tissue at bathroom. Breafast good pit i wish if they have something turkish. They keep our lugges with them till we have to go to airport so kind and safe. So family and comfortable

The hotel is in a very good location, it is very near the main attraction of Istanbul like Aya Sofia , Blue mosque, Topkapi palace, they are literally 5 minutes walk from the hotel through the Gulhane park. We stayed in the 4 bedroom room, and as expected the room was tight, not spacious, but the beads were comfortable. There is a TV , a small french balcony with a nice view. The bathroom is also small but with all the necessary things. The cleaning ladies were always cleaning the room around 12 PM, and were changing the towels every day. There is also breakfast every morning from 8 AM till 10 AM. The breakfast was the same every day, (like boiled eggs, cheese, sausages and many more thing) but for the price it was more than sufficient. At the reception there was one guy who checked us in, he was very friendly, always greeted us when we were going out or coming back to the hotel. When we arrived he wasn't at the reception, but we called him on what's up and he answered very quickly and arrived in just a few minutes. For the price that we paid for 5 days it was more than worth the stay in this place.

The main problem that we faced was the hot water. There is no hot water until like 8:30 or 9 AM. Also, because we wore all day out exploring the city, we were coming back to the hotel in the evenings like 10 or 11 PM and there was never hot water for a shower after a long day of being out. The hair dryer is very small and very weak, so for people with longer hair it will take like a couple of hours for them to dry their hair. I recommend bringing your own fan if you want to stay in this hotel.

I travelled with my family including elderly and a young child from England, the hotel staff Aydin, Diyar and the night staff workers were so helpful and support. Incredible location which is close to the Blue Mosque and Gulhane Park, and located close to the metro station and underground which can help you get all across the European side and to Uskudar Asian side. Honestly I cannot compliment the staff enough, they were so helpful, accommodating and polite. I will definitely be coming back here again! I really enjoyed the facilities, location, hospitality. A slightly wider range in breakfast selection

Great location, walking distance to main attractions and tram stop. easy to find. staff are friendly and helpful. my room had a problem on arrival and I had to move to a different hotel for one night but it was just across the street so not a big deal.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing – incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm and welcoming attitude made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and spotless. Breakfasts were just perfect – delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of options to choose from. The location was also excellent – very convenient and close to everything we needed, whether it was sightseeing, dining, or just enjoying the local area. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We’re genuinely grateful for the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. We’d definitely love to come back!

some small changes will make the hotel excellent

We visited Istanbul as a Family for the weekend. The Location of this hotel was fantastic. Literally walking distance to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. There is a tram stop (Gulhane) just outside the hotel which takes you to Eminonu (for pier, Spice Bazaar) and Karakoy ( for Galata Tower). There are several restaurants and shops walking distance to the Hotel. Breakfast was also good. Rooms were very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Serkan, the manager, also assisted us with airport transfer. Overall, will definately recommend.

My family and I had a nice stay there. The staff were very helpful and made our stay comfortable, they did room service. Room was small for 4 people but modern and clean. Breakfast was basic and okayish. We got luggage storage facility. Excellent location with metro, grand bazaar and topkapi palace being just minutes away. There was railway next to the hotel but noise was not very disturbing. Good value for money

One of the best hotels A place close to transportation, clean and quiet with a wonderful view of Gulhane Park at breakfast. Their food is delicious and they have a more than wonderful team. I highly recommend it.
