Very convenient location: the metro is literally two steps away, and all the main attractions of Istanbul are within walking distance. Also, nearby are a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops, grocery stores. Very responsive and friendly staff who are ready to meet your requests.

Rooms with windows facing the street opposite the hotel entrance are better off forgetting about a quiet night: there is music, screams and all that stuff 24/7. In some rooms not all the sockets work, also there is a smell of sewage from the bathroom, and in general, I would like to see more cleanliness in the bathroom and cosmetic renovation in the rooms.

Staff - very helpful. Location - close to the main attractions, tram station, restorants, piers,...The room was clened every day , comfortable bed,...Breakfast was really with variety of pastries,pies, cookies, fruit, diary products, vegetables, ....

A small hotel, in the heart of Istanbul, with very small rooms, and a friendly staff. The reception, the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were very kind. Good location, close to Basilica Cistern, Sofia Mosque and Blue Mosque. Very good price-quality ratio👍🏻

Hygiene products were few or of average quality, towels were torn, had holes and the state of repairs to the bathroom installations was visible or unfinished. Sometimes there was no hot water pressure in the bathroom. The hallway on the first floor is very small and you can often hear the noise of the neighbors waiting for the elevator in the room. A lot of noisy Ukrainians with inappropriate attitude.

The hotel is located near all the attractions we came to see including Topkapi Palace and all the historical mosques from the Ottoman Empire, but also the Grand Bazaar, the dock where all the boats for the tourist city tours are and much more, all not even a 10 minute walk away. We loved it! All of the staff were amazing, they helped us with literally everything including our baggage, our transport to the airport, they served us coffee and tea anytime we would come back to the hotel and they made sure we had the best time there. The rooms were cleaned everyday with no exception, we would get fresh towels, sheets, everything on a daily basis. The hotel itself is nice, even if there was anything that might’ve bothered us (and there really wasn’t) it wouldn’t matter amongst all the good things. We really cannot wait to come there again.

The location and cleanliness deserve the highest marks, as well as the attitude of the staff towards us. Excellent breakfast every day and close to all types of public transport. Housekeepers came every day and changed towels and everything necessary. Due to problems with the air conditioning, we got a new room right away in the morning. Abdulah bey is a great person and helped us with everything.

in the new room the wifi did not work and the problem could not be solved, probably due to problems with the walls in the room. Outside the room, it worked as well as it did in our original room. In the new room, the sound of people in the toilet of the next room was too loud. The air conditioner was overhead, so I got sick at the end.

Wonderful breakfast spread and friendly staff. They arranged airport transport and held bags after check out. View from roof and restaurant is wonderful and their staff are very attentive. Location is very close to many sites.

Our room was the only one in the basement. It had a musty/wet smell and there was a couch blocking most of the landing where you exit elevator. It was very difficult for an adult to fit through. We had to use it to lower suitcases then go to stairs and lift suitcases over the couch. I couldn’t get through that passage while wearing my baby.

Excellent position, in the heart of the city, walking distance to many of the tourist sights. The staff of the hotel is very kind and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is rich.

The rooftop restaurant opens only at 12:00. I think would be great to have it open also on mornings, for people who would like to enjoy a breakfast (or at least a coffee) there and start the day with a magnificent view.

Awesome property located near Istanbul's main attractions - Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, Basilica Cistern. Also, Raymond hotel is located in the heart of old Istanbul, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It also offers its own Luco restaurant with beautiful rooftop views. Breakfast is rich and tasty, the staff is friendly and totally helpful with anything you need. The room we stayed in, though older, was charming and had everything we needed. Really great stay, I would book a room here again for sure.

Amazing staff, very welcoming and helpful in providing map and information of local attractions. They also helped sort out our taxi driver who was trying to rip us off. The rooms were tidy and excellent air conditioning for the heat. Great location, close to many attractions at walking distance. Good spread for breakfast amd lovely roof top restaurant.

We were on bottom floor and had a lot of banging from upper floors and people walking past which made it difficult during sleep times. This didn't damper our stay though. Overall, everything was great and brilliant value for money.
