Our room was quiet and in general the whole hotel, quiet and peaceful. In the heart of this busy area, we had a surprisingly pleasant and peaceful stay in the hotel. The room with perfect comfortable mattresses. An important thing after you have been sightseeing all day. The air conditioning is also at a level - important in this heat!The breakfast buffet was also rich and with a satisfying variety.

"I didn't like it" is too strong, but I would note two things. The bathroom (toilet) could be cleaner. I work in the same industry and I know what I'm talking about. The other thing, the coffee at breakfast - it's good to have coffee in it .

Great location and friendly service! I really enjoyed my stay at Seher hotel in Istanbul. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Bosphorus and very close to the Sophia mosque . It’s in a lively, tourist-friendly area where everything is within easy reach: shops, restaurants, and major sights. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Daily housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy. As is common in Turkey, the rooms are on the smaller side, but everything was comfortable and well-organized. Overall, a great place to stay for exploring Istanbul!

The location is really good just a walking distance to Hagia Sophia,Basilica Cistern,Topkapi Palace and tram. The area around the hotel is full of restaurants and shops and for our group it’s easily accessible especially if you will just take uber when you’re traveling around Istanbul.The staff is helpful even though they are not very fluent with English. They responded quickly when we wanted to change room because our AC didn’t worked. Overall very satisfied with our stay for what we paid for.

Breakfast can have more options like bread but just a very minimal advice.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for many years now, and every time I return to Istanbul, I choose this place again. It truly feels like a place you want to come back to. First of all, the staff is incredibly friendly - just genuinely kind, down-to-earth people. The reception team, in particular, is always warm, welcoming, and helpful, which makes such a difference during your stay ❤️ The location is also fantastic: everything is within walking distance, just 5 to 10 minutes away from all the main attractions. It’s super convenient for exploring the city. But the most important thing for me is cleanliness. I’ve stayed in other hotels before, and I can confidently say that cleanliness is the number one factor for me - and this hotel always exceeds expectations. It’s spotless, tidy, and very well maintained. It’s also peaceful and quiet, which is perfect after a long day out in the city. I first stayed here 12 years ago, then again last year, and now this year as well and every time, I’m reminded why I keep coming back. I’ve stayed here with different friends over the years, and every one of them was absolutely delighted with the hotel. Next time I’m in Istanbul, I will definitely return here again. I’m already looking forward to our next meeting!

I stayed at the hotel for one week and had a great experience. The welcome was warm and friendly — especially the morning receptionist who was kind and helpful (though I’ve forgotten his name). The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and had 24/7 hot water. Daily cleaning was done properly, with everything replaced when needed. I didn’t have breakfast myself, but my mother said it was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and thank the management for their excellent service.

Hotels is near the tram and metro. Close enough to walk to grand bazar, spice bazar, Hagia Sophia, blue mosque and Topkapi palace and more. We had 3 rooms. 1 for 2 people, 1 for 3 and last room for 4 people. The room with 4 place was really nice and big.

The room for 3 people smelled bad. Was not cleaned well. Boring breakfast. We booked transfer from airport to hotel and they gave us information where we had to wait, but when we landed and went to the place where they were supposed to wait for us they said we're not on the list. So we had to wait around one hour at the airport so the can fix it.

I just had an amazing stay at SEHER Hotel in Istanbul! The rooms were super comfy and really nice, and it was so clean everywhere you looked. I felt right at home! The food was another highlight—so many tasty options! Breakfast was especially great, with both local and international dishes that were fresh and delicious. And the staff? They were the best! Super friendly and always there to help with anything I needed. They really made my stay special. If you're in Istanbul, definitely check out SEHER Hotel!

I liked everything

The location is very good, the staff was good and responsive. The quality/Price ratio is instersting. The breakfast is decent, salty oriented, but this is normal in Turkey.. The quadruple room is quite Big if you compare it with other hôtels in Istanbul old city. There is a certain humidity smell in the hotel but I will not blame because this is same in amost all hotels in old city I visited. The elevator is a bit small, but again, this is normal in old city hotels

They could have been better (10 score) if they cleaned the room ground and toilet every day. But they didnt. They cleaned only 3 Times in a week... However, They change the towels and bed convers evryday...

I allowed enough time to pass before evaluating the hotel so that I could give an evaluation without the emotional impact of what happened. The reception was perfect. We were treated very well, in fact, the Turkish people are very kind. The Hotel is excellent. Well located, everything perfect. The only thing that made us very sad, and it is not the fault of the hotel owners, was the disappearance of an earphone after they had changed our room. They changed our rooms when we were sightseeing and as we trusted the hotel, we didn't check our luggage when we returned. Sad, because in a hotel with wonderful people in an incredible country someone has an attitude like this. It was an expensive headset, it made us very upset. I would stay at the hotel again, but I would leave my bags locked with a padlock. The relatively high rating we gave was because everything else in the hotel was perfect. The kind and welcoming reception... I am extremely sorry that what happened had such a detrimental effect on our stay.
