Location is awsome... Close to all attractions and minutes away from the tram... The junior suite is fantastic... Spacious and super clean with a huge balcony.... Staff was super efficient and very friendly

Location! Location! Location! It's around the corner of all main sites. Staff are very helpful and attend to your needs. I stayed in a suite and it was fab! Especially the deco - my favourite colours and therefore, tastefully designed and decorated.

They could improve their breakfast selection as it was the same every single day and quite mundane. Would have been nice to have a selection of basic pastries.

Small cosy room, great for short stays. The accommodation is in a town centre, so very close to restaurants and historic places. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The room is above restaurants and bars. The music was very very loud until 11pm or midnight and I'm the person who can tolerate loud noises. Even everything else was quite good I wound not stay here again just because of noise.

I really love the room, 3001 suite very PERFECT!! All floor only for my room 🥰 and the lady when i want to check in was give all the information very clear. Thank you...definetly i will back 🥰

Breakfast only small option of meal but it was good. When i want to check out, i need help with my luggage to take to the taxi..but the helper come lately.

The balcony suite on the 3th floor was excellent, nice, comfortable, the bed was comfortable and good linens. The bathroom with spacious shower and hot water with good pressure. The personnel were very friendly and helpful, attentive and helped us booking a taxi. The centrum suites are some steps away from the main building where you check in, we liked this since it was quiet and a little more private. The location was the best.

Breakfast was a little simple, also we spent a night in a smaller room on the first floor, although clean and nice the shower space got flooded.

The location is on a nice street. Here you can find a lot of restaurants with good food. ( Recommendation visit Constantine's Ark Restaurant & Cafe 😊 )

Excellent stay! Penthouse with large terrace. Location was great, staff were so polite, friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean, bed was so comfy. Great value for money and I will be back again on my next visit in Istanbul. Highly recommend😊

AC didn’t work, so it was a bit cold inside. Still, that didn’t change overall experience.
