It was really clean, the stuff is friendly, the location is great and the breakfast was ok, too.

We booked a double room, but the bed was really small for two people. It seemed as it was a larger single bed.

they didn’t allow us to check in till 4 pm, the said previous customer was late in check out on my expense No telephone between the annex and the reception No elevator , if you have heavy baggage you will need assistance

Great place to stay location in the heart of the city Staff were friendly hotel was clean and rooms was clean and tidy last year we hawe stayed here that's our second time staying here. I do recommend to everyone to book here.

Perfect location close to everything. Tram station is 5 min walk, Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet 10 min walk. Also close to Misir carsi and Eminonu port from where you can take ferry to all important places. Close to hotel there is a lot of restaurants and shops. Breakfast could be a little bit better, but it is good value for money. Rooms are cleaned every day and towel changed. Staff very nice and helpful for everything you need.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the room service great, the hotel’s location great, and the price for the stay was really fair. I highly recommend it and I will book there again if it is available on my next visit.

We had amazing time in Istanbul, the hotel was exactly like in the photos, perfect location, close to absolutely everything you need. Very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, everything tasty, the staff were very nice and helpful. We will come back!
