First of all the reception was great even when we arrived very late at night we found them open. The hotel is very clean and has an elevator. The staff are great and always smiling and helpful. The breakfast is nice and various for all tasts. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to all attractions ( Hagia sophia, the blue mosque and Topkapi palace is 15 min away walking distance ), The hotel is infront of the Sirkeci Marmaray station which is great ! And also infront of hotel is a great Restaurant called "Turgut" they serve authentic turkish food with great service . We would like to Thank Mr Ali for his help and service when we extended our stay for 2 nights and he upgraded us to a better room! Thank you I would recommend staying here and in our next visit i will surely rebook here !

Absolutely great location. Very helpful Ali at reception. Surprisingly very quiet. Close to all interesting locations. Breakfast OK but would be better to serve packet yogurt instead of big bowl with yogurt from bulk pack. TOP home made burek for breakfast !!!!! Turkish coffee on request (great). It was nice to meet every morning cleaning ladies, they did great job

I booked this hotel a few days before my arrival, as I needed to find accommodation near Eminönü. And the hotel is simply wonderful! It has an excellent location—close to the metro and Hagia Sophia, just 10 minutes from the station, Marmaray, and the waterfront with water transport stops. The interior is very pleasant and well-maintained, and the staff are wonderful and friendly, always ready with a smile to answer questions and help if something goes wrong, with a 24/7 reception. You feel safe and comfortable. I had a single room—it’s not huge, but more than enough for a short trip for one person: it includes a kettle, refrigerator, safe, and wardrobe. My room had a balcony and a spacious shower. The rooms are cleaned every day, giving you a real sense of freshness. If something is off, they help to replace or fix it (the warm air conditioner wasn’t working very well at first, but then it started heating properly, and the staff provided an extra blanket). Breakfast isn’t always varied, but it’s tasty and nutritious, including even desserts, fruits, juices, and tea/coffee. I’m very satisfied with the hotel and would recommend it for accommodation!

Beautiful building, conveniently situated amongst the shops, bazaars, eateries and attractions with balconies for watching the sun rise over Istanbul and the life on the street below. A little off the busiest of streets so more peaceful during the night but enough of life going on that it felt safe and interesting at all hours. Super close to bus, train, metro and ferry (less than 10 mins to each with one metro station outside). For me, the best part of staying here was the amazing, fresh and delicious breakfast with lovely little changes daily. Breakfast always felt peaceful and relaxed. A very short walk to the main bazaars and mosques and a lovely walk at that. The staff were very welcoming and always on hand day or night and I think because it’s a family-run business they take a great deal of pride in the building and services they offer. Loved returning to a clean and cool room after hot and dusty days travelling around Istanbul. Slept really well.

This hotel is value for money. The most amazing location, walking distance to all major sites and very well connected with transport to everything you need. It is located in a nice and busy area with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops but the hotel itself is quiet on a side street. Room is very clean, small but convenient and the breakfast adds a nice touch (basic but tasteful). Ali on the reception was very helpful and was there for us for all our requests.

The bed mattress on one side was very slippery, and could have been better.

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is in walking distance from almost every tourist attraction in Old Town Istanbul. Even though Sirkeci is an extremely crowded part of Istanbul, the Hotel was in a quiet street and it was fully quiet during the night even when we kept the windows open. The room was nice and comfortable. The batroom was also nice. They cleaned it everyday, so the cleanleness was also great. Everything worked neatly in the room. The breakfast was good and tasty.

The only downside was the sleeping blankets. They were made of a material that trapped heat and didn’t allow the body to breathe properly, making it uncomfortably warm during the night. Despite the room temperature being fine, the blankets caused me to overheat and sweat, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

We enjoyed our stay at this small hotel. We arrived late at night and were greeted by a wonderful person at the reception – Halit Bey. From the very first day, he was very welcoming and helped us a lot with useful recommendations, ensuring our stay was comfortable. Unfortunately, he had to leave during our stay. His absence was immediately noticeable. I hope everything is well with him, and I wish him all the best in life. Halit Bey, thank you! Overall, the hotel staff was good and tried to be helpful. The hotel's location is convenient: close to the tram, metro, attractions, and the sea.

The towels weren’t regularly changed, there were some things missing at the coffee table, like teabags, utensils. The height of the bathroom sink and mirror were too height, even though I’m 167. We had to change rooms, so in the first room they were too low, and in the other one too high. When we checked-in, the pillowcases weren’t clean with too many man hair, but they had extra pillows in the closet. Another thing is, there was always something missing in the breakfast buffet: bread, eggs. But when we asked, they made efforts.

The staff was extremely friendly, they helped me a lot with the habits and having me an early breakfast. Daily housekeeping and the breakfast were also fantastic. I loved the location of the hotel, it was really close to everything what you need on a city break. Overall I was totally satisfied.

My room was so noisy because of the thin walls. Unfortunately I heard everything what my neighbours have done. Probably they also heard me.It was inconvenient. Also there are heavy doors, so whenever someone goes in or out I heard it like they slapped them.

Position of the hotel is superb, everything is on a walk distance from the hotel, and the tram station is just across the door of the hotel. It is easy to transfer from hotel do Sabiha Airport. Breakfast is good, classic choice of food (cheese, ham, bread, cereals, eggs, baked vegetables....) and beverages (coffee, tea, juice).

Its an "older" hotel, so the walls are not very thick and you can hear other people. Dont leave the windows open as the cats like to come for a visit 😁
