This property is a hidden gem. Inside is a very spacious room with large windows letting in lots of light. The bathroom is large and spacious and very clean, unlike other hotels i have stayed in. Plenty of restaurants to eat in right on your door step. And surprisingly extremely quiet at night for a good sleep. The rooms had been cleaned to a very high standard everyday. The manager has been very helpful and friendly.

This hotel does not have any lifts, which is clearly written on the description. I would not recommend for elderly or anyone in wheelchair. If you're fit to walk around and travel, then the stairs shouldn't be an issue. All our luggage was taken up to our room, so no problems for us.

I like the location because it is near touristy areas where we went or just a short ride away.I love that the room is unexpectedly spacious and and above all it is clean which is important if you have kids. They also provide bottle of shampoos and body wash.I also like that they have available appliances like microwave,iron and fridge,both heater and AC.They have a free wifi,too! Mr.Fikret (the owner) and Mr.Kaya (assistant) were so nice and making sure you feel safe and comfortable.

The location was brilliant - One tram stop or a five minute walk away from SultanAhmet. Nearby food is delicious- the historical Pidè, the cag kebab, the Cake Academy and Balkan Lokantis are excellent! The apartment itself had a kettle and a fridge, a dining table with 2 chairs as well as air conditioning and was spacious. It was cleaned daily, had storage space & had windows too. The host- Fikret- was very helpful.

A microwave and a short space to prepare meals would have been amazing.

Location is super convenient near tram, ferry and metro. Stuff are very helpful as always (it’s our 5th stay). Room is spacious and has fridge, iron, AC and heating.

Super clean, great location. Close to both Sirkeci and Gulhane trum. Șok supermarket is just across the street. Mr. Fikret the owner and his personnels are very helpful and make you feel very safe like you are at home. Highly recomended. Just mind that there is no elevator if you have elderly people with you.

Excellent location. Big room. Clean and quiet. Nothing fancy but for the price it was excellent value.

good management and staff

It's been a wonderful 12 days trip to Istanbul and without Mr. Aslan and his hotel it would look totally different - probably it would be absolutely lost of time. But with God's help we found this beautiful place in the heart of Istanbul. All you need for a perfect travel you'll find here - shops around where you can find anything for daily needs (umbrellas in case of rain, food in supermarket Sok, meal at great Balkan buffet or in one of endless kebap cafes), all historical sites (Gulhane park is just 7 minutes of walk, the Eminonu pier, T1 tram, Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque). Even the Hoca Pasa Mosque nearby with beautiful athan on certain time will let you feel truly engaged in the life of the historical place even if you are not a Muslim and Islam was never the reason for travelling to Istanbul. The hotel itself is perfect even for a long stay as it was with us. Each floor has an apartment-like spacious room with a microwave, kettle, fridge, big bathroom. The beds are absolutely comfortable and let you sleep really deeply. There are no bedbugs in the room, no cockroaches, no mice, no rats, no mosquitoes and even no flies or ants. It is amazingly calm and peaceful regardless it is situated in the middle of everything. And I wish to express a very special thankfulness to the owner of the hotel Mr. Aslan and his colleague, who were present at the site of the hotel (on the ground floor there is a beautiful shop with souvenirs and also a travel agency) almost all the time and every time we needed help or advice, he was always helpful and attentive to all our requests. This was my fifth visit to Istanbul, and it was really the best one. All the circumstances together might make your trip horrible or fantastic. The place where you stay, the people you interact with, the comfort which surrounds you altogether make your travel really amazing and unique. All my family thanks Mr.

Nothing to say, everything was perfect!

The location is very good. You don't have to travel with almost everything. The apartment is clean, bright. Before I left for the trip, when I was looking for a house on the reservation, I read many times in the reviews that the room in Istanbul smelled of sewage. But there was nothing like that in my case, no sewage smell. Note that if you have a birthday on those days, you will definitely receive a nice little gift from the hotel in your room 😊. The owner of the hotel is very polite.

I literally have nothing to write here. The only thing, perhaps not for everyone, is the staircase, which is rounded and may cause discomfort to the tired ones when climbing. But for a tired person, everything is discomfort 🤭. I would like to say that it is an ordinary staircase typical for Istanbul.

We arrived with Mr Aslan, the owner waiting for us in front of his gift shop at the ground floor of the apartment. All our belongings were brought up by the staff. Very helpful and nice staff. Room was cleaned everyday, but the i think the towels were not changed (not so much problem for us, as long as the towels are dry). Great location! all attractions in Sultanahmet are in walking distance. Near to tram and Metro stations with lots and lots and restaurant nearby. One Malaysia restaurant tea Amo nearby (if you are Malaysian craving for milk tea everyday, this is great location to stay)

The apartment has no lift, so you need to climb stairs upstairs. But, this is mentioned in the description so better be prepared. no problem to bring up luggage, since the staff are helpful, bring them up.
