The staff are very friendly and helpful; I arrived hours later at night due to flight delays but the staff were very cheerful and kept saying it was not a problem. They also helped me with a lot of things like getting a local sim card, places to eat etc. The room was bigger as I had a reservation and the single rooms were all occupied. I also got an ensuite as a result and that was very nice. The room had tea/ coffee making facilities, also a plus for me. The hotel is in a bazaar area, so heaps of tasty, authentic, and cheap food options.

The bed was a little too firm for me but I think it is normal for Turkey 😊

Location of the hotel is great, close to everything like public transport and restaurants. Staff are very friendly, always have the biggest smile on their faces and are very helpful.

Hotel rooms are very small and hard to navigate through the beds, the toilet had no ventilation. Rooms must be cleaned better, linen and towels must be crisp clean and stain free.

My 3rd time staying at this hotel, and I cannot praise enough Ramazan, Furkan and Mehmet for their hospitality, honesty, and always going above and beyond. The room is very clean, and the bed is comfortable (on a firmer side).

The hotel is next to a lot of restaurants and shops that stay open a bit late so it feels very safe to walk there at night especially if you’re alone, the location is perfect , you can walk to the tramway/metro and to Ayasofya and the blue mosque.. but my favorite part was definitely how well you’re treated, Ramadan and the rest of the staff were very nice and very helpful during my week there, would definitely come back and recommand this hotel :)

The location was amazing (as it is in the center of the market) with lots of restaurants and shops around. Its a family owned hotel, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They really made us feel at home, and we will definitely go back again. The rooms were neat and nice sized, and there is a lift which helped with our luggage. They also stored our bags for us when we went to Bursa for one night. All the rooms had kettles and they were happy to top us up with sugar when we needed. We had brought some extra food with us, and they let us store it in their fridge and freezer.

The queen mattress in one of our rooms was a bit old. The taxi driver could not drop you off infront of the hotel as it is on a side street, however the hotel staff was very helpful in arranging the closest dropoff point and assisting with the luggage.

Perfect location, best stuff! On the way back to the airport, our transfer was delayed due to a flat tire, but Furkan from the reception did everything to help us, contacted the transfer company, waited with us for a new transfer, so we luckily arrived on the flight Thank you very much Furkan, you are the best!

The hosts welcomed us so nicely, the room was clean, a bit old but for the price it is all to be expected

The hotel is close to Eminunu (5 minutes walk) and has a tram near by. close to Ayia sofia and the grand Bazzar You can take Ferry to Karakoy, Kadikoy, bashtash and Ortakoy You also have many restaurants and shops near The hotel street has also very good restaurants n super nice. hotel owner brothers are the best!

Upon entering the hotel, we were instantly greeted with smiles and friendly faces. Ramazan helped us with the baggage, showed us around and offered us refreshments. He was always ready for a conversation and provided guidance around all our queries such as sim cards, local spots, laundry etc. The customer service was really impeccable and he went out of his way to provide for all the guests

Clean and comfortable room. Strong wifi and a working elevator for those with heavy luggage. Right in the middle of everything. With restaurants at the door step, close to tram and metro stations and plenty of shops in the surrounding. Walkable to Spice Bazaar and Eminonu. Very warm and friendly staff, thank you Furkan and Ramazan who assisted me with everything I needed from arranging PCR test and printing the results (printing at no cost) to suggesting places for good turkish delight. Also for advising me to just buy 1 way pass when my Istanbulkart was blocked on my last day in Turkey. Thank you!

The room heater was a little slow to warm up but it's not a big issue.
