Everything was great, easy to find, in a great location close to the ferry port and 10 minutes walk to all sights. We took a tram two stops to Galata Tower. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, including securing us a parking place in front of the hotel, I couldn't wish for any more. We had the corner room with two bedrooms and the seating area and I loved to sit there and watch the city life.

The carpet in the room could do with cleaning.

The room is beautiful, the bathroom has a good shower and breakfast was great. The location is perfect for sightseeing as it’s within walking distance to main attractions in Sultanahmet. The tram stop is also very near about 3 mins walk which makes it very convenient to get to Aksaray for the bus to the airport.

Locatiin is perfect, about 80 steps from Sirkeci Tram station or 50 steps from Marmaray Metro Line (Cagaloglu point). Hagia Sophia, Sultan Ahmet, Basilica Cistern, from other side Historical Postal Office and Egyptian Bazaar are in 3min walk distance. The bath is new repaired, my room was small, but comfotable The staff is very friendly

Very clean rooms,breakfast has a diversity of quality food and restaurant is nice.Staff is friendly.Me and family were welcome to stay in lobby room for the time needed till check in because we arrived to early.They help all of us with luggage.Is a hotel i defenetly recomand!

I cannot say is something i don’t like.But maybe at the trace room they can add some small table and chair because terrace on 4th floor is big and could use the space to enjoy sun,drink some coffee outside etc

Very nice hotel in a great location, walking distance from all of the major attractions in Sultanahmet and easily accessible public transportation to the other parts of the city. Breakfast was quite decent with plenty of options to choose from. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was designed beautifully.

There is not much of a view from the rooms and the streets can be quite noisy, which spills over into the rooms even when the windows are shut.

Location is the best part, within 10mins walk, you can reach all the sights seeing. Restaurants are everywhere too.

The carpets are really dirty with stains.

As a 1st time Istanbul.visitors we were looking for a location close to everything we planned to see. The.Messeret Palace is about 20' easy walk from the Bazaar, Aya Sophia, Sultamahmed meydan, Galata bridge. Thus perfect location. And then there are spacious rooms ( ours was 45+ m², better suited for a family), clean and tidy. Large bathroom. We had no use of TV because there was no time to spare 🤣. But the best of Messeret Palace is the personnel. They are friendly and always there to help with advice. Or to take care of what is needed to be taken care of ( transport to and from the airport f.i.). The service is excellent. Our special thanks go to tje manager, mr. Halit.

We stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room (307). The room was quite large, very clean and well kept. The bathroom was a very good size. Air conditioning was very good. The hotel staff were excellent. Nothing was a problem to them. Always there to help. Special mention must go to the Reception Team. Yasin, Selver, Humay and the bell boy were all excellent. I would stay there again. The free breakfast was a bonus in the beautiful breakfast room. The location of the hotel was excellent, five minute walk to the tram stop and railway station. Most of the major sights were a 10 minute walk away. Lots of lovely food restaurants to choose from within a minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend. Also, five minute walk to the boat tours and ferries. Thank you.

Whilst there were about 200 TV channels in the room, it could have done with a BBC World Service news channel. The nearest to it in content was Al Jazira which was generally quite depressing. Other than that everything was excellent.

Quality of the beds, quietness, breakfast, location, quick service, lovely staff, kind owner.

Cleaning of the bathroom, especially in the shower place, the water wasn't going out and it was gathering down while showing. There are not hangers behind the door of the room to hang jackets and umbrellas.
