After leaving the hotel, they called and started telling us that we had paid with fake bills. At the same time, we paid at check-in. These same bills were easily changed at several exchange offices. It looks very much like a scam. Ruined the impression of the hotel.

I suggest Old City Viva Mia hotel for you if you want to spend your holiday in a clean, comfy and well organized hotel ! The placement was litteraly perfect, near to all the means of transport and touristic places All the stuff were nice, kind and respectful .. we had a complaint about the room next to us being loud at 2am and they fixed the problem immediately ! They cleaned the room and made the bed everyday Also the breakfast was delicious and full of various goodies Special thanx to the “breakfast waiter” he was the nicest person I’ll make sure to reserve in this hotel next time Best regards.

The Location is really near to Everything you can see many places by just walking Staff were very friendly, the breakfast was rich has everything we needed , the cleaning woman she was very polite and hardworking

Sometimes it comes smell from the bath , one of the staff the bold one his name is Burhan he was not friendly like the others at the beginning i thought he is the owner but they told me he’s just a worker like them His attitude was not the best

The location was perfect a couple of minutes to the center shops cafe restaurant ... Tram station literally there ... Eminönü ferry station 5 min walk connecting Asian and European side... Tram to grand bazar a few stops ... Before that the Hagia Sophia misque and the square and topkapi museum under 3 min by tram or can walk to it... Galata tower can walk to it ... Amazing location

It was accessable to must attractions and for food n cafes didn't have to far at all... Famous Hafiz Mustafa was just in front

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. It is in walking distance to all major attractions (if you like longer walks, which we do). Friendly and helpful staff.

While the hotel is nice, the area around it appears somewhat rundown, and dirty. There is an "unattractive" canal running by the property with a lot of seagulls hanging around making the street unappealing. However, regular street cleaning could solve this problem.

Staff were fantastic - helpful and friendly! Place is a short walk to transit for tram T1 and B1 train stops. Was easy to get to by transit from airport and for seeing sites. The place has everything you'd want for affordable stay in old town.

A little loud outside when tram comes by but no difference from our experience in Munich hotel a few weeks ago.

Great location in the heart of Istambul, close to the main points of the city. Tram, train, boat stops are a few minutes steps from the hotel. The staff were really nice, they were ready to help 24/7. I would like to thank for them the possibility to have a room despite of the fact I booked the room 12 hours before arrival and for the kindness I received.

The stay at the VIVA Hotel was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the breakfast in the morning was very plentiful and delicious, providing a great start to the day. Breakfast varied and excellent, coffee excellent as well as cookies and fruit. Top location, within walking distance to Marmara metro, buses and boats. Sultan Ahmed, Misir Bazaar, Eminonu all within walking distance. Beds comfortable, room spacious. Staff friendly, unobtrusive and responsive to all requests.
