Genius location one step from all public transpo.very clean,friendly and helpful saff..view from suite room was amzing.lively street food and shopping every where and also 10 min.walking to sultanahmet.

- Bed mattres is very high and not comfortable. - The top roof suite is amazing with very big space but it is accessable by 13 spiral step.which is not suitable to any one have movment disability -no roof light sources.so room is dim at night

The breakfast has very nice, specially the simit, that was the better that I could find in Istanbul. The hotel is small, so everyone (specially Hussein) will take care of you and know you. They got us a very reasonable transfer to the Airport by Taxi (payed in advance at the hotel!). Another very good thing is the location of the hotel. It is near a Tram stop, the Train Station, the Metro Station, and the cheapest Bosforus cruise boats. You can easily walk to the Agia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, and the Spice Bazar. But, as a big advantage, also very near on Hocapasa Street and Ibni Kemal, you have self service restaurants, Pide shops and bakeries (eat some borek) that have prices for locals, not prices for tourists.

Not about the hotel, about the Metro at the Airport. The Metro is more than 500 m out of the airport, when you get to the metro station, the vending machines don't accept cards, they don't accept 200 Lira notes (the ones the airport ATMs give you) and there is no ticket office with someone to talk to you. So back, to the Airport and Bus to Istanbul and then tram.

This is my fifth stay at this hotel in past twelve years. As always excellent place for accommodation. Everyday room cleaning and towels change. Perfect location and friendly staff.

Room had balcony overlooking Bosphorus so you could watch the ferries Coming and going. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Good Wi-Fi, good aircon, very central location walkable to most of the main sights

Common areas eg bar do not appear to be working A little bit noisy

Great location: next to the tram and many sights but still quite calm. Very kind staff. The view is great. The breakfast is ok. Nice bathroom with a big drawer and a modern shower.

Only small things. Like the card-reader (the one that activates lights) that works only after several attempts. Or no lights on the balcony. Or the shower hose that starts leaking.

The rooms were well cleaned and the staff were helpful and friendly. Location of the hotel was in the center of the Istanbul. Because of the location We were able to use public transportation easily.

The breakfast was generous. The view from our room was excellent. The neighbourhood was perfect for walking to the major sights of Istanbul.

There were stairs up from our door to our bed but they were really no issue for us.

Elanaz hotel is a small hotel situated in the center with many restaurants, shops, market which are open until later night, one minute walk to the metro and two minutes walk to tram station. Comfortly and quiet hotel, we had a suite with a balcony and amazing wiew from Kadikoy to Bosphorus bridge over to the asian side. The suite was clean, they change every day all. The personal was very very kind, especialy Milad. We had more contact with him because he worked at night and we came back to the hotel every time later night. And then we tolked with Milad, smailed, drinked caj.. he realy made we feel good. We recommend this hotel. Thank you again for everything. We are sure to come back.

Location was great. The staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and well cared for. The balcony was a great extra. it was a wonderful place to stay in Istanbul. Breakfast was good.
