This is the best hotel in Istanbul I have ever been in by this price!!! I have never met such an attitude of the staff even in hotels in 10 times more expensive !!! I arrived half a day earlier than have planned before - I was settled for free at 4 am! I was settled 8 hours earlier without any extra charges !!! It’s amazing!!! Delicious breakfast every day! At any time of the day they are treated to delicious Turkish coffee and tea, it’s tastier than in whole Istanbul !!! Cleaning in the room is worthy of special admiration - towels and slippers are changed every day - everything is new every day !!! It's just unique! I had a wet dress on the bed and when there was cleaning dress was carefully hung on a trempel closer to the window - I have never seen such care of a client anywhere !!! I really didn't want to leave this hotel :))))) The room has everything - three types of towels, shampoo, gel, soap, hair conditioner, hair dryer, slippers. Everything changes every day!!! Renovation in the rooms is new - everything is stylish and neat, everything works! Delight from the hotel! Words cannot describe how amazing this hotel is! The staff speaks all languages! They give you a free bottle of water all time. You won't get this kind of service anywhere! I have been in Istanbul for 15th time already in same price hotels - but this hotel is beyond any praise !!! The location is generally perfect - Eminonu is a 2-3 minute walk, very close to the metro station, marmora and tram. The very architecture of the hotel and the street are very comfortable and fascinate! I will back 100% !!! Just this hotel ! Always!!! Thank you so much ! It was the best trip in the best hotel !!!

Location was ideal and walkable to most of tourist spots like Blue mosque, hagia Sofia, topkapi palace, basilica cistern ~ 12 mins walk. The gentleman at reception was very kind and helpful.

The lady at reception was not very friendly, breakfast was from 8-10 we reached maybe 10 mins early and she refused to serve saying its closed, no apology nothing. We just wanted bread butter and tea. At least as a courtesy could have offered some cold items. After my husband requested for tea she gave it. Anyways not that much important but still something to note to improve the service.

The property is situated right next to a train/metro station really easily to go and comeback when and if needed. Just 15-20 min from the location there are so many UNESCO things to see really in the heart of the city. The rooms are small yet are very thought out via their design. The rooms have small balconies which is perfect for a late night lookout. The room has a nice built in AC and very cool bathroom with nice bathroom amenities and wonderful shower. Came with many soaps and towels. Staff were kind and helpful with recommendations very friendly too. Nice to have breakfast but it’s very basic but enough to get you started. Also they provide unlimited water throughout the stay which is very nice of them too. Would definitely come back here again

The shower would leak through the window door seal which lead to some clean up to be done. That’s all the problems that could be solved easily. Other than that it’s a perfect stay

The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Gran Bazaar and Spicy Market and other attractions. The hotel is also close to the train station and Ferry Boat! All the staff were extremely helpful and polite and this was a great advantage of this hotel. They also offered free water, coffee and tea all the time. That was very kind. They can help with purchasing tours and sim cards. Next to the hotel you will find many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The terrace has a beautiful panoramic view.

The pillows were not comfortable. I suggest investing in this.

The hotel is well located near everything that you need including transport. The staff went the extra mile to make us feel welcome to the point of offering us a coffee when we returned form outings. Our room was a tight fit and best for 2 persons max but had a great little Juliette balcony that opened the room up somewhat. The price was good and represented great value for that time of the year.

Breakfast was not expensive and very basic but enough to get you going for the day.

I loved the staff!! They are so kind and helpful. The lady who cleaned the room was just amazing, she always made sure that I was fine and happy with everything. Thank you! The room had a good view, right in the centre, lots of light. Amazing. And the location is definitely one of the best. Thank you for everything!

Just a bit too small, but again, the advantages are way more than that.

Location is perfect! The stuff is kind and guestcaring. Lady that cleans rooms and prepare breakfast is awesome, also the guy who works at the reception during the day. (Smaller build without glasses.) It’s small hotel with two rooms per floor. Rooms are not too big, but they are big enough. Breakfast is OK and enough.

There are few things we didn’t like. First sink in the bathroom is too small and wather pressure at the tap is too wear. Second the carpentry is not good enough and noise comes in from outside.

Very well behaved, supportive, well mannered, energetic, always smiling and welcoming staff. I am quite impressed with a lady and young man who were on duty at 4 pm on August 14. I called them from the taxi on my way to hotel and the staff( gentleman) asked me to send live location and came to pick me at that point where taxi dropped me. That was a wonderful gesture as in a new country where I didn’t speak the local language, I was a bit afraid. This gentleman has the best of the attitude. The lady also helped from time to time. With their welcoming attitude, I felt a homely feeling.

Location to Marmaray, amazing staff!! Interesting design and very nice balcony

For me ok, but can be important for someone that this is very centre and the street is noisy till late night. Keep in mind if your sleep is sensitive. The bathroom door is not closing properly, wasn’t a problem for me but if you are a ‘splish-splash’ kind of person you can make a pond in the room :)

The staffs was very friendly and honest, i left my money and my passport and everything at the room and the cleaner was coming cleaning when i was out and nothing was missing.. very good service the guys was very respectful and good with us
