It s our third time in Istanbul and the third time we ve stayed here. It s a small Turkish hotel which is just our thing, we don’t like large corporate type of hotels. It s a great location as it s next to the Marmaray line at Sirkeci so the transportation links are fantastic but as it’s underground you don’t get noise from the trains. It’s a close walk to the tram and waterfront. Beds are good size and comfortable, bedding good quality and rooms are very clean and Turkish design. Shower is very powerful with plenty of hot water . It has a roof terrace where you can sit with fabulous views of the Bosphorus. Breakfast is a vast spread of fresh local food which is freshly prepared. No matter what your taste for breakfast is there will be something for you. The staff are all exceptionally good and helpful. We ve been going to this hotel since 2019 and we were really pleased to see that one of the original staff members who invariably was stuck with us arriving in the middle of the night was now the day manager. I’ve never had any complaints with any of the staff but he was on another level. He was proactive at breakfast, checking the supply of food, refilling if necessary, moving tables to accommodate different groups, he was always on the go in a very proactive way. I would certainly have him as my manager if I had a hotel that s for certain. If you needed something it was sorted with no fuss. As usual we were gutted to be leaving.

I have to say that Istasyon Hotel was the best choice for our trip to Istanbul. Mine was the third time to Istanbul, but I have to say that is the best location so far. All was very good: location, the rooms so big, cleanliness, friendly staff, very close to the public transportation (train, ferry and tram). Very close to so many attractions. Special thanks to the Reception Manager who responded positive to our request to do an early check in (around 8 a.m) so we could rest for 2 hours. We will definitely come back.

Everything, literally every single thing was perfect from the warm welcoming from Abdullah who was really really helpful and accommodated all of our needs. He’s a true asset to the hotel. Soner the receptionist was also very friendly. The breakfast was unique and lots of varieties, the room was spacious and the price was reasonable. Moreover, the location is ideal, being steps away from the metro, tram stations and most tourist attractions were excellent. Rooms were cleaned daily. I can confidently say that this is the best hotel we've stayed in in Sirkeci.

It’s next to a tram and train stations. You can find taxis easily. The staff are ready to answer any question. Me and my family stayed in 3 rooms, the double, triple and connected rooms. The triple was the most spacious. The staff Abdullah, Shadi, Jalal, Gazel and Mart.. big thank you.

The female cleaners cleaned the rooms daily but sometimes they would leave a dirty cup behind. We stayed for 7 days and yes they varied some of the items on the breakfast menu but we started to get bored, however; it was a long stay 😄

Everything was perfect. The staff is very helpful, especially Abdullah and one girl whose name I don't know unfortunately, she knew Russian. They always offered us coffee, tea and they make the best Turkish coffee. The location is the best. You have all the remarkable places in the heart of your hand. You can walk everywhere. But for those who do not like to walk, metro, the tram is two steps away from the hotel. Breakfast is also varied, the only remark I would have is that the juice should be fresh. Daily room cleaning. I recommend it to everyone :)

Breakfast is fabulous at this hotel. This is our 4th visit to Istanbul and the 4th time we’ve stayed here. It has a great location next to the metro but as it’s about 4 floors down there’s no station noise. It’s also very close to town and the Bosphorus which is all topped off with a roof terrace overlooking the Bosphorus. Depending on which side of the hotel you are you get a great view of the Bosphorus as well. There are 16 rooms so just what we like, small and Turkish. The staff can’t go enough for you, they are a great team. The first 2 photos are breakfast and view from roof terrace, rest are city photos

Everything was perfect.

Location is perfect! Right in the heart of the historical area with mosque, bazaar and Haga Sofia in walking distance. We had a two bedroom suite with a balcony with a view. Everything was cery clean. Beds are really comfortable. The bathroom is quite small, but for 4 days it was manageable. The personnel, especially the daily front desk clerk is very helpful. Breakfast is your typical Turkish buffet with plenty to choose from. I definitely recomend this hotel for quality/price.

I booked 5 rooms at this hotel in September for my family, who were all in Turkey for a wedding. We came to Istanbul after the wedding for some sightseeing and this hotel was the perfect location for it, being a short walk to most of the old town sights and with easy access to the tram and metro for the people who didn't want to walk as much. Also, we had a group of mostly seniors and so having an elevator in the hotel was a huge help. The rooms themselves are very comfortable with nice beds and good air conditioning. The breakfast was the same every morning, but I'm not particularly bothered by that.

I booked this location in part because of the rooftop in the pictures, but in reality there were no chairs on the rooftop patio. You could get to it, but there wasn't a comfortable way to hang out up there. Other than that, the staff were all very nice but their English was limited. This made it hard to sort out the payment for all the different rooms I had booked, and there was some confusion with scheduling too many airport shuttles. It all worked out in the end, but it was a bit more stressful than I think it needed to be.

The location of the hotel was ideal. Very close to shopping areas and tram station. Breakfast was available. Rooms were very neat and well decorated. Housekeeping was exceptionally high. Washrooms were very neat and tidy. They gave a very warm welcome at the arrival , tea was offered free of cost. City views from the hotel room were awesome The services and behaviour of the staff were very helpful, especially the staff at the reception named Yousaf and Abdullah. They both were very helpful. We had a family trip, and we enjoyed staying in this hotel and would like to stay again on our next trip.
