The location is great close to everything, we were upgraded to a nicer bigger room free of charge since it was low season, rooms are tastefully decorated and beds are comfortable. Staff were responsive and helpful. Breakfast was good.

There was mold on the bathroom wall tile in large amounts and some around the windows, by the bed, door frame of the bathroom was rotten through and needs replacing. Smell of mold in the bathroom, and the jets in the jet tub are unusabe.

I had a very good experience at Viva Deluxe Hotel. The highlight by far was the incredible staff: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request or question I had. From the warm welcome drink to arranging transportation to and from the airport (note that this was on a very pricey side). Amin's hospitality really stood out. The location is excellent; right in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of all major attractions, public transportation, and the ferry terminal. The room matched the photos: spacious and comfortable. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which was a big plus for me as I work remotely and rely heavily on a stable connection. Breakfast was generous, served early enough for anyone heading out on excursions or starting their day early.

Nice. Would stay there again.  Location:. Right in the center of Fatih district, on a little, quiet and sunny street, lots of restaurants a few meters away, easy acces to bus and tram stations, and tourist attractions of the area (such as the Blue Mosque or the Cisterna).  Overall:. Nice room (We asked for a change when we arrived, because the first room - at the mezzanine, although nice too, had a too low ceiling, and a lot of AC pipes right outside the window, so it was too noisy. They gave us another one, in a second.).  Nice staff, too, polite and helpful. They provide a shuttle to the airport, too (at 15 euros per person). We opted for public transport, for much less of a price (and probably for a similar amount of  time). Cleanliness: good; the towels, although obvioulsy washed, were a bit old. Breakfast: diverse; coffee there was not great, but we could buy some good turkish coffee at the bar terrace, right next to the hotel lobby.. A good plus: the room had a kettle and various instant coffee or tea sachets next to it. 

The location is really central being close to restaurants, tram stations and walking distance to the attractions in the old town. The room was big and spacious, had good size bathroom . I loved the bed, it was so comfortable. And the staff were ever so nice and friendly, Tural, Umut. I wish to thank them all for their service, specially the kitchen staff. Breakfast is really rich with many food and you can ask Mr. Amin for the good foods from the open-buffet as he offers the tasty one, aditionally he asks schef to prepare turkish menemen if you desire.

I had a diffrent hotel booked with booking.com and my hotel got cancelled on Friday with out any notice i had 48 hours before i land in Istanbul i picked this hotel with out any major research this Hotel is located in a excellent location could not fault this place close to all amenities clean rooms and bathrooms i would definitely stay at this place again thank you all the team members and housekeeping staff at Viva Deluxe Hotel 👌

Inside reception area and above meeting room floor could do with aircon as its an open plan it does get hot their if u are sitting their stair ways could also do with aircon too shower cubicle can be bit bigger

I was here for one night lay over and had an opportunity to tour the city. Location was excellent- close to all the sites. Spacious, comfortable room and very clean. The host was very welcoming and catering. I checked in early hours in the morning and even then the hotel staff were ready and made it all smooth for me and my daughters. We were even able to have a late check out with no extra cost. Definitely recommend this hotel 🙂

Everything was perfect I wish I stayed longer!

Our staying at golden VİVA DELUXE HOTEL was an amazing experience. The stuff was really helpfull and our room and location were very convenient, the most of the places someone wants to visit could be visited on foot. manager mr. Amin and his team were very friendly. breakfast was nice for us. they made us turkish coffee as a welcome drink. Staff also made us sandwich because our flight was too early in the morning.

Perfect location and a great base to go exploring Istanbul, very reasonably priced and whilst breakfast was fine - I had boiled eggs or scrambled eggs most days and cheese and bread. The other options looked good - cereals and lots of turkish bits but looked a bit more lunchy! Staff were super helpful and my family loved Istanbul.

Room was not as bright as in the photos but for the price it was still great value.

First of all I am really grateful for the hospitality. The hotel is located in the central area. It is near to the main touristic points even on foot you can visit many places. Our room was very clean and they were cleaning every single day. They serve very delicious breakfast specially yummy cakes. Hotel staff is really helpful and cultural. We will back here soon!

Super nice hotel in a central area. Helpful and warm-hearted staff made our trip spectacular. Manager Amin and Tural do really professional job regarding costumer satisfaction. They made everything really easy and simple for us. Large room arranged, daily cleaning done and super coffee and 3 types of teabags left for us to the room. Really appreciate the way they have for the breakfast. Hope to come next as well.
