- Early check-in: we arrived at 8am and they gave us a room immediately, despite the check-in time is at 2PM. Many thank to Ali - I had a medical case and I needed a doctor at 3AM, the hotel arranged a doctor at the hotel at 3:30am! Many thanks to Guven Location is perfect and close to almost everything Reception team is there 24 hrs Hotel team will give you good recommendations on where to go, how, what to pay, ..etc The hotel is new, clean with good voice isolation and quiet area in the night (no noise from the street)

Minor points for the visitors and the hotel for improvement: Rooms space is fair only (not small but not large), but this is the norm in Istanbul. No iron in the rooms (for safety reasons) Breakfast variety can be improved

The hotel was located close by the main attractions in Istanbul. Its nice area to stay for a citytrip, shops,restaurants and the tram is also close by. Its highly recommended! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However the shower its a little small but with a very nice rain shower. The staff of the hotel is very friendly, polite and helpfull. Specially the nice people at the frontdesk. They know a lot to tell about Istanbul and want to help you with everything like excursions, transfers, public transportation etc. Special thanks to Ali, Erkan en Erol from the frontdesk, Menderes and Ergun. Erboy Hotel is located within walking distance of many tourist attractions of Istanbul. There are metro and tram stations just a few minutes walk as well, so you can basically go anywhere in the city with ease. Plenty of restaurants and bars are also just around the corner. It's a perfect place to stay if this is your first time in Istanbul. I was very pleasantly surprised by how everything in the hotel was extremely clean. The staff was super polite and professional and spoke very good english. Our bedroom was good with decent space, a/c worked great, shower was fantastic and wifi super fast. Also there was proper space for hanging clothes and towels, which many hotels lack. Another important point is that our room was VERY quiet. I couldn't hear any noise from the streets/corridor/other rooms. Breakfast was ok. Didn't impress me, but also not bad. Good enough to start the day.

very clean, great location. Very safe we forgot a chocolate box outside our room overnight and in the morning the box was returned to us by the cleaning lady which is doing great work everyday.

On a night while we were entering the hotel the front desk asked us in a rude way ( which room you were staying in ? ) of course it’s the hotel right to ask however the question could have been asked in a good manner. We think there was no suction/extract fan in the bathroom and there was no heating system in the bathroom which is really difficult for Istanbul. Overall it was a great experience and we are happy that we stayed in this hotel. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent stay in Erboy Hotel: it is conveniently located in the old town, Agia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basilicia Cistern, Grand Bazaar, Galata Bridge all within walking distance. Tram stop around the corner. My room was good and clean. I had my lunch and dinner at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel where you have a great view on the Bosphorus. Food and drinks were good in the restaurant. Breakfast was also to my satisfaction. Enough to choose from. Compliments to the staff: they were always very friendly and helpful. Service is great! The whole hotel was maintained and kept clean very well.

Nicely located in a quiet area near countless restaurants, and the convenient Tram #1 (which takes you everywhere you are likely to visit) just around the corner. In a street with 4 hotels shoulder-to-shoulder a hotel has to do everything right to stand out. A special mention to Erol, on reception, for his invaluable assistance in sorting out with Turkish Airlines something I had been concerned about, and his general advice on other sightseeing and transport matters. I found all the staff very friendly and engaging for the week I was there. Breakfasts were very good with the hot dishes changing daily. It is also open until 11am if you fancied a late start to the day, Internet was super-fast too.

The only disapointment was the pre-booked van from the hotel to IST airport (which was 50 Euros). It was dirty, very basic with no amenities. The elderly driver had no English but was well meaning enough. Such a contrast to the party wagon I ended up with through booking.com on arrival!

Our triple room was as depicted, it felt quite spacious. The hotel is a short walk from Tokapi palace and walkable from the other sites Hagia Sofia/Basilica Cistern/Blue Mosque as well. The tram station and a line of ATMs are really close to the hotel as well. The staff were friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was okay, they had a large spread and there were a few interesting items such as honeycomb. We never had any issues with booking airport transport through a third party, the hotel desk called us to let us know our ride was there.

Unfortunately the roof access is through the restaurant, which only opens at 3pm so there's no way to see the sunrise. You also can't see the Hagia Sofia or other sites from there, it just has a view of the water.

Loved everything about this hotel! The location is superb, just 5 minutes walk to Topkapi palace and Hagia Sophia. 10 minute walk to Galata Bridge. Tram stop right next to the hotel. The room was perfect, not too cramped for 2 people. All facilities looked new and fresh. The room and the bathroom were squeaky clean. The cleaning was done thoroughly every day. The staff changed towels every day, added new shampoo bottles, added 2 bottles of drinking water per day. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. Also if you stay don’t miss out on the hotel’s restaurant! The view from the rooftop terrace was awesome! The food was delicious and reasonably priced!

Amazing Hospitality, Perfect Location, and Great Property Our stay at this property was exceptional! A big shout-out to Ms. Egle and Mr. Ali, who went above and beyond to assist us with even the smallest inquiries. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. The location is ideal—walking distance to everywhere. To the right, you can easily reach Sirkeci and Eminönü, and to the left, Sultanahmet and the Grand Bazaar. The Gulhane tram station is just a 2-minute walk, making it even more convenient. We stayed in a family connecting room, which was impressively spacious for our family of five. The breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious menu that changed daily. Special mention to the bellman—though elderly, he is incredibly strong, helpful, and kind. We absolutely loved our experience and will definitely return to this property in the future!
