Friendliest hotel team ever,very informative and eager to help. Brilliant knowledge of local amenities, tours and touristic trips on Bosphorus ,and in and around the city. Hotel offers transfers from and to airport with professional driver. The room very tidy, cleaned perfection.👍💖💝😍

Our stay at Dream Bosphorus Hotel was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome—warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Nestled in the heart of the old city, the hotel is within easy walking distance of major attractions like the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar. We loved being able to explore Istanbul’s rich history by foot and return to the comfort of our room in minutes. What truly sets Dream Bosphorus apart, is the warm staff and the stunning views - the panoramic scenes of the Bosphorus and the city skyline were absolutely breathtaking—especially at sunrise and sunset. Mornings began with a delicious and varied breakfast spread, offering everything from fresh fruits and cheeses to warm pastries and traditional Turkish options. Dream Bosphorus lives up to its name—an ideal blend of comfort, charm, and location. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Istanbul.

All the staff were fantastic. Rasit and all the front counter people but also the dining area people and housekeeping staff. All very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent in the sense that it is in walking distance of all the historical landmarks in the old city ... just walking about the area was a great experience. That said, the hotel is at the end of a dark little road next to the railway, so that small thing took some getting used to. And be forewarned: taxis don't like going there because of the small twisty streets (our taxi from the airport dropped us off two blocks away, but we didn't know that until it was too late). So anyway, great location, great people.

We'd booked a 'double room with balcony and sea view' but to see the sea, you had to go out on the chilly balcony and stretch your neck to see a little bit of the Bosphorus... should really be called 'partial sea view'. Through the window, we could only see construction site hoarding. That was a disappointment. Our room was also smaller than we'd imagined (we should have paid attention to the room size when booking) ... just enough room to walk around the bed, so not really a place to relax in after a day of walking about. This is a room for people who don't intend to spend much time in it. Still, it was clean and well-maintained.

we had the top room with balcony and view to Bosphorus. I think it is the only room to have this characteristics in the whole sultanahmet. the room was just perfect for what we expected. the room is normal not huge. but the terrace is huge and the view is amazing. breakfast was amazing. people were helpful and proactive. we got everything we needed. I liked that they served mezes at breakfast. cannot ask more from a hotel. and also pies.

The hotel is walking distance from many of the main sights and attractions, but the area itself is very quiet. The area around the main sights is very crowded and loud, but it is very quiet around the hotel. You also can't really hear the mosques in the morning, so none of us experienced any problems with sleeping. The hotel itself was not loud, but I suppose that might be different in a busier season. We didn't really have any loud neighbors, even though there were families in the hotel at the same time with us. Families with kids seem to like the hotel, but it is also popular with couples of all age. The rooms were as promised and very clean. The room with the Bosphorus view indeed had a view, and it was a great view of the Galata tower and the Bosphorus itself and the boats on it. There is tea and coffee in the room that are refilled at every cleaning, as well as free water bottles. The staff is incredibly friendly. The breakfast is not the same every day, which was great for us because we stayed for 9 days. There are plenty of fruit and vegetables, so it is possible to have a healthy breakfast. My mother had her birthday during the trip, and the hotel staff got her a cake and sang happy birthday at breakfast on the day. We did not ask for it, so the staff had to plan it themselves and notice that her birthday is during the trip (she wasn't even the one to make the reservation). This was very thoughtful and sweet, and the cake was delicious. The hotel has buttons you can press to not be disturbed or to request the room to be cleaned, instead of the usual sign on the door, so that was pretty convenient. I think this hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family if they visit Istanbul. I have definitely been in much worse, but more expensive hotels before.

The rooms are not very big, but enough if you don't have too much luggage. I think there could be a few more hangers in the closet. The breakfast area is a little small and might be too small if the hotel is at full capacity. But the staff cleans tables after guests fast, so it should not be a big issue.

This is your dream hotel in Istanbul. Everything worked so well for our first trip to Turkey, and we were truly grateful to have chosen to stay here. The hotel's location is perfect - it's within walking distance of all the major attractions in the old town, and it's only five minutes of walking to the subway, tram, ferry, and train. Though next to a train station, the hotel was quiet at night, and we slept well. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was plenty and delicious, with choices for both Turkish dishes and American continental breakfast. I will bring my family to visit Istanbul next year, and I will definitely consider staying here again.

Nothing. I liked everything about this hotel. The elevator is small, and there is an instruction saying only one person is allowed at a time, so we were confused about whether this is a strict rule. But anyway, this is unimportant, and using the stairs also works well for us.

1. The view from the top floor corner suite. It is the most amazing view from the terrace attached to the room. (This is my sixth trip to Istanbul and this view was the best so far) 2. Location. Near Gülhane tram station (T1 route), you get anywhere by hopping on to a tram or bus. Walking distance away from Hagia Shopia, Blue Mosque and the Cistern. Many restaurants. 3. Very helpful hotel staff. Cordial, welcoming, warm and helpful.

Tea at the breakfast was too strong and I was expecting good quality Turkish tea. It is but a minor draw back.

Very attentive staff, Davut went down the block to find me ice for my drink. Arranged driver to and from through hotel, right on time, efficient. Thank for great stay. Coming through next already booked here again

Didn't have individual a.c . Control in room, but door opened for breeze

All the staff were super friendly, professional and kind. They made our family of five very comfortable. Breakfast was good, the variety was enough to keep my children happy.The whole family felt the hotel was an integral part of enjoying the holiday. Location is superb, walking distance to the Sofia, Blue dome mosque, spice bazaar, grand bazaar and topkapi place. If walking is not what you are looking for then location is very close to tram stops and station.

Nothing to complain about. Food is expensive in surrounding area but as we were in heart of tourist district it is expected.

Excellent location, very close to all touristic attractions by a walking distance 15min. Tramway and metro stations by 4min walking. Very good breakfast. Very helpful staff smiling all the time. They care so much about the customer and his service. The taxi drops us in front of hotel door and took us from it which is excellent especially when you travel with kids and many language.
