I stayed at this hotel last week and overall had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and the stay very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast – plenty of delicious options, fresh ingredients, and a great start to each day.

The only downside is that the hotel doesn’t offer much of a view, as it’s surrounded by buildings. If you're looking for scenic views, this might not be ideal. But if you value good service, convenience, and a fantastic breakfast, this is a great place to stay.

Everything was exceptional, the location is great and closed to all public transportation, restaurants and shops are so closed. The whole staff especially Mr. Ozcan Bayer was so cute and very helpful, he bring me tea and coffee once arrival as it was raining heavily, and provide me very nice room. There is a TV connectd to internet, and you can connect it to your cell phone to watch what you want. The breakfast was very nice and they have nice coffee machine. I recommend it as it's value is great and prices is very very reasonable.

Nothing, everything was great.

Very convenient location, 10 min walking from Galata bridge, Egyptian Bazaar. Walking distance from all main attractions. Parking nearby 10 EUR/night, VERY NICE RECEPTIONIST, helped us with everything, explained how to get around etc. VERY GOOD TASTY BREAKFAST, wide choice. Bedroom was small, but clean, linen was fresh.. View to Galata tower. We definitely recommend the place.

Little recommendation for the staff: The bathroom was not so good. Little old, not renovated. Shower head was broken. The room service didn't come, we had to find a maid and ask for toilet paper. But these are small things, overall feeling from this hotel is definitely positive.

Riadh, was one of the most supportive representatives we have seen in the recent past. If we talk about a 3 star hotel list in Istanbul this hotel can be considered one of the top tiers. I would highly recommend that if someone is booking the room in their hotel use their taxi service. It is at least half less than airport taxis. The rooms are decent. Best place for tourists. Buses, trams, food places are all within walking distance. A true delight for travellers and explorers!

Breakfast can get improved

The location was perfect with a scenery to the sea from the room. The room was cleaned every day. The air conditioner worked nicely without disturbing sound. The staff was polite and nice. The hotel was open through the night. The breakfast was good.

There was a weird hole in the bathroom wall, near the roof. However, it was not a problem, just looked scary. The hotel lost electricity very often during the day which meant no Wi-Fi at that time. They had a great coffee maker including different alternatives in theory, but whatever you chose, you always got the same black coffee without milk.

The staff at golden horn park hotel, were nice and welcoming. We felt welcome. The cleaning staff were also really nice. The location was right by the water and the bridge between the old and new istanbul town, so great location! There were also plenty of options for breakfast, which was also open for a long time, so you dont have to Rush. We were also looked after by the nice staff, as we had an operation. They were nice and bringed us tea, nuts, fruit and soup on them;)

If I had to say anything it was probably only that sometimes we could hear the other guests through the walls, and that not all the employees were good at English, but that was not that big of a problem.

The staff was so super sweet and helpful :~) they were attentive when we needed something and helped us do laundry. it was clean and comfortable enough for the cost and location.

We had a room with only windows that looked out on to the wall of another building which was unfortunate. The faucet in our room sprayed water in every direction so you could only turn it on slightly but the shower was great and had hot water!

The staff did not speak English, there was only the man who works at night I think his name is Riad. He helped us alot Thank you very very match You are the best man in all of Istanbul Breakfast and terrace were good.

It is difficult to communicate with them because they do not speak English.

The hotel's location was excellent, close to the Eminonu Bridge, Eminonu Bus Station, and Metro Station as well. The breakfast was fine. The staff were polite, helpful, and friendly. They gave us a good room with a nice view of the Galata tower.

I'll want to thank the hotel staff for the hospitality, especially Mr. Diyar for taking care of the check in and also the car parking organization (which obviously was free of charge) *Super Terasse *Great Breakfast *Wonderful location (4 mins to spica bazaar)

A little more attention to room details and wall mold would be appreciated, others are super!
