The staff are so accommodating and supportive. They gave us leaflets, showed us the best places for currency exchange for the best rate, they went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. The area is very safe and the ideal location for experiencing the old town walking distance from hundreds of restaurants, many big mosques and the Bosphorus. The hotel itself is very clean and the room was a very good size especially for the price. There is cold water, juice, tea and coffee available to you at any point and the 24 hour concierge made it feel extra safe.

Nothing it was brilliant.

The staff were absolutely exceptional. By far the best experience I have ever had at a property in terms of staff. Orhan especially went above and beyond to provide an amazing experience. Everyone was so helpful and so so lovely, giving lots of great tips and recommendations, making sure we were very well taken care of. They had a great breakfast spread every morning, and the hotel had an elevator which was amazing so we didn’t have to take our luggage up the big staircase. The location was the best! So close to absolutely everything. We were able to walk everywhere.

The only thing would be breakfast could have begun a little earlier for people needing to go to the airport/activities but that is so minimal!

So glad we chose this as our hotel for our stay in Istanbul! The location is perfect. It’s very close to the main attractions, there are a lot of shops in the area and it’s close to a tram stop and the Marmaray line, which takes you to the Asian side. The area felt safe as well, we came back to the hotel late every night and felt that it was safe as two women :) The room was spacious and modern. There was AC and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and changed a little bit every day. I was able to get a varied breakfast as a vegetarian as well, which is always a huge plus! I also really loved the fact that there was free tea, coffee and water at reception whenever we needed it. The staff were all so kind and helpful! We even got a little gift when we left. Thank you for making our stay in Istanbul so nice!

Our room faced a school courtyard, which was a little bit noisy, but most of the time we slept through it.

Although there was something wrong with the system and the hotel did not have accommodation for us for the first night. We were out into a very nice nearby hotel. The room itself was simple but clean. There’s no kettle in the room but a common kettle is available in the lounge area for all to use. Despite the breakfast choice being limited it was cooked in house - simple but delicious. There is a school behind the hotel but we had no issues with the notices as our room was facing towards the front. The location is on a slight steep so wouldn’t recommend to those with mobility issues. It is close by to the tram and restaurants. About 15 mins walking distance to Topkapi palace and 25 mins to Sultanahmet. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Not a bad hotel but there’s many hotels in Istanbul so probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Location is good, breakfast was tasty, bed was so comfortable it was hard to wake up. We also liked drinking tea in front of the hotel, staff is nice, AC worked very good, we never had any issues with water or electricity. They clean every day or upon request. It was pretty safe. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from Bosphorus. Taxis never came right to the hotel, we always had to walk towards our car :)

We requested transfer, it was our mistake we couldn’t find their car, so we used taxi services, but we had to pay €50 to the hotel anyways, that was sad. There is no mini fridge in the room, there is no tea kettle in the room. But there was one in the lobby, we used it. Also, place was a bit noisy because of construction going on in the building next to us, we had a view of that building, couldn’t open the window much because it was dusty everywhere. But it wasn’t that much of a problem since we were out most of the time.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just steps away from Istanbul’s main attractions. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is impressive for the price. Nights are peaceful, ensuring a good rest on comfortable beds. The rooms, bathrooms, and entire hotel are spotlessly clean. The price-to-quality ratio is fantastic.

During weekdays, breakfast can be slightly disrupted by the noise of children playing at a nearby school, likely during their breaks.

A decent size room, clean and comfortable. The location was very central but tucked away for a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped us book a boat tour and transfers to the airport. It really couldn’t be beaten for the price and we’ll definitely stay again. You had tea and coffee making facilities and free bottled water to take away. The staff were so lovey and even gave us a box of Turkish delight as a leaving present. I can’t recommend Green Parrot enough!

A mirror in the bedroom area would have been useful.

The location is convenient for everything — including the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Galata Tower area, cruise rides, and plenty of good spots nearby. The staff were super helpful, sharing tips and recommending great food places. Breakfast was really good, and the chef was lovely. There’s a free coffee machine with latte, cappuccino, etc., free bottled water, and tea available anytime with milk and sugar. They also stocked the fridge with free soft drinks. Had a great time at the hotel!

Good location as it is very close to important landmarks, restaurants and the area has good public transport connections to get around the city. Nice staff, always asking if we are ok and/or if we need anything else. Big plus for the bottled water available all the time for the tourists.

The only thing which was not that great was the location of our room. It was the only room on the same level with the garden where breakfast is served and although the room is very nice, we could hear the noise they made in the morning to prepare breakfast.
