The people working there were great, the location was great, the service was great.

We didn't liked the breakfast it wasn't that nice. The room was too small I espected a bigger room, the bathroom was really tiny.

Breakfast is very good and also the location is nice

One of the highlights of this hotel is its perfect location. Situated in the heart of the city, it offered easy access to numerous attractions and landmarks. I was thrilled to discover that almost all of the popular attractions were within walking distance, allowing me to explore the city at my own pace. It was a joy to immerse myself in the local culture, stroll through charming streets, and experience the vibrant atmosphere of the city without worrying about transportation. The hotel staff were not only helpful in providing directions and recommendations but also went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable experience. Especially Cemal! Their knowledge about the area, coupled with their genuine enthusiasm, made me feel like I had my personal concierge. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Very friendly staff and home-like atmosphere. Weather was nice so breakfast at the street felt very Istanbul vibe. Very nice room upstairs last floor with lots of windows. Though the rooms and building itself is a bit old anyway the atmosphere feels very nice and cosy. Location is superb, though if you got luggage and want public transport - wont be for you.

The bathrooms may seem a bit small and definetely the size of the room is not 19m. about 4-5m, but for couple of nights will do.

People are lovely and really helpful and went well beyond the call of duty and always someone there to help translate or water or whatever help I needed.. super freindly and not too in your face. And it had a fridge which saved me money and made it goodfor refreshing drinks throughout the stay

I did see the man in the corridor and told him I didn't want my room cleaned and a couple hours later he came in and woke me up but is an easy mistake to make and is the closest thing to something I didn't like that i can think off. Really enjoyed my stay

Clean .Posizione super. Staff as well( Denis helped with everything, wi fi, heavy bag , perfectly speaks Russian ) brought breakfast in the room . Super polite and positive . Don’t charge for the pet . For this money super offer this hotel.

From the morning woke up of kids shouting at the Neibor number, for me was ok , coz had to wake up early. If you looking for relax - ask the floor where are not kids. At the winter time like in all not expensive hotels there is not heating. 4 stars and 5 gonna be different, - just another prices ))but even some 4 stars hotel have not heating - so check info about heating if u like warm )

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Great team works here. And they do everything for the guest. You feel safe, comfortable, welcomed and absolutely happy. Staff makes difference. Even if you find something wrong in the room or building or food, you'll forget about it in a minute because of great attitude. They really care about the guests and their comfort. They can help you with anything, all you need is just to ask. Even if they have no service, you need, in the hotel, believe me, they will find the way to help you in 5 minutes. Location is the best, 5-10 minutes to any place of interest, metro, restaurants, the Bosporus Straight etc. Absolutely safe neighborhood. Huge variety of excellent restaurants and nice shops. Breakfast is plain but decent. And you will have extra Turkish tea all day long. Thank you, guys, so much! You've made my vacation special.

The two young guys at the reception are really helpful and nice people. The room was very clean and modern. Nice breakfast, they even offered me free breakfast on the day of the checkin, as I arrived early. And the location is amazing, you can walk to all the main attractions like the Hagia Sophia Mosque and others. I would recommend this hotel if you are in Istanbul for tourism.

I know it's normal in Istanbul, but I think hotels should really make an effort to train their employees to speak fluent English.

The room was clean, the bed was pretty convenient, and breakfasts were tasty. Huge thanks to the administrator Zeynal for welcoming and good mood.

The hotel is located in the old center. This means there are a lot of tourists and it seemed to me impossible to get somewhere not passing through crowded streets.

The location is very convenient, the breakfast is alright and there's an option to have it on a terrace, and the rooms are cleaned every day. Most importantly the guys who work here are as friendly and helpful as possible. We really enjoyed our stay!

The furniture is not very new and there were some issues with plumbing and electricity.
