Location is perfect - you are 5-15min walking from the Blue Mosque, Eminönü boat station to travel to Asian side and beyond, Grand and spice bazaars, however the hotel is located on a quiet street with no bars, so you get a good night sleep. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with a nice view on the 4th floor, you can ask to have Turkish coffee made just for you. Daily renewal of water bottles was a nice touch and the hospitality was splendid. The receptionist gave us good advice on how to plan our day during the National Day and at the end of our stay they gave you a small sweet gift.

Perhaps some facilities were a bit outdated (e.g. the mustard colour decorational pillows on the bed need updating, those looked well used).

We had a good stay overall. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and looked just like the photos. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. I also appreciated the whole day access to the coffee machine. The hotel is in a great location, close to all the attractions in the old part of the city. However, since it's on a hill, getting there can be easier or more difficult depending on the route you take. If you're coming from Eminönü or Sirkeci, the hill is very steep, so I recommend taking the tram to the Sultanahmet stop, it’s a much easier walk from there.

There were a couple of issues in our room. The AC mostly heated the room, and it was hard to lower the temperature. Turning it off completely wasn’t a good option either, as it made noise when off. Personally, I was comfortable, but my partner found the room a bit too warm. Also, the shower drain was very slow, causing water to collect quickly, something the staff might want to check.

Great location for everything. Quiet at night. Double room (306) was on the small side but comfortable and clean. Bottled water replaced daily. All the staff were helpful and kind. Room rate was good value.

Wide angled lenses make rooms look larger than they are so some initial disappointment but when you factor in room rate paid and all the other positives ie. Location, cleanliness etc. we got over it and enjoyed our stay at Boss. Breakfast not as pictured. Never offered fried eggs, no bananas etc. It never changes. We stayed for 6 nights so soon got monotonous.

Just returned from Boss Hotel with my son. Fantastic stay and prefect location for exploring the wonderful city of Istanbul. 5 mins walk from the nearest tram stop - Cemberlitas. Once you are on the public transport system you can explore with ease. Despite being so close to the hustle and bustle of Sultanahmet, the area around the hotel is surprisingly quiet and feels very safe. Hotel is clean and welcoming. Good sized twin room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Freshly prepared and interesting food from the adjoining kitchen. A huge variety of options. The breakfast lounge is on the top of the hotel with views. Of all the restaurants we visited during our stay, the best and most authentic food was 'Mr Cook Restaurant' - 2 mins walk.

Maybe fresh fruit salad for breakfast every morning (but I'm plucking at straws)

The hotel was excellent. The location is near both Bazaars and just 10 min from attractions in historical part. The room was exceptional: from comfortable beds and many pillows, to heating system, spacious bathroom, awesome rain shower head, sofa chair. The staff was very hospitable and solved all our requests. Every day they replentished our water, coffee, tea and toiletries. At the check out they gave us a dessert and didn't charge us water from minibar. The ambiance and atmosphere were very homely. The breakfast was varied and it came with a view. Everything was really great. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

I wanted to share my impressions of staying at the Boss Hotel Sultanahmet. The hotel is located in the historical center, opposite the lyceum, many attractions are within walking distance (Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, cisterns, etc.). There is a metro station nearby, which is very important in Istanbul. As for the hotel itself, it is very clean and cozy inside. The room service is managing every day. The breakfast is excellent - buffet. I would like to note the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. We ordered a transfer through the manager Adnan. Everything was organized on time and at the highest level. It turned out that ordering a transfer through the hotel is much more convenient and cheaper. We arrived at the hotel before check-in time. Firat greeted us, treated us to a free breakfast and organized an early check-in. Special thanks to Erdal for changing our room to a more comfortable one and always answering and consulting on my questions related to routes and attractions. Next time we will definitely stay with you again. Thank you very much!

Everythig was great.

This hotel was in a perfect location to Sultanahmet Square - about six blocks walk. We asked for a quiet room and it was very quiet. It was also a good size for the two of us in separate beds. They supplied as much free bottled water as we needed. The breakfasts were excellent, as well as the coffee. Every worker from the housekeeper to the two concierge at the desk to the people in the breakfast room were friendly. My friend has celiac, and they were able to accommodate her with gluten-free bread. The two front desk people were very helpful in giving us directions. It was a pleasure to stay there.

We stayed one night at this hotel and were so impressed by the incredible hospitality service they provided. Our room was so nice at amazing value for money (I think it was upgraded at no extra cost as the better room was available), and we were able to leave our bags after check out as our flight wasn't until the evening. The breakfast was such good quality with a huge range of options and a great view, and the staff were also really knowledgeable and helpful. We had quite a few errands to run, and they helped us with loads of useful information to get everything done before our flight. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Boss hotel was a great value, easy access to all tourist location and staff was very helpful. Our room was comfortable but compact. A great value for the location and facilities. We enjoyed their breakfast as they had a wide selection or good food. The hotel was modern on a quiet street. So, it was quiet at night. The staff provided good recommendations of what to see how to get there and arranged transfers to airport.

It’s was very clean and comfortable and the was very very good and helpful specially Noshan, I really like the way he treated the costumers and he offered us free Turkish coffee every day to be honest all the staff was good from cleaning staff to respiration guy he gifted us a free breakfast coz we arrived early to the hotel and there was 5 hours remain to receive our room but he offered us to enjoy the testy breakfast I really appreciate him and all the worker Noshan and Aisheh.
