Nice hotel which is newly renovated and still it is being renovated. Location is exceptional and close to historical marvels and grand bazaar. The best part is the staff, highly professional and respectful. Whenever we needed something during our eight days stay, they fully extended their support and even we were offered Turkish delights as gift during our check out.

Nothing as such. Everyone is putting so much effort into ensuring everything is top notch.

Great staff, they were super helpful, great location only minutes walk from the main tourist area and Bizzare. Nice finish in the room, large water provided and big AC. They organised our transfers which was really welcome as we could get a fixed price and a quality vehicle. The breakfast was great with lots of choice.

A little room for improvement will go a long way. The bathroom had a smell emanating from the drain, the bed was a bit firm and too small if you are over 6ft tall. Rooms could do with additional soundproofing such as heavier doors, door seals and underfloor padding to dampen steps from above and cut the noise from rooms across the hall.

We stayed at New Florenta Hotel, Istanbul for 5 nights, booking two rooms — and honestly, it turned out to be a perfect choice. And most importantly: the staff was outstanding. Warm, welcoming, professional — they made us feel more like family than guests. Overall, this has been one of the best value-for-money stays we’ve had in any city. Comfortable, convenient, and cared for — we truly felt at home. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Location was superb- just 10 minutes walk to blue mosque with loads of options for eating and shopping. Grand bazar was also just 10 min away. Staff was really nice, friendly and cooperative especially reception staff.

Our booking got mixed up and our room was given to someone else so out of 2 nights we had to stay one night in a small room. Though they offered us a another separate room as well as a courtesy but its AC was not working so all four of us had to sleep in a small room- However, next morning they shifted us to our chosen room on another floor which was kind of hassle with 2 young kids and loads of luggage. Perhaps they should add more variety to their breakfast as our kids literally didn’t eat ANYTHING 😓

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We arrived before check-in time at 8 am and were giving a room which was really nice. The breakfast spread was very nice with lots choose from. The location was close to amenities, restaurants, shops and Mammud Bacha, and Grand Bazaar is 4 tram stops or 20 mins work away.

There was no balcony but there is a big window that can be slided open to give you a balcony feel (in weather months) . The hotel is a bit outdated, and the bathrooms needs an update. It's in the middle of a shopping street so can be noisy during the day. It reasonably quiet at night.

Comfort Cleanliness and facilities wise hotel was exceptional. The staff was very supportive and courteous.

Complimentary Airport Shuttle, Sim /eSim , Istanbulkart and one travel adapter should be provided to every visiitor/tourist to make their tour hasslefree from the start.

Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast area has beautiful view and the food is great. Staff was very helpful at all times we needed. The location is perfect, everything is short walking distance from the hotel.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after long days of sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to start the day right. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. They were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
