Good location, as there is a metro line, a marmaray, and two tram lines within walking distance. It's clean, with two towels provided per person, and there was even shampoo, though we used our own. The shower, sink, and hairdryer are in working order. There is a small fridge and a table. The bed is wide and comfortable. You are given a key to the front door, so you can come and go whenever you like.

The lighting is quite dim. It's not a problem for the bedroom, but it would be better to have white light in the bathroom. The small sink is not very convenient. However, these are not major issues, just things that could be improved.

The hotel is really close to a train that goes right to sirkeci, next to eminonu, close to the subway and marmaray. At a 10 min walk to aksaray, where you can find the t1 tramway and many more buses. It is also great located in terms if places to eat and shop. I recoomend staying at this hotel, just consider it is a 2 star hotel and keep your expectations low.

The sorrounding area is not so renovated and may look not so good, but we felt safe nonetheless! We had 2 rooms, one on the 2nd floor ok, and one down below, which was not ok because of the smell, even if it was cheaper than the other one

The location of the accommodation was perfect for us, right next to the metro and Marmaray station. The bed was comfortable and the room was big enough.

The bathroom was really small, which I expected, but it also smelled bad. In addition, we did not get a key to the main entrance, so when we returned in the middle of the night, it felt uncomfortable to wake someone up at that time to let us in.

A lovely family-owned hotel. They were polite and we checked in without any issues. Very spacious, quiet and clean room. The metro and new train line are just a short walk away which made travelling around the city very convenient. Also, they have an elevator so we don't have to our big luggage up the stairs.

The hotel is located in a more under-developed neighbourhood so I can see why some reviewer thinks they felt a bit unsafe specially if they are solo travellers but we thought it was great to be able to check out local shops and restaurants.

What I liked most is that you can use a bus (H 12) from the airport to arrive to the hotel. Also, the hotel is located in an excellent location. It's close to the public transport (underground, tram, bus), but I didn't use them since all the sights were close and I just walked. The room was clean and had its own balcony which was truly comfy for me. The furniture was like new. There were a TV, AC and a small fridge. The receptionist - Malika was very nice. She helped me with everything during my stay from advising me where to visit to ordering a friendly taxi which is really difficult to find in Istanbul. In general, I advise staying at this hotel - It is worth more than its price.

The room was cozy and clean. The hotel is situated close to metro and bus stops. The personnel was very nice and attentive. Food is easily available across the street . There is a small supermarket nearby also.

None except that the Hotel could have provided laundry services and also some complimentary tea bags on our arrival.

The stuff was super helpful with everything. Even landing me some money so I can go eat because I arrived at around 23 pm with no local cash and was starving lol. They also helped me with the taxi and overall were just very friendly and helpful.
