Fresh and delicious varieties of food, perfect location, WiFi was working outside allowing to do a little work before exploring beautiful City of Istanbul.

Hotel Staff at the Restaurant was not responsive, waiting time was very long. This happened several times during my stay and this was my only disappointment. Just to give you a feeling: I wanted to get a cup of coffee on my own and I was told that coffe will be delivered directly to my table, and it was after 10-15 minutes. This happened to me every time, day by day. Waiters were walking by serving other guests leaving me with a feeling of low importance. If you could make it better next time, please my next stay will be awesome.

Location was lovely. In a car-free zone so we could walk peacefully, with the main landmarks in sight. The food was delicious at breakfast and room service. The hotel was very beautiful and clean, extremely spacious and well furnished and decorated and the staff were very attentive and friendly.

It seemed they forgot our room service as it took more than an hour and when we called to check, they seemed surprised and after some murmured conversation between staff members they quickly promised to make it, and then delivered in 15 min and didn't charge us for a salad and a kebab.

It's a really.nice hotel. It's marked as 5 star, but it doesn't have a gym or pool. Service from everyone was over and above. All staff make guests feel welcome. Eren was helpful. I forgot the name of the guy who welcomed us - long hair. Very helpful indeed. Location is perfect/ right opposite aya sofya and we had a room on 3rd floor with views of the mosque, which was amazing. We arrived early, very early, but we were accommodated regardless.

Actually- only that it didn't have a gym, but apparently there's one around the corner. Also, taxis can't get into the street, but the hotel has an electric buggy to move luggage to the open road!

The hotel is superbly located next to Sultanahmet Square and therefore within walking distance to many of the locations we wished to visit plus the Hop-on-Hop-Off bus stop. Our Superior Corner Room overlooked the dome of Hagia Sophia which was a nice surprise, as was the 5.30am wake up call (the first call to prayer) but I got used to that. The bedroom was a good size for two people for a week and we were provided with ample bottled water. The shower was also a good size. The staff at the main desk were very helpful and shout out to Haji in the restaurant for being such a nice guy. He was attentive and amusing. I'm glad we stayed there.

The bathroom needed a deep clean. The vertical blinds that hung in the bathroom to give privacy from the bedroom were very dirty and the floor tiles were deeply stained (probably marble tiles which would explain that) The 'large double' bed was two beds pushed together. A little uncomfortable if you find yourself on the join ... nothing a mattress topper couldn't fix though.

the hotel is on a pedestrian street (so there is no traffic), but is very close to the main tourist attractions (Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosk, Basilica Cistern). A lot of restaurants in the area. Walking distance to Grand Bazar, Arasta Bazar and Spice Bazar. You are in the middle of the Sultanahmet area. The hotel has a restaurant with terrace whe you can eat or drink. The staff is very friendly. Very close to the tram station which can get you to other areas of Istanbul and also close to the Marmaray. The hotel is very clean and very quiet.

If you stay more than 2-3 days the breakfast is very limited.

Location is very good and very central. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Basilica Cistern (and more) are within very short walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful, 5 stars for their efforts and work ethic.

Bed was very firm and very uncomfortable for me to sleep in, I didn't feel rested staying here due to this. Hotel breakfast is very average, I went once and didn't return. I was expecting more from a 5 star hotel, however the amenities and breakfast were a let down.

The location of the hotel is ideal to reach several of the major tourist attractions. It is a mere 3 minute walk to Hagia Sophia, 5 minute walk to Topkapi Palace, 5 minute walk to Sultanahmet Mosque and 10-15 minute walk (uphill) to the Grand Bazaar. If you take the tram (Sultanahmet tram station is nearest -2 minute walk) downhill, you will be 4-5 stops from Eminonu station to reach the Spice Bazaar and also for the Bosphorus cruise (opposite the Spice bazaar). We did all these tourist spots with my mother in a wheelchair. (although some areas are not wheechair accessible and she had to walk short distances) The hotel is bang opposite to a smaller Mosque if you don't fancy going to Hagia Sophia for prayers. The hotel is clean and tidy. Staff are excellent. Talha at the front desk and Barak were amazing and made us feel very welcome. The hotel manager (did not get his name) was very generous and he gave me his Istanbulkart travel card to use throughout my stay. Very thankful to him. It was a great help. Breakfast was not lavish but had a decent spread.

The location was great and the breakfast was tasty and varied enough, those are it’s best selling points and deservedly so.

This is by no means a 5-star hotel, maybe by 2005 standards. The room design and furnishings, the toiletries and towels are old-fashioned and unsustainable. In addition to this we have stayed for 4 nights and the water and tea we drank in the first day have not once been replaced afterwards. Has this been advertised as a 3/4-star hotel to reflect reality perhaps my expectations would have been lower but if I’m going to pay for a 5-star hotel I would expect 5-star services.

Pristine location, right in the heart of everything — just steps from Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Sultanahmet, and prime dining spots. Breakfast offered great variety, including multiple egg options. Staff were incredibly welcoming and supportive, with special thanks to Talha for his outstanding service. For arrival, best to call ahead so the hotel can arrange a buggy pickup, as it’s in a no-vehicle zone (car drop-off is less than a minute’s walk away). Highly recommended!

The Location of the hotel is very good, right in the center of Sultanahmet area, close to Basilica Cistern, Sultanahmet Square with Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and Blue Mosque right in the corner and Sultanahmet tram station within walking distance. We had a spacious room with Hagia Sophia view, the breakfast menu was wonderful, the staffs were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Talha , he always greeted us every morning and afternoon when we passed by the receptionist area, he helped us keep our luggage and assisted us during check out and Mr Burak who helped us with our luggage during checkout time. Two thumbs up for the hospitality and service 👍👍
