Staff were great - apart from one: the young lady in the breakfast room who never smiled nor said 'hello' or 'good morning' nor 'can I help you?' Location was great - 200/300 yards from the main sights in the old town (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi, Cistern) Room was big enough, bed was big and comfortable, bathroom was good, shower powerful, wi-fi worked without problem, room was spotlessly clean and towels changed every day. Tram stop was close by (which took you down to the ferry pier and the Galata bridge)

Just get the lady in the breakfast room to be more friendly!! Breakfast was acceptable rather than spectacular.

The location of the hotel is absolut top, you can reach the Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque within some minutes. the staff was very friendly, the room was good and was definitely sufficient for our needs.

The room was quite small, one should expect this in advance. Also, this was difficult in the bathroom because the towels had to hang directly above the toilet and could fall in. The toilet set was not fix and moved. It could be a bit more tidy: we just requested the room service every two days but even then the floor stayed as dirty as before. The breakfast was nice, but it could have some variety. It was the same every day.

The hotel initially was a little hard to find but in actuality was in an ideal location; slightly off from the main street but close to everything--sites, trams, restaurants and cafes. The staff was friendly and very helpful (our luggage did not make it on to our flight and the staff was very helpful in making phone calls and ensuring that our luggage made it to the hotel). The breakfast was decent--not an overly indulgent "american style" buffet but perfectly adequate.

An absolutely gorgeous hotel situated in the tourist hub (super close to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and Topkapi Palace). The room was gorgeous and very quiet!

That there was no road access when we arrived in the afternoon, so we had to wheel our luggage on the footpath (but I did know about this when booking). We were able to get a taxi to the airport early in the morning so the taxi had road access while it was quiet. Unfortunately it was a long way from the airport and we didn't make ourselves aware of travel options before arriving, so it took a long time to get to our hotel.

The hotel is very well located, just a 2-minute walk from the Hagia Sophia and the main square, which was the main reason we booked this stay. We had a room in the basement with no view at all, but the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel, which was helpful. However, the bags were placed in a general public area, so be cautious and don’t leave valuables inside.

Hygiene could be improved — we noticed quite a few hairs in the bathroom and the toilet seat was not properly cleaned.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is centrally located in Sultanahmet, close to all the must see places. Breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection of food to choose from. The hotel staff were in general wonderful, and very helpful, particularly all the receptionists. Complimentary water bottles were supplied every day.

A couple of times I found that the floor was dirty in my room (with dirt residues that I had not left myself) and I reported this to the staff at the reception desk. The issue that I found very strange was that, I had left a large box of facial tissues inside my room and the last day of my stay, when I returned to my room (which had already been cleaned), I realized that somebody had used all my facial tissues and left the empty box on top of my bed.

A true Turkish hotel. Kind caring staff who go the extra mile - especially Mullat who even walked us to our restaurant. It is clean and the bed very comfortable. The location is excellent too. The rooms are small however we put our bags on the bed, unpacked them and then stood them up next to the bedroom wall; easy as. Our air conditioning was excellent and we could change the setting easily. Breakfast is a true Turkish breakfast- olives and all! We just went with the flow and thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights. The Turkish people are kind and caring. They aren’t rude or impatient. When someone wants to sell you their wares, we just chatted and politely said we Thankyou, but we don’t need one etc and smiled. They truly are very lovely and we didn’t have any problems, not even in the Grand Bizarre. Don’t hesitate staying here, it’s wonderful

This hotel is excellent. First the people is very accommodating, kind and helpful. I arrived at 6:30 am at the hotel and they provided me the early check in so I could sleep and exceeded my expectations, secondly I had an issue with my phone chargers and they provided an adapter which was very helpful, third the location is excellent, everything was just walking distance, the most important attractions just 5 minutes from the hotel. In general my stay was wonderful thanks to the staff. Thank you Million Stone hotel team.

We stayed here just one night during our week-long trip to Turkey to visit Cappadocia. The hotel is in a fantastic location to explore the main sights of Istanbul on foot. Also nearby are many choices for meals. The staff were very helpful in helping our driver find the hotel as you cannot drive to the entrance and must walk a couple of minutes from the nearest road. The room was very clean and compact and suited our family group of 3 adults perfectly. Breakfast was good and overall we were happy with our stay.

The hotel is superbly located, right behind the Hagia Sofia. It’s a cozy hotel with very friendly staff. I had an early morning arrival and I wasn’t sure they’d allow me to check in. To my surprise, they not only gave me the room, but also invited me to have breakfast! The staff are all very helpful when I need information or have questions.

The room is a bit too small. Not like the photos on display. But at least it’s cozy and clean.
