The hotel is quite isolated which is something we wanted as we went for some R&R, we didn’t want shops or noise instead of all that it’s set in a wonderful picturesque part of Izmir, the facility’s were good, a lovely clean pool that had a life guard, and the beds around the pool were nice too, they had music round the pool but not over powering, the beach was beautiful and amazing views, nice towels to use on the beach or poolside, the drinks were good there, with good size plastic cups for pool and beach use, the food was great, there was a very good choice with an outstanding pool side grill all cooked fresh, the pizzas we great, and something you don’t normally get on all inclusive is ice cream cones from 2/4pm, the food in the main dining room was of good quality and plenty of choice. Breakfast was amazing too, cooked to order eggs station with generous helpings, fresh pancakes, pastries cereals, cheeses, fresh fruit, etc they also have a Ala carte restaurant which was very nice too. They do have water slides pool too, but I don’t think that was open when we was there,? The staff are great and nothing is too much trouble. In all areas reception was very helpful, the coffee shop again very obliging, the restaurant staff very helpful, bar staff were happy in their jobs, the chefs were on duty in all services, which was nice to see they were proud of their food they serve. The life guard was professional and vigilant, and the maids in the room service went above and beyond. This is a happy hotel and certainly made us feel at home, we found the hotel guests to be more local people rather than English but this made no difference to us, we was made to feel special.

The beds was the only thing I can say that is slightly negative was a bit too hard for me, but I see that as personal choice

Various healthy food, a lot of vegetables. Hardworking and very friendly staff. Quiet hotel, good for families with small children. Good mini club and normal evening show. Was totally enough for us. Our kids liked all they offered. Good quiet beach, comfortable for kids. Sauna and hammam are free for visit. They are not in perfect condition, but at list you can get some rest there.

Bathrooms really need renovation. In a big hall was very stuffy. So, during hot hours from 12:00 till 17:00 you can take a rest only in your room. Last 3 days it wasn’t any activities during the evening, staff told us it’s because this week there are not so many guests. I can’t tell we were waiting something, but you can be that unlucky one who will stay a week without something inside of the hotel.

The person in charge of the waitress not a nice person I’ve was Ignored all the days bay him only worried about couples and family like if I’ve did not pay or my moneys is not good but is a boy on the breakfast that hi was always ready to help you and the girl from the area of the omelette very nice always smiling and gritted you , Manager and the receptionist all very special thanks sow much and the people on the swimming for me I’m sow grateful because he always help me to get out of the swimming pool and the woman that was on my floor doing the cleaning of the room well always with a big smile and very polite 🙏🙏❤️🇹🇷🇬🇧

The hotel is very nice and calm, the staff is super super friendly especially the girl at the reception (whos name I forgot). We had issued with the booking from the app and she managed to fix it. The food is excellent, there is a lot of variety! The beach is clean, the pool was always clean as well!

It’s not a dealbreaker but the bathrooms had very low ceilings, my husband is very tall and he couldn’t exactly stand up straight. Additionally, the bathrooms were a bit outdated, but nevertheless they were cleaned daily so overall not a huge issue

The facilities, all inclusive for real, the resort is a family resort you feel comfortable and secure especially when having your kids with you, the staff were extra nice especially Ms. Nahed, Ms. Nour, Ms. Gamzeh and all of the others sorry that we can't recall all the names. The food was exceptional, variety of food and renewable. Rooms were nice big and clean with a nice view of the sea, pool , and green areas. The coffee bar has a very nice and cozy seating area with a variety of drinks, cake and cookies and with a nice smile from a nice staff mainly a lady that my kids liked a lot, ( can't recall the name sorry). The snack bar opens from 13:00 to 17:00 and provides very delicious food, burgers pizzas and more. The pool was big and extra clean, the Hammam and Spa were great thanks to Arda, Savaş and Louba and the lady at the spa reception with a permanent smile. The guest relations staff and the recioptionists helped us a lot and they booked taxis for us upon request. Not to forget the special animation team and the daily shows and activities. The beach was clean and cozy, direct access from the hotel, variety of watersports (not included in the price for sure). The aquapark is nice but relatively small and opens for 2 periods of time 2 hours each.

Everything was great, but to be honest the weather was very hot and the air conditioning was only good in the rooms, however in other areas such as the lobby, the elevators and couredours it wasnt good enough. The icecream at the pool was only served from 14:00 to 16:00 , the weather was too hot so icecream would be a great choice for the kids.

The staff was really kind and caring. Hotel has all the facilities we needed including a club for kids. Night shows were bonus. Meals were really tasty. We put on extra weight due to open buffets and drinks all day long. There were 3 pools; one for babies, two for everyone. My kids especially enjoyed the water slides. Also, the beach access is quite easy. I would highly recommend this hotel to those whi like all inclusive deals.

The mini fridge burnt my hand as the back pipe was open and really hot. The hotel staff quickly treated my hand though. The double bed frame had sharp edges so we had to pay extra attention for our little one not to hurt herself accidentally. There is not a playground for kids aged 7-9. Also, the shops inside the hotel were a bit expensive. Lastly, the hairdryer installed inside the bathroom was a bit old style and didn’t function very well.

We took a suite with sea view and balcony, its a perfect accomodation for family of 4, it has a double beds in seperate bedroom and 2 single beds standard in the living area with a huge Seaview balcony, they added extra bed for us so everyone enjoys his space. It's really excellent resort full ultra inclusive including room service. Restaurant for the three daily meals was excellent with lots of variety to choose from. Its a family friendly and very nice private beach. Lots of daily activities for kids and adult, including volleyball at the beach, A bar at pool is fully inclusive drinks. Excellent toilets facilities at pool area. We stayed during Eid Holidays so I think everything was high level, especially live grill at dinner. Another perfect activity to do is the SPA. We enjoyed daily massage, and they have free souna and Turkish hamam. My therapist was really good, very professional 👏. All SPA Prices were at 50% so It's a value saving. There was Beach party and the animation was very nice. Overall it's a 10 for our stay.

Very nice hotel, all recommendations. . Staff was absolutely great.. The room was huge, we had a suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a huge balcony with an unbelievable view... service was nice, ultra all-inclusive, food was grate, you can eat and drink whole day. .. huge buffet with very good and different food

Everything was nice, only small thing... this is more like recommendations for hotel... Bathrooms need little rebuilding and better light... Everything else was perfect

The location is in between the mountains, so the drive towards the hotel has gorgeous scenery. When we arrived, we were welcomed by the guest service girl, which was very helpful and provided all the needed information. The room was very clean, with good air conditioning. Food was ok. Pools are big and appropriate for kids. The beach is nice with clear water.

Wi-fi was not working at the pool. The lady in the main restaurant cooking breakfast was very reluctant when asked to cook an egg omlete without any oil for my child.

Beach is right next to the hotel building, which makes it easy to walk. Restaurant is perfect, variety of foods and good quality. Not a crowded hotel at the time we were there, so it was easy to find a seat at the beach and restaurant. Very convenient hotel to rest with kids and/or elderly. We were there in 2022, went there again in 2023 and hoping to go again in 2024.
