Front line staff were really helpful accommodating our lifts from the highest up bungalows and with a 90 year old in our group this was so important.

I stayed at Labranda Ephesus Hotel in Kusadasi, and overall, I had a really great experience. While the hotel is located a bit away from the city center, I actually saw it as a plus — it's peaceful, spacious, and perfect for relaxing far from the city noise. The hotel is all-inclusive, and I especially enjoyed the food — tasty, fresh, and with plenty of variety. Some people mentioned that the dishes are repetitive, but personally, I didn’t feel that at all. Another highlight for me was the animation and entertainment team — they did a great job keeping the atmosphere lively and fun throughout the day and evening. I stayed with my best friend and her daughter, and my son for a week at the end of this June. The landscape and views were amaizing, the staff was very friendly, especially the entertainment team. There was always something to do at the resort. Pros: 1 hour from Izmir airport Friendly staff Good food Parties for everyone - good entertainment

Cons: Forgetting to clean the room, we had to remind them twice A lot of mosquitos and other insects around the bungalows, A lot of stairs to get down to reception, or to go to the bungalow in case you forget something The beach was not good also so we had to go 200 metres on the right from Labranda beach in order to swim, bath Lack of food if you are a bit late for breakfast, lunch, and they used to change the order of the food, so we were losing time to find what we wanted. The pools were cleaned daily, just that it was dirty most of the time. Not enough space by the pools if you don't go at 7 am

This hotel located in paradise place. Nature unreal. Exactly if you live in bungalow. They are fantastic. We enjoyed walk from main restaurant and pool to bungalow. Sometimes it was challenge to find our room )) but anyway its was great experience I really recommend: 1. visit vine house— it’s so romantic place. 2. Of course watch sunset in the restaurant. 3. Don’t t miss Night shows 4. Enjoy Aqua park 5. Yoga and aqua games 6. Use Shuttle buses from entrance to reception

The beach is not the strongest point of the hotel and the entrance in the butt from the platform (But we were ready for this ) You could book any a la cart restaurant only 1 day before visit from 9-11 am On guest relation desk except weekends. It’s too less time

We had an amazing stay at Labranda Ephesus Princess and can't praise it enough! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely excellent plentiful, fresh, and varied every day. we were impressed by the quality and flavour. The Turkish restaurant especially was a beautiful experience—not just delicious, but also a lovely, atmospheric setting. The hotel was spotless throughout our stay. The rooms, restaurants, and pool areas were all cleaned and maintained to a high standard. It’s clear the staff take great pride in keeping everything immaculate. There was so much to do from water activities to evening entertainment, there’s something for everyone. The pool was fantastic, the perfect place to relax or enjoy with the family. We were also blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff were. A special mention to Naz at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always smiling and making sure our stay went smoothly. Also, the lovely girl in the spa handing out towels , such a small gesture, but done with kindness and warmth that made a difference. Thank you to everyone at Labranda Ephesus Princess for making our holiday unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

probably Lift was an issue

The hotel is very good and comfortable with friendly, patient and helpful staff. The pools are big and well maintained. We were in the main building and it is very suitable for families with children. The food was variable and in big amount. The entertainment team is really very attractive and deserves big applause for the efforts to make the vacation different and amazing! 👌

My main disappointment was that our room was not ready for the check-in time and we had to wait after the long traveling. The facilities are very good, but not enough for the capacity of the hotel. Sometimes, the elevators, the long chairs on the pools and chairs and tables on bars were less than the people, and you are wasting time to look around for chairs, to wait for empty elevator. The snack in the afternoon was available only on the beach, which is not comfortable because of the location of the beach.

Everything was absolutely fantastic — truly a five-star experience. The animation team was amazing, full of energy and creativity. There were plenty of activities throughout the day for both adults and children, which made the stay even more fun and engaging. I would especially recommend this place for families looking for a lively and memorable holiday.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was well organized and exceeded my expectations.

Large hotel room, staff very friendly and helpful, check in very quick and efficient, room cleaned, and fresh towels daily, plenty of food choice, entertainment available. Excellent value for money, best in the area

Short staffed in restaurant difficult to find table due to not being cleared. Late start for entertainment having to wait around after dinner. Need dress code for restaurant ie no swim wear. One lift out of service for whole of stay.

Food availability for vegetarians was good, always some choice, good fresh vegetables and salads. Huge amount of local deserts - you will need some self control. Good clean hotel and recreation areas. Staff always helpful as they can be - given I could only speak english. Villa was great - aircon worked well for night time. Realxing place to be - exactly what you need.

Only some very minor points, Some details on local travel and costs, things to see and do away form the resort to break up the stay would be good. Mini golf area needs some updates.

Brilliant amenities. Lots of options for the children. Tractor rides to and from the beach. Great slection of food. Staff friendliness and willingness to help. Beach restaurant cafe and bar. Aircon in 40 degress of heat!

Ran out of certain popular items of food and beverages for a number of days until replenished. Guests towel hogging the sunbeds and not being there half the day. Overpriced internal shops and add-ons. Poor optional restaurant facilities - better at the all inclusive!
