Loved the large room with armchairs as well as bed, the robes and slippers, and very clean throughout with new towels every day. Also the shared seating areas on different patios so you could get sun or shade through the day. We visited in November and as expected the early morning and evening temperature needed more layers/coats, and we appreciated the fire in the breakfast room. Lovely buffet breakfast, and afternoon cake. Owners and staff all very friendly and helpful, including directions to use local minibuses ‘dolmas’ to get to Ephesus via Selcuk, and booking a taxi to take us to the train station when we left.

A minor point - the shower tray and doors had mildew which was a bit off putting.

Perfection, from the moment you step through the door. Admittedly, the last 200 meters of the drive down narrow street to the hotel will have you wondering, but it is the Old town, park like a Turk, anywhere you can! Ps GPS will tell you when you leave to drive back UP the hill, NO! it's one way. Drive down the hill. But once you step through that door, you will find an oasis. Special staff, warm family feel. These people care about what they offer their guests. This is more than a hotel. Hint; eat in, you will feel like a king! 5pm, guests are welcome to tea and cake! If you want good company, there it is.

We couldn't stay longer

This is a lovely old-villa style hotel just a few steps away from the old bazaar area in Kusadasi. It offers a central location with the tranquility of a private courtyard, pool, and other outdoor spaces. Our room was spacious and well outfitted, and the staff were wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the daily tea and snacks at 5pm, which gave us the opportunity to engage with other guests staying at the property.

Parking is limited and a bit difficult given the hotel's central location. However, the one day when we were unable to part in front on the street, we did find parking down the road.

Fantastic breakfast! Sympathic staff, cozy pool. 300 meters from center of the city. Hotel equipped with big fridge fulfilled of beer, prices same or smaller than in the shops. We recommend both restaurants 400 meters up to the hill to the left and 200 meters down the street to the right. Best place to spend at Kusadasi.

Very close to the beautiful mosque, but muezzin starts prayers at 3.90 AM. At 5.00 AM the rooster from near house starts crowing. Kitchen starts preparing dishes at 6.00 AM, so you can smell everything that you'll eat on breakfast, unfortunately in the sleep...

The property was very close to the main town shops and restaurants, but still peaceful. Lovely gardens and pool area to relax in. Plenty of areas with seats to chill and relax. An honesty fridge to take and pay for alcoholic and soft drinks all day. Tea and cake meet and get together with staff and other guests at 5pm each evening. Friendly and helpful staff. Hot water and tea/coffee plus cold water available all day from dining area.

Beautiful hotel with such wonderful well kept gardens. Absolutely stunning with colourful plants, shrubs and orange trees. Our room was lovely with added touches that which made our stay very comfortable. The shower was lovely and powerful with plenty of hot water. The towels white & super soft. The staff were amazing & so friendly, they made us feel so welcome & comfortable. Loved our evening drinks & chats with the manager & his wife. Such friendly people. The swimming pool is lovely & refreshing with comfortable sun beds around the pool. The our door garden furniture is lovely. The breakfast was also very good and plenty of it. I cannot praise this hotel enough. Would definitely recommend Villa Konak it is a hidden peaceful little Gem in Kusadasi away from the busy streets but only a 5 minute walk away. Fabulous location. Wonderful Villa Konak is the best, I could go on & on raving about this place.

Nothing to dislike.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, only a few mins walk into town. Great breakfast and well stocked and well priced honesty bar. Good lunch menu served by pool Pool was lovely. Perfect temperature. Fridge in room is useful Air conditioning worked well

Shower grouting was very mouldy and the shower door needed replacing. No fan or real ventilation in bathroom. Water did not drain well from the shower. Could do with more plug sockets especially near the bed

Everything. The attention was incredible good! Hey were extremely helpful even though we had uncomfortable check in/out times, they helped us a lot with the tours as well. The breakfast es incredible good, nice pool and great common areas. The tea time was a delight and a great surprise. Rooms was good, enough for what we expected, nice an clean, with sufficient space. Good bathroom and hot water. Location is great, just like 5min walk from the main markets downtown and like 7min walk to the cost. As everything un Kusadasi is a Hill but no issue in walking everywhere. But by far the best value is the great attention from the staff and how helpful they were in everything. I recommend asking them for the shuttle if you need it, they get you the best price and a secure and confident shuttle.

Everything was perfect.

Very peaceful and pretty hotel. Felt very much like a family hotel. The staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for you. Murat in particular helped us out with a very difficult car problem for which we are extremely grateful.

The steep walk up to it from the town and the scooters that roared up the road. But we forgive the hotel for all of these because it was such a wonderful place. A real oasis.

Everything. We were there on my boyfriend‘s birthday, and the owner gave him a sweet surprise. What makes this hotel special for us is, free drinking water (save all those plastic bottles), good smelling flowers and see the birds drinking water from the pool, beautiful room with woods, the 5 pm cake time (we never missed it and were always on-time. All the homemade cakes were so yummy that we sometimes asked for more), and lastly, the people who work hard in this hotel are all so lovely. Thank you!
