This is a gem in the middle of Kusadasi. Everything about this boutique hotel is perfection: the bedroom decor, the breakfast, the quiet grounds with flowers everywhere.

We loved this hotel and it was the best of our Turkish holiday accommodation 😊 Our room with a balcony was gorgeous ! Clean , comfortable with beautiful decor and view . Melek and her team were so attentive and friendly . We had an amazing breakfast every morning with new homemade delights to try ! Melek even made us a takeaway breakfast for us when we had an early bus trip to our next destination

The pool could have been clearer but that was just a temporary issue as it was rectified in a couple of days . Bit difficult for taxis etc to get too and the steep stairs to climb but the staff helped with bags etc … In hindsight you can’t have this amazing location without this issue

Beautiful, fairly new boutique hotel. Lovely pool. We stayed in the Cleopatra Room, which was large and clean. Breakfast was a delicious Turkish styled spread with a slight daily variation. Beautiful views of the marina from the various terraces & balconies. The staff is courtesy, professional and always eager to help. The manager Melek is absolutely lovely. Need a dinner reservation or tour guide? She'll help with arrangements. The location is perfect - right near the Marina and Old Bazaar so easy to get to any point of interest with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Everything about this property was exceptional! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and were very friendly! Breakfast was brilliant; a traditional Turkish kahvalti which varied slightly day to day but came with a thorough explanation of what everything was and how it’s typically eaten. One of the manager’s mum even made fresh dip out of her own sun-dried tomatoes - such a treat! The room was very clean and comfortable and offered everything we needed. Area around the pool was a little small but this can be seen on pictures and only gets the sun in the morning, but there area plenty of beaches around to solve that issue. I will definitely be back at this incredible property!

Great experience . We spent two nights at villa Ephesus and I would highly recommend it to anyone passing by Kusadasi. The room is simple, but very clean and has anything you may need. The service is great, extremely professional. But breakfast is the real highlight: one of the best meals we had during our two weeks in Turkey.

To note that it might be a bit hard to find when coming by car, as google maps suggests very narrow and crowded streets

Beautifully appointed boutique property with lots of neo-classical embellishments. Staff was lovely, professional and eager to help. Grounds of hotel had great classic vibe, spectacular skyline views of the nearby castle from antiquity and the harbor and city as a whole. Delicious homemade breakfast with some dazzling entries (molasses tahini!).

Lots of stairs (but staff v helpful with greeting and bags). After hours, streets leading to the entrance was pretty dark.

Very unique property. Every room different from the next. Lots of spaces to relax. Fabulous view from the sun terrace. In the centre of town, bars, shops and restaurants on the doorstep.Staff amazingly helpful, all our requests met.

You have to climb a few steps to access the property’s main entrance. However, staff carried our luggage on our arrival and departure, so it wasn’t a huge issue.

All the staff was so nice. The breakfast was incredible! All the multiple dishes and Nelek was so helpful explaining it all what it was. Mr. Okan and Mr. Hasan were always so eager yo help us. I was delighted about the concept of the hotel. We definitely will recommend the hotel! Congrats for this beautiful place and service and for making our holidays a special ones.

I could have stayed forever - a beautiful, relaxing villa in the middle of busy Kusadasi. Each room is beautifully decorated and dedicated to a different god or goddess of greek mythology. There are numerous fascinating artifacts around the hotel. The staff are happy to fill you in the all the history behind each artefact and also the building of the hotel. The swimming pool is small but it's a pretty little area to sit and enjoy a quick splash and some drinks. The best place to chill is the upper Terrace, which awesome views out to the port. The extensive Turkish breakfast is lovingly served on the breakfast terrace and staff are very attentive. Our every need was looked after. We loved every minute here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Ephesus. It felt as though you had found your own personal hidden oasis. The room and facilities were fantastic. The location was perfect and the staff were so helpful. They even helped us with parking and carrying our suitcases. Any questions we had they were able to provide great insight knowledge to allow us to enjoy all that Kusadasi has to offer. We would love to visit again in the future.
