Nice staff and good location to visit Ephesus (around 10 minutes away by car). Basic but clean room with good prices. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. Around 10 minutes away from Selçuk city center by foot, there are some restaurants and supermarkets around.

It would be great if the room was a little more modern, but it's pretty much a good deal for the price. Breakfast could be a little better too, but it's good enough.

The staff is extremely nice, friendly and always willing to help you. Good location, walking distance from the main area of restaurants, shops and sightseeings such as Ephesus Museum, Basilica of St. John) as well as close to the minibus station.

The room soundproof is not ideal as we can hear people making noise mainly from de bathroom. Many tourist groups use to stay there but this is something that is part if their business.

Hotel is clean

We ask a tour guide they give us they said from 8-17h and its just a guide for 2000lira we got mis understanding i ask if there is a car then when we are there they said its just a guide so we need a car so they ask again 2000lira but thats not the problem we start around 9am and finish 13-13;30 and then we ask where we are going and said its finish how come they just bring ruin ephesus and in the house of virgin mary thats all very disapointed because its like a scam

This hotel is not new but it's very well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and very good. The location is great, walking distance from city centre but still it's very quiet and peaceful. Overall a very good price to quality ratio. Would not hesitate to stay again.

It could use a little makeover but still, being a bit old is part of it's charm!

The location is very good. Easy access to the center of the city and to the istorical sites around Selcuk. Many places to visit, Ephesus, the House of the Virgin Mary, Grotto of the Seven Sleepers, Temple of Artemis. There are good restaurants around. If you like pide, you must eat at the restaurant across the street. The hotel has elevator, which was important for us. Parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast could be better, because it's Turkey, but it was okay.

Excellent location. Easy parking right in front of the hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Very good breakfast.

If the staff could speak more English. If they could provide a pack up breakfast for customers who have to leave very early in the morning.

Great location within walking distance of Selcuk town center. Clean and bright rooms; clean bathrooms.

Pre-plated breakfasts were just OK — certainly understandable for the off-season when we visited, but more choice would have been excellent.

The hotel is very central and just a few steps From the bus station to Ephesus. The admin stuff are so nice and the hotel is in a good condition. I totally recommend this place.

I think they need to improve the buffet breakfast and include a coffee machine for the guest.

Hotel was as expected. Rooms were good sized, basically all ammenities and facilities were as you paid for.

flush not working properly, duvet covers were not clean, wifi was not good in the room but ok outside

Fantastic value for money hotel in Selçuk. Big parking nearby, so easy to reach Ephesus from here by car in 5 minutes. Beautiful, big, clean and comfortable room. Nice breakfast.

The shower door was broken and we had to be careful while showering to not flood the rest of the bathroom.
