Everything - yes, seriously, everything! The hotel could not do more for us, from the initial booking to a friendly check-in at the start and even friendlier send-off at the end of our stay. Mehmet, the front desk manager, offered us an adapted room when I asked about help for those with restricted walking mobility. He also reserved us sunbeds near the steps into the pool. We were also reserved a table in the restaurant. All the staff is exceptional at their jobs, led by the ever-present and hands on manager Savaş. The pool is fantastic for swimming or just relaxing in, and was at bath temperature by the afternoon. The jacuzzi section was perfect for just cooling off from the heat. The food was delicious and seemingly catered for everyone’s tastes. As we greatly enjoy Turkish food we were delighted with the quality and variety of the various dishes, salads and snacks available. The bar service is excellent, from continual at-sunbed service around the pool to nice drinks in the various bar areas in the evening. All in all, we had a fantastic 2 weeks and will book again for next year.

Very little. As a minor point, it was difficult to escape cigarette smoke in outdoor areas and some guests even smoked in areas where the hotel had requested no smoking.

The kindness of the staff is the most outstanding thing from this wonderful place on earth. Congrats to the entire team and managers who all did their best to satisfy really all our needs and requirements and from all other guests in the best way possible. Pool, Hotel, rooms are always perfect cleaned. Cocktails are delicious and huge variety. Food is really fresh, delicious, super varied and different every day and evening. Sometimes even in the breakfast. A la carte restaurants are really delicious also. Quietness of the resort helps you disconnect. Sport activities along with the fitness instructor are an enormous plus. He is so much fun and joy and knowledgeable in the same time! Helped us learn to dance and train daily. Hotel manager is absolutely non stop present and everywhere, taking care of connecting with people in a genuine way and listening to their needs or feelings. This for sure is the biggest plus. Along with the other managers and captains (bar and restaurant captains, super friendly and helpful all the time). Beach is not so far away as in the comments. 2-4 minutes walk from hotel straight to the private beach where u have your own towels received nicely in a bag in your room when u arrive. And drinks on the beach also.

Some "nice to have" would be an improvement in the mattress from bed. They are not the best, but new and in good condition. Also, in the rooms with "double bed", a big mattress would be better than 2 united. Another nice thing would be a not so noisy cleaning all day long. Sometimes is hard to take a nap during the day because literally they clean all day long :) On the private beach they have, sadly, people are somehow allowed to come with chairs or towels in front of the sunbeds right near the sea. Which transforma the adults only experience in a extremely noisy beach experience. Last but not least, if more personell would speak English, would be fantastic and more easy to communicate.

What a great hotel! Not only is it beautiful, the food and drinks are excellent. Comfy beds, clean, lovely pool. The absolute standout of the hotel is the staff. Every single person you come across smiles, chats, remembers you and offers amazing service. I tried to keep a list of names to mention but it became impossible as everyone was amazing. Savas, the manager, takes time to get to know the guests, checks in regularly and is all around great craic. Halit makes insanely good cocktails, ismail runs around the pool tending to your every need and always with a smile, the guys in the restaurant are so welcoming and friendly. We had dinner in the international a la carte restaurant one night and it was amazing. Really good food, good selection of wine and impeccable service. We cannot wait to come back!

Absolutely beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, great rooms, plenty to do throughout the day, good evening entertainment, plentiful tasty and varied food and the warmest welcome and best service. Too many wonderful staff to mention in all areas - all lead by the fabulous hotel manager who is around all of the time! Nothing is ever a bother. Lots of return guests - at the gala dinner it was announced that 67% of guests that day were return but this doesn’t mean newer guests aren’t valued. You absolutely are.

Location was perfect for us. One minute walk to the beach and the promenade. We could walk into Antik Side. Beach was lovely, very well looked after by the beach attendant, bringing us round fruit and ice creams every day. The hotel was not your typical all inclusive, it was more intimate. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We spoke to some of the other guests and some have been coming back year on year. I can understand why. The hotel feels like a family run hotel and when you go there you become part of it. The best part of the day for us was going to the sunset bar to see the sunset, simply stunning. The bar tender there was great. Also the bar tender at the lobby, he was also so happy and professional. Sorry I couldn’t remember all their names. I read the reviews before coming here and so glad I did, they are spot on. Will be back for sure.

The hotel is very comfortable, and the food was really delicious and they have a great variety of it. The location is 3 minutes from the sea on foot. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Guests are mostly elderly.

I would like to have more cocktails on the menu, without any sugar or syrups, most of them are typical sweet cocktails that people usually drink on the seaside, and I understand it, but for people who try to avoid sugar drinking wine is only one option. :) Also, the air in the hammam is very dry. I visited it and the thermometer showed 36% humidity inside. I was surprised because it should be almost 100%. So it was useless.

We first came to this hotel almost 10 years ago and loved our time here. We wondered if it would be as good as we remembered and it was - the hotel is very clean and comfortable, the food is fantastic with so much choice (we particularly enjoyed the fresh salads and array of desserts on offer!) and the staff always go above and beyond. We were celebrating Dad's 60th birthday on this trip so we asked if we could arrange for a bottle of bubbles to be available at the beach in the morning, not only did they do this but they also booked us in for a wonderful a la carte dinner and made his evening very special. We cannot praise the staff highly enough. The hotel is also in a great location - the beach is very close by and it's a pleasant walk along the seafront into Side. We will be back!

Nothing, everything was excellent.

The Hotel is very friendly and cozy. Even cats are polite and delicate not to mention other staff members ). Mehmet Ali, the front office manager, was unostentatiously keeping his eye on every little detail of our stay. Gizem, the receptionist, was so nice and helpful. Finally, Ergin Sarp, Hotel General Manager, was personally meeting us at the check-out and accompanied us on the way to the limo transfer to the airport. Thanks a real lot - the warmest receipt ever.

Some rooms are rather small but with the upgrade we were offered the Hotel is well exceeded our highest expectations

Was unexpected amazing experience. Hotel is small, not usually huge resort, just 3 floors + private rooms with private pool. But that’s exactly what we appreciate a lot. Every member of personal know us, always smiling and try to help in every kind of task, even with special ones. They do it honestly, not only for cash, like in other hotels….they just ready to make your vacation best as you ever had and trust me, they know how to do it. Their service is so amazing that you never miss nothing. Rooms are clean, everywhere is clean, on beach they always clean sunbeds which you choosed in front of you. If you miss something during eating time, they make it what you want specially for you. What I need to say? Just that we ll be glad to came there again soon.

This four star hotel is like a smaller version of a five star hotel. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Everything is clean and tidy. The selection of food is sufficient and there are new options every day. There is about 4 km long promenade by the sea near the hotel that leads to the old town of Side. The promenade is a good place to walk or run. The hotel's beach is well maintained, the sunbeds are clean and drinks, ice cream and fruit are offered. Many thanks to the front desk manager for room with pool access.

There are many cats on the territory of the hotel, which may not like to all guests. It was not a problem for us.
