Very welcoming staff all over the hotel, pool area was very nice and comfortable and the bedding smelled like fresh laundry which is always nice, amazing bed and extra pillow, nice breakfast but would add little more savoury options, too sweet but overall delicious and attentive staff Comfortable room and warm

Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8 am and woke us up. We were stuck on between two rooms with families with kids that cried all night and kept changing rooms You could hear everything through the rooms And some of the pool jets and bottom ventilation extremely dirty even thou they clean every day the pool

Breakfast was great many choices 😋 and yummy. The location is great walking distance from down town but not in winter. Snow everywhere and very slippery cuz the side walk are covered in snow and iced Hotel is super nice and rooms are confortable and huge. C Climate pool is wow specially after being all day outside in winter.

My husband didn't like the food in the restaurant, he went to have dinner with my daughter. I got room service (cesar salad) Other thing that I did not like at all is they don't provided ropes to go to the pool and come back to the room. That is something I expected because is cold 🥶 u are not gonna go there in bikini cuz needs to through the hotel and in the middle of the restaurant. So that is a must here .

There is spa. restaurant’s food tastes good with reason price and have vegetarian dishes. Although it’s a bit far from city centre, but still worth to select this hotel cos staff are friendly, can communicate in English, taxi costs ARs Peso 3000 only to hotel from city.

It's at the start of the town, but walking to the center takes less than 10 minutes

We got the massage, and due to it being unclear and them making a mistake, they insisted us paying a little more. This was not the masseuse's fault, but how unclear the menu was

I loved the hotel, it included a swimming pool and a play room. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and flexible.

The restaurant for dinner wasn’t great. The food was average. Also the location is not the best because it is quite a walking distance from the centre.

Hotel location is up on the hill about 7 minutes walk downhill into town. Easy walk and nice to be up high with a view over the town. Nice professional hotel with staff that speak English very well. Beds were good. Pillows very soft would be my only negative. Restaurant has great food at good prices. A nice variety of choices, instead of the usual hamburgers, sandwiches and pizza's everywhere else.

It is a nice hotel in an area that doesn't specialize in those things. I would return again, overall a very pleasant experience and close to all the action downtown

No AC but none of the hotels in Southern Argentina seem to offer that

I have stayed here twice now. The spa and pool are a plus. The rooms are nice and the hotel is well staffed. Breakfast was good but not great.
