I chose this hotel based on the location and decor and it was a great choice - definitely a place where I want to come back. 1. Location: The hotel is very well situated and within walking distance to the main squares, Karlův most, metro and sites. If you wish to attend the concert at Obecní Dům, it is just around the corner. 2. Communication: from the reservation until check out the communication was very fast and efficient. I booked airport transport with them and I was very happy with service - good and friendly drivers and comfortable cars. It costs EUR80 both ways. 3. Room: exactly how I imagined - old style, decor, which took me back in time. The room was very warm which I really appreciated on that cold November night. It had coffee/tea facilities, great tv screen with wifi, slippers. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very well equipped too: I loved Olivia's cosmetics: shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion. There was also shower cap, toothbrush, etc. The view from the window was beautiful. I also liked the personal touch - a welcome card with my name and chocolates - thank you:-) 4. Breakfast: it was very good with plenty of selections, warm dishes, cheese, drinks etc. 5. Staff: very friendly and helpful: reception, breakfast staff, drivers, concierge etc. 6. Decor: hotel's decor is beautiful if you like old style of 20-30ties. I enjoyed it very much especially the photos on the walls where I even recognized some actors from the old black-white movies (e.g. Aleksander Żabczyński). If you want to go back in time - this is the place to be! These days it is even more beautiful as they already have Christmas trees. Regardless of one remark (see below) I loved the hotel and I truly recommend it to all who wish to go back in time for a while. I will be definitely back.

Recommendation from the finance person - Please stop the practice of photocopying a credit card - this is against the GPDR law and data protection. Czech Republic is a part of the EU and all data protection laws are applicable to you. If you copy a credit card, you must provide information how you manage and control this data and the owner should agree to this. Nowadays, there are too many cases of data breaches and stolen information and if this happens to you, the fines will be very high. Please check with your compliance department. I understand you wish to make preauthorisation for accidental services but there is another way to do so - it's called preauthorisation which is made via payment machine.

I stayed at Hotel Paris in Prague with my wife, and we were both very impressed. The hotel is an Art Nouveau gem, full of elegant details that give it real character without feeling stuffy. It’s in a fantastic spot right in the city centre, close to all the main sights, so it’s easy to walk everywhere. The staff were professional and helpful, and our room was comfortable, spacious, and quiet despite being so central. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh options each morning, and we especially loved the Paris cake at the hotel restaurant — it was delicious. Overall, Hotel Paris combines beautiful historic style with modern comfort and great service, and we’d definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Prague.

Everything was great!

It is and resembles old Prague.The staff are nice . The upgraded rooms are spacey, clean, and comfortable with nice views. The location is within the old praugue and all the acitivities,

The shower is a bid difficult, the hand held shower head is not comfortable . The tub may be too high for elderly.The bathroom is nice and U.S. size. The young man working the night shift needs to greet better and smile. Besides the hotel, out and walking around, be careful with merchants, not very honest. Get online tickets for the Tram, they detect foreigners with money , and fine them before they get a chance to walk to the front of the tram and purchase tickets.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. It was a quick walk to the city center.

Be aware it is pet friendly and the rooms are carpeted. If you have allergies, this could be a problem.

The interior and exterior decor. Service was very good. We stayed for our wedding and the hotel went out of the way and gave us champagne for our special day. The cleaning lady was lovely and efficient. We were on the third floor.

Bathroom - the bathroom was a bit dated, it is a big enough room, that could have both bath and walk in shower. We had only bath which was quite small. There was lack of shelving in the bathroom so we ended putting our toiletries bags on the floor. The breakfast had a nice selection bur was often cold.

Fabulous old style hotel with wonderful and helpful staff. We really loved the decoration and the welcoming staff that made our stay so nice.

Sometimes you had to queue at the coffee machine at breakfast for too long. Parking was very convenient but quite expensive.

I recommend this hotel. Great location, near the square. All the staff from Reception, doormen, cleaning staff, bar and restaurant staff are wonderful and do a great job. Nothing is too much trouble. We had a room on the 5th floor with a wonderful view, the room and bathroom were big. Breakfast was very good, great choice and friendly staff again. The spa was excellent, we had it to ourselves. We ate in Tony's bar on the first night and had the goulash and dumplings, so tasty. We had one of the best pizzas we have ever had at La Scala restaurant, near the hotel on the way to the square and on the last night we went to Bricks restaurant other side of the Charles Bridge (need to book and request a table by the river). The food is excellent and the best view of the Charles Bridge and river. We went early evening in the sunshine and saw the lights come on over the bridge and city later, amazing. Wonderful few days in Prague.

This is one of my favourite hotels in the world. Fantastic art deco style, down to the net curtains! Kept in pristine condition, which is expensive, hence high prices. I always have a junior suite on the back, very quiet. Separate toilet is nice. Huge bath for wallowing in, and bath salts, a nice touch. Walk in shower. Efficient aircon. Very well furnished rooms. Excellent breakfast, all you could want, proper tablecloths, and napkins. Teapots a plus!

Bath towels could be bigger, and fluffier. Tv is complicated to work, you have to access WiFi through tv. Lifts are original, and delightful, but not coordinated, so you always have to press both buttons, there are 2 lifts, and they come at the same time! A minor issue. More comfortable chairs in the room would be good, bit hard for relaxing.

The hotel staff were exceptional - polite, unobtrusive and efficient. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was better than most hotels I have stayed in - lots of choice and a coffee machine to have as many drinks as you needed. Food very tasty. Our room was very comfortable and it was cleaned and bed made up very efficiently and early each morning. Hotel location perfect - near to everything but quiet and tucked away in a side street.

Bathroom was a bit small and it was difficult to have a shower without spraying the floor with water as the shower screen was too small. But it was scrupulously clean.

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely hotel Paris Prague. The lobby and all public spaces had great Art Nouveau turn of the century decor that was spruced up and very well maintained. We appreciated the helpful and courteous staff from the reception to the restaurant/breakfast room staff and housekeeping. The room was well appointed and very comfortable, we liked the double entry door and casement windows that provided excellent sound proofing and security. The location was ideal, steps away from major attractions, lively bars and restaurants and major transportation.

Lighting in the bathroom should be upgraded to allow better makeup lighting
