Staff is amazing! Everyone is smiling and they are VERY happy to help. Very clean room and every little corner of the hotel was very well thought. Hotel is next to the big train station, very easy access. Also there are 3 big parking areas around the hotel. VERY well sound insulation, you hear NOTHING when you're inside the room. Machine for free cold/warm/sparkling water on each floor.

The area around the hotel has a lot of road works etc and even before the sun goes down, big rats are running around you. Not just one or two. A LOT! Even groups of 4-5 rats at a time. It's not the hotel's fault of course, but during the weekend we stayed, we had to be careful when we were leaving/coming back to the hotel.

Love everything about this hotel. Design, location next to big shopping mall and main train station. Bed is very comfy. Staff is also super helpful. I asked to leave my luggage days before check in and they have no problem with that (I travelled to Geneva and come back to Lyon).

They are renovating the road in front of hotel which taxi need to drop us a block away. We also need to walk one block further to access the train station. It's not hotel fault, but this should be informed when booking.

Restaurant was a bit expensive, but tasty :)

No blind or curtain in the window of the bathroom, which people from outside could see inside there :-( No hot water at the washbasin.

It was very close to the station and had a great location. The front staff were very pleasant. The standard rooms had separate toilets and bathrooms, which felt clean. However, since you have to wash your hands in the bathroom, the toilet door knob felt dirty. It would be better if you could wash your hands in the toilet.

I had requested room cleaning, but when I returned to my room at 5:30 p.m., it appeared to be in progress (even though it was evening). Suddenly, a cleaning staff member emerged from the room and exclaimed, “Wait 10 minutes!” in French, which startled me greatly. When I explained the situation at the front desk, they apologized and offered me a complimentary drink in the lounge. While I was satisfied with the response, I was concerned about the delay in cleaning and the manner in which the cleaning staff member emerged from the room.

Modern new well thought out facilities with very comfortable beds, top of the line sound proofing and great design. Rooms are larger than most in France. I also liked the water dispenser on each floor and the breakfast buffet was super. The location is right beside Lyon Part Dieu gare but cannot here that noise in room. While not in main tourist center, easy to take a bus or subway there and there are some very good restaurant options near the hotel. The easy airport shuttle from the nearby part dieu station made it a great location for my recent visit.

If you want to be right in the tourist area then this is not.

The bed was great! The room was spacious, clean, aesthetically warm and pleasing, and the room was practically designed for travelers and their luggage needs. It was very quiet. Staff were very helpful. It was very reasonably price for the quality. The location was fantastic, as it is right next to the train station. You don't even have to cross the street to get to the station. Staff speak perfect english, so helpful if you need that. We walked into old town, and it was about a 40 minute walk. We loved that they provide a fresh filtered water station on every floor. It provides still and sparkling water!

Breakfast was good, but not great for 28€. No eggs to order and hot bar was average. Note, currently there is a lot of construction around the site. But when it's done the space around the hotel will be lovely.

The room was clean and spacious. You can tell it's a new hotel and everything is nicely designed and higher end. The lighting in the room was good (really lovely ambient lighting) and the pillows and bedding were high quality. I liked that the toilet and shower were in separate rooms and that you could easily turn on the shower without getting wet. There was a tap in the hall with cold and sparkling water which was a huge plus. The breakfast buffet was really good and had several gluten free options and real maple syrup. They had a small kids activity corner in the lobby and gave our kids a small gift upon check-in. The hotel is next door to the train station and across the street from a mall that has a lot of restaurant options as well as a rooftop playground for the kids. Overall a really nice place and I would definitely stay here again if travelling through or visiting Lyon.

The mattress was too soft and I woke up with back pain. Someone smoked in their room and the smoke alarms went off and we had to evacuate (not the hotel's fault). At breakfast they took so long to bring our tea and coffee order that we thought they forgot, and when it finally came it was partially wrong.

Wonderful stay ! Wish it could have been longer. The hotel is right there, next to the train station and close to other modes of transportation. The building is brand new, so it’s modern, clean, and comfy. Moreover, it’s very calm. The walls are soundproof, the lights are dimmed, and the music in common areas is very soothing. I’d highly recommend this hotel for neurodivergent folks. Breakfast is a delicious variety of sweet and savory. Their restaurant, La Pampa, is incredible as well. The staff is so professional and kind. I’ve got only good things to say.

The bar staff were very disorganised .Waited for order to be taken when others who arrived after us were served before us!Unprofessional!The main barman was quite rude !He saw us waiting for order and ignored us twice!Need a proper bar manager to avoid these issues!Did not expect that service at the Pullman .Nearby Carpark rates are supposed to be discontinued by hotel but they aren’t as advertised on booking.com.Needs to be removed or updated as hotel staff said there was discontinued rate only on one of the carparks not all as advertised.Restaurant menu is very limited!Needs more choices.

wonderfully designed hotel! it was awesome to have a free Brita water dispenser on our floor! huge benefit for travellers! engaging staff, helpful. great that its located next to the train station. food in the restaurant was good, we really enjoyed that! laundry service was efficient. The location is great if you're going to be visiting things near this neighborhood, such as the Les Halles Paul Bocuse, however its further away from the sites.

nothing to do w the hotel, just the road construction was a real pain. we were travelling out via car with 4 luggages, and had to pull them on the construction site which made the luggage dusty. instructions on how to get to the hotel would be better. the staff generously sent maps, but the key here wouldve been, don't go out the station, walk along the station and exit where the hotel was located. maybe we didnt read the map correctly.
